From the moment I walked in both Ruth and Penny were very friendly and helpful. Penny went above and beyond to help me maximize my savings. I am very appreciative of them both. I look forward to seeing both of them for my future shopping trips!
Tried to schedule a covid-19 test to return home. There webform does not accept foreign addresses. They do not text information to foreign numbers.
Kayla and Lauren are great!! Thank you!!
Discount Den is much better than CVS anyday of the week !!!
They hardly have anything remotely healthy here, and some of the staff has an attitude problem. One employee started an argument with me over a receipt I brought in with extra bucks, and kept saying “we don’t take those here,” despite me showing her that the receipt was from this exact CVS. Considering this and the fact that it’s by a college campus, this store is only good for a quick junk food run.
Anywhere else besides this cvs is a better option, weirdo staff who take their job too seriously while getting paid minimum wage 🤣, save your money and take your business else where.
I just got a flu shot here and it was so quick and easy. Friendly staff and simple process.
5 stars because I want this seen..... -0 really! My daughter and I went in there today for rubber bands so she can finish her hair. We were followed around the store by the manager. When I addressed her and told her we did not need help she then sent another employee to watch us. When I addressed her watching us she immediately left as she had nothing to do in the area we were in! When we did get to the front I asked the manager why I was being followed to which she stated I look like the person who’s been stealing mind you I have on a mask and I’ve actually not touched anything in the store! I have not been profiled in a long time but I know when my skin is a factor! If your short and darker complexing don’t go to this pharmacy you may find more than just rubber bands!
I had an appointment at 12:40 for drive through covid testing, got in line around 12:30 and didn’t even get to the window until after 1 just to be told that I needed to reschedule since my appointment was at 12:40 and the person doing testing left. Terrible customer service knowing you have appointments scheduled.
The pharmacy staff is so friendly and caring. I drive further than convenient because I love the customer service they provide.
I was turned away for my son’s COVID test after waiting in line behind another car. Admittedly we were probably a few minutes late getting in line but the wait really pushed us over. All they do is hand you a kit and you swab yourself or your kid and put it in a box but the employee insisted we had to reschedule. I drove 35-40 minutes round trip in a car (masked of course) with my symptomatic son for no reason. Where is your sense of kindness and decency when a concerned mother pulls up worried about her child, taking him out of quarantine and possibly exposing herself and you just turn her away with no apology instead of passing the little kit through your window? We rescheduled with a Bronson COVID advisor for a test at Bronson. I had a preference for Walgreens and locally owned pharmacies over CVS even before this incidence but this solidified that. We will not be doing any business at your stores in the future. You should train your drive thru staff in empathy and kindness and good public health.
The pharmacy is quite busy but I think they do their best to stay on top of all of their orders. Usually theres a small line in the front register but it isnt terribly long.
Very clean, not big, but very well-stocked and plenty of staff. very, very helpful pharmacist that did extra work to make sure I got the best price on a much-needed prescription. much friendlier at this location in our new home, Kalamazoo, than in any in the last six places we have lived.
Needed a razor, found me a razor, left with my new razor :)
Worst pharmacy ever!! Never have prescriptions ready. Prescription was sent in at 2pm was told I would receive a text within the next 2 hours so that I could come pick up my prescription. I actually called at 6 because I never received a call/text. Pharmacist told me it would be another 30 min. I waited like an hour before I arrived and still had to wait another 15 minutes
This CVS is just the worst. Will, the pharmacist doesn’t know what he’s doing. I was told my insurance didn’t cover the prescription, my doctor wrote for the brand name and he tried filling the generic. I told him the generic isn’t covered and he has to fill it has written. He told me he couldn’t do that. Then I asked him if a particular prescription was called in and he said it wasn’t at that CVS or any other CVS. He told me I could pay cash for the prescription tonight (inhalers for me and my daughter) and he would call the doctor in the morning and get the “DAW” code on the prescription. When I told him we didn’t need that before and that it was filled a month ago, no problem, he said “you just want me to do it, not going to happen”So...I called the CVS pharmacy in Target. They are amazing. She said what the other pharmacist told me didn’t make sense and that she could fill them no problem AND the prescription that I KNEW had been called in had. The other pharmacist lied to me.Do NOT go to that pharmacist, especially if you have to deal with Will. WORST customer service EVER.
It was clean and stocked, which is good to say but the prices are a little high. Its close to the college campus so give the students a break.
Mostly all staff are friendly, but Ruth is very rude to even talk. I had a coupon for passport size photo and I showed her and she didn’t accept. Everybody knows you need to scan the barcode, she said I have to print the coupon. Who the heck prints coupons now a days?
Im from New York, so Im a huge CVS customer. So I made my way up to this CVS by the college and had a really weird experience. I needed to return a few things and buy one thing. This CVS only has one cashier present ALL THE TIME so there always like 2-3 people in line. So, I got into the line and walked up the cashier (girl, white, college student age) and I told her I need to return these items and purchase this item (all of which I had in my hand). She said ok sure, she did my return which took like 2-3 minutes. I signed the return receipt and then she says to me can you take your item that you need to purchase and get back into the line. I was like... what? and she repeated herself saying I need to keep the line moving. I was like but Im already here...why would I get back in line? and again shes like because I need to keep the line moving. I was like Im not getting into line and waiting again, that makes no sense, Im already here. She annoyingly agreed and my transaction literally took a minute. I mean, how does that make sense lol, it took her more time to tell me to get back in the line than to just do my transaction! Ridiculous. Im not sure if she was being racist, because I was wearing a headscarf (Im muslim), but regardless it was just dumb.
The Pharmacy is great and its close to campus, but the prices in the grocery store are outrageously high. Some items 100% markup from other local supermarkets.
Exchange purchase from Wednesday handled ok
Prices on everything are much higher than anywhere else. Only worth stopping in for the convenient location.
Do no respond to phone calls properly wasting customer time.
Pharmacist who is a male, white, old man is extremely rude and doesn’t help customers.
Very friendly and professional in pharmacy.
