This Big Lots is fairly large compared to the others Ive been to. The store is clean and bright. They have furniture, some grocery, home decor and other items.

I really like this store. Lots of great deals. Bought my living room recliner sofa from there and got great deal.

Deb saw me with things in my arms, and got a cart for me....and checked a price on an untagged item. And because of her I bought what I bought. So hopefully she is recognized. But its still a great store ...the people that work there just make it better. Thanks Deb!!

Very bright and clean with a great selection. You never know what youll find, but you will generally save money on it.

This new location is a lot better than the old one. Can find some decent furniture for a spare bedroom. Good place to get seasonal low cost items as well.

These people rarely have it together or know what theyre doing. I was told my order was ready, drove an hour. Then was told it wasnt upfront, whatever that means, but if i came back tomorrow it would probably be ready.Would be one star if it wasnt for the stock guy handling it for me.

Coupons dont work unless you sacrifice your personal information. And when you make a claim you get an email in broken english from some rep with a made up name . They blame you for stuff that didnt work and chose to rectify the situation with a sketchy offer of what should have worked in the first place. No such thing as a second chance .

Been awhile since I was here. You will find furniture, bedding, mattresses, some eletronics,tools and much more they get a lot of stuff from closeout and stores going out of business.

Great customer service and management. This was my 1st trip to this location. Store was clean, staff friendly, and deals are great as always. Ive been to some scrubby location s but this is one of the good ones. Good furniture selection as well.

There merchandise was very organized.

Knowing product and service is a must but not at this Big Lots along with they really push the big Lots card on customers and very pushy on up sales and warranty services and their 3rd party delivery service is a joke you pay a high price for delivery and if you want item unwrapped or feet put on your furniture that cost extra you think with a 100 dollar delivery fee that would be included they neglected to inform us of the extra charge and the big Lots cleanliness of store needs much improvement ..wont be shopping there again!!!

It was dirty and messy. I thought after they moved into this new building they would keep it clean. It looks like they dont even pick the store up after they close and put things back where they belong. They should have someone all day just picking up stray stuff that people just leave laying around and put it back were it belongs to keep the store looking good. And straighten things up on the shelves. And their prices have gone up. Ollies just might put them out of business. But I was not impressed with them either.

Cashier seemed irritated to be there and annoyed that I didnt have a Big Lots card. Aisles were bare in spots and packed in others. Not impressive at all.

Gave us a price on tables and chairs. And then walked off and never came back. I guess they did not want to sell it to me.

It was ok some stuff is to pricey and they didnt have anything I was looking for.

So much better than the old location. Well stocked, and clean. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to slow checkouts at times. Need more cashiers.

The recent relocation may have brought the store to a more visual location but the store content has drastically been reduced. Many items previously found are no longer available. Just not much selection anymore and the store looks bare.

Lots of great deals, all my shopping in one...minus the major grocery shopping items. Friendly associates, as well as very helpful. Love the new location...huge, clean, well organized and beautiful inside.

Its BIG and they have LOTS! Seriously though its a great thrift store. They have a great selection of home stuff like decorative, kitchen, furniture, curtains, bathroom. They also have cheap electronics, tools, garden, toys, personal hygiene and a food section.

Its a chain store. Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else. Employees were courteous, no waiting for checkout, but there were only about 10 customers in the store.

Love it did not know that they now sold clothing and furniture really love the prices and you find just about any brand and the people are really nice to help you.

This new location doesnt seem to be stocked up well yet, and more things than normal seem like they are price of other stores

2 Bras for 11 dollers!! Heck yes! But... the cashier (a young one) maybe new??? The bra didnt have a tag and I told her how much it was. She than said (oh well its not important, you dont need it right I was shocked and let her know that I still wanted it. Thats when she asked me to go find it and bring it back to her. Long story short someone on the team went to find it.

One of the better Big Lots Ive seen. You can get a lot of good deals here or pretend like youre testing the furniture just to chillax 😀

Despite the overall old-fashioned and desolate appearance of the outside of the store, the inside is surprisingly nice! The employees were all friendly, the store was clean, and Id definitely shop there again. Only giving four stars because of the outward appearance. A new sign and freshening up could work wonders!

I knew that the Big Lots on Kilgore had closed but when I went to a business in the same strip mall I noticed that they had reopened at their new location on Westnedge so I went in there. It was so nice and clean and new and fresh what a contrast to their old store and as always the prices were really good.

My son and I were both surprised when we walked into the Kalamazoo Big Lots. First of all it was the largest one Ive ever been in. And it was clean and organized. A very nice store.

They display furniture that they NEVER have in stock. Went there today and asked about 5 different pieces of furniture and absolutely none of them were in stock.

Associates were friendly and helpful. Purchased a daybed and found that some finishing pieces were missing. The store took them out of another box and gave them to me, so I wouldnt have to repack it to return to the store, and get another. Great price. Ill shop the a lot more.

Love the new store! Much bigger, they have more to offer. Lots of nice furniture. Broyhill and Lane livingroom furniture, as well as kitchen tables and chairs. They also offer Serta beds! Its definitely worth checking out!

Clean and well organized but employees couldnt answer any of my questions regarding the items in their sale ad. Nor could they show me which items in the ad matched ejats on the shelf and no pricing til I waited in line at the register. Disappointing service.

They have a lot of good stuff. Really nice furniture. Good place to do a bit of shopping.

I like this Big Lots. Its well organized and has some unusual food items like hot sauces and Asian sauces. Has good cheap furniture and cookwares. Pretty good place to get cheap housewares and furniture.

Big Lots was not as cluttered as I thought it would be. I pictured a BG&T with blocked aisles and tarps everywhere. But it was very neat and organized. The prices were higher than I thought they would be, but there were a couple of good bargains.

Theyve went up in price...but the store is awesome.

Everyone is always happy and helpful. They are very affordable.

It is the best store for your needs

Okay, I NEVER thought I would give a Big Lots five stars. We dropped in before having dinner at a nearby restaurant to kill time and pick up a few items we had forgotten to get while grocery shopping. The inside of this HUGE location was as clean as a hospital and fully stocked; every shelf was full, every rack, all items on their correct hooks. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very quick and efficient when it came time to check out. We hadnt gotten a cart, not expecting to buy more than a couple of items, but of course we ended up heading to the front juggling lots of small things in an awkward manner. A manager came over and offered us a cart to make it easier to get to the register with a smile...sometimes it is the little things that set apart a specific location for a chain store more known for cheap pricing than customer service. This Big Lots certainly surpassed any I have ever gone to (as a chore on a to-do list.) Well be back.
