Highly recommend.Terrific store. Best part of my experience was the customer service. I was looking for head cheese, non-spicy, not an easy item to find in Kalamazoo. Didnt see it on the shelf, asked an employee who looked and couldnt find it either and then he took the initiative and found the head of the meat department to take a look and see if he could find it.The store was spotless and the checkout people were friendly and efficient.Lots of parking and BONUS! Victorian bakery in the same strip mall.Turns out they had spicy head cheese but no non-spicy head cheese but the head of the department assured me they should have it within 2 to 3 weeks.

Meijer’s said the Sweet Hawaiian Pillsbury Grands Biscuits had been discontinued by the Mfg. The parent company is General Mills.When searching the internet I found them at Mid-Town Fresh/Park Street Market.What a fantastic shopping experience... Every employee greeted me with a big smile and asked if they could help me find something.They truly understand the concept of customer service and service with a smile-- A+++ Shopping experience.🤗

Nice store, pleasant staff, and good selections. Its your typical neighborhood store in a downtown area. They dont always carry everything I am looking for but the convenience is worth it.

We tried Kikis crab boil finally and it was so good! Wasnt sure what kind of seasonings to get so the lady behind the counter hooked it up with her special blend. Also picked up some greens w/turkey, seafood mac and corn bread We will definitely be back and we want to try everything on this menu.

Things are updated and back online in the kitchen. Went to my old standby of fried chicken(dark meat only please), greens complete with turkey leg and white mac. Sorry, no pics but check out my old pics on Yelp(Miguel V.) cause things are as good if not better.

I have always enjoyed the customer service of Mr. Dean and Mr. Tom. They are respectful, enjoy conversing with their customers and will order any special items that you may have for dietary needs if they normally do not carry them in the store. They will also substitute items in their meat bundles if you dont eat specific meats in the prepared bundles. I enjoy shopping with them over the bigger chains in the city for these very reasons.

Love the deals they have on meats and customer service is very great but came in and one cashier has her thumb in her mouth after ringing up one customer and then goes to ring he next customer while no sanitation was done between the 2. Then the other cashier has no mask on at all while ringing up her line of customers. I find that when peoples health and lives are at risk due to the current national situation that these actions are reckless and irresponsible on their own behalf.

I only go there if Im in the area. Good product choices but a lot of the customers are hard to tolerate. It is at least clean and organized with good employees.

Park Street market has not only amazing deals but everything that they sell is great quality. Not only that but their customer service and their employees are top-notch if there is a spot you were looking to either go grocery shop for, bulk meat were just get something for the night you have definitely came to the right location. Dont be weary of their great deals they have trust me they dont skimp on quality.Doesnt matter if you were coming 5 minutes away or 2 hours away its definitely worth the drive

Went down there because I love their meat specials, chicken marked to be sold by the 6th of February, today is the sixth, had to throw 20$ worth of chicken away, was smelly and discoloured! Obviously rotten, aint susposed to smell like sulfur, nasty!

The products are usually fresh and the presentation is very nice. * And, they really do have great prices on meat and poutry. They have so many varieties of fish...theres not many store in the Kal-Portage Metroplex area that can match that.

We ordered a meat bundle online. They had it ready for me to pick up at a set day/time that I picked. We havent tried everything yet, but the meats we have tried have been amazing!! Probably the best bacon and T-bones we have had (and we eat A LOT of bacon)!!!!

Great place to buy meats.

Stopped in to grab a quick yogurt for lunch. Walked by the deli and had to load up on fresh spaghetti, fried pork chops, chicken and stuffing because it looked so good. One of the best lunches Ive had in the area, every employee I met seemed very happy to be there as well! This will be a regular stop for me from now on!!!

This is a great local community market. It is in a newly renovated building. The parking lot and store are neat and clean.They have a great produce department. The produce was great quality and was fresh. The meat selection is good too. The prices are very competitive. A great place for a quick stop or to buy groceries for the week. This is the type of thing this Kalamazoo neighborhood needs. I will go back again to support this local business.

Best place to buy meat in town! Great prices, and you cant beat the quality. The chicken actually tastes like chicken! I cannot recommend this place enough. It has saved our family so much money, and the staff is amazingly helpful.Also, best fried chicken in town, bar none. Seriously.

I love Park Street Market because of the ethnic specialty foods. This is the only place in town where you can get all the different types of greens, mustard, turnip, collard and kale. They also have all of the smoked meat products pork and turkey to make the greens. The meat deals are terrific and their deli is legendary.

Impossible to get hot food from the deli for dinner anymore. Even leaving early to get there by 4:45 and everything is packed up already.

Love this place!!! Great to shop at, get a laugh when you feel down, customer service outstanding and when you dont have a time in your day to make your meal you can always go there and get a hot plate. Like I said before man I love this place they have everything!!!

Decent little neighborhood grocery. Smaller brand selection. Decent meats. The hot food deli earned it the fourth star! Excellent dishes! Constantly adding new services or improving existing ones.

My wonderful thoughtful husband told me he was going to get us dinner and then we stopped at Park Street Market. He went inside and brought out fresh hot had just came up Chicken from the deli type area and it was soooooo good! It had golden crunchy skin, and inside it had tender juicy meat, Well done Park Street Market and to Mr. Awesome my hubby too.

Some of the staff was just standing there chatting with co-workers people in their lanes and one of the items that is usually in stock when we go there wasnt. Other than that it was fine. They now have a small selection of Town Club pop and that is a memory of weeks during the summer spent with my grandpa. 😀

I have been going to this store since the first day it opened, I love the meat sales and they are always willing to cut the meat if I dont see what I need. It is just what this neighborhood has been needing I do go and pay my consumers bill there. They are always friendly being someone who cooks a southern style I can always go there and find just what I need.

Great place to shop if you are in Kalamazoo.I have heard many great things about this place and I understand why.The place was very clean and well stocked, not to mention fresh flowers planted in front of the store.I was greeted by the produce clerk as I started shopping and he kindly assisted me on where the egg plant was located.Produce seemed fresh and I loved the meat counter. Great variety.I bought a gallon of milk for $2.50 and a dozen eggs for $1.25.They also had a sale on earthbound organic salads for 2/4 - they are usually 3.99 at other places :)

The store is super friendly. I appreciated the service i got most at the Boost mobile store they have inside. The lady was very helpful.

I was definitely overcharged here. ( by about 60 dollars) When I called boost corporate they said that this location has had numerous complaints similar to mine. No one ever reached out from this store to make it right. I reccomend going to an ACTUAL boost store for anyone reading this review.

Been going to park street market for years now and the service was always the same until today when I went this morning and forgot my debit card at home, the cashier got an attitude with me and said she was going to put all my stuff back instead of overriding my order so I could come back in which I stopped her and had to ask if I could come back and purchase my things because my house was around the corner and she said yes... the men that work there are great some of the women have too much attitude for customer service.

The meats are great, NY strip steak and Rib Eye for $3.99 / Lb...Really good and tender. Other great deals through out the store, just go to website or look up site...park street market.

This is the BEST store I have ever been to. Their prices on their meat are unbeatable by any other and the quality is the BEST. Better even than your large chain stores in Kalamazoo. I would drive hours if I had to to shop at Park Street Market. If you want quality service with a friendly smile, or quality meat at low prices, This is the place.

Good selection of meat for great prices. They have everything I need for cooking except for really fresh produce. I usually go here if I want to listen to great music while I grocery shop.

$14.00 best money ever spent on a meal !! You will never get a good meal like this in any $100.00. Or $50.00 meal resteraunt at all !! Not only is this good eating but you are so full !! Fish is great and so is the pork chop dinner too !! These meals are made from the heart !! And the BBQ ribs are just as good too !!

Great deals love there meat prices

This market has a good selection of products at moderate prices, the lot is small and often very cluttered. The deli has a good variety at a decent price and serves good quality food. Most of the staff is friendly, however the ones that are not are very rude and make you feel unwelcomed for not knowing where to find a product on the shelves.

Cashier very rude asked for manager he was no help items priced wrong watch your items ring up deals look great if they rang up right. Cashier then tells me manager Dean who came out to help was the owner he needs to get better people skills and learn if you price something wrong that is your fault you still have to sell it for that price.

Great store that is close to home. I visit 2 to 3 times a week. Best spot is the meat department.

The management have been extremely rude on several occasions. I would rather go across town than step foot in this place again. The regular employees are very helpful, its just the managers.Prices are very high, but its a smaller company so I will give it a bit of leeway.
