Used to have the lowest prices in groceries but now u have to know it prices to watch 4 whats best...bread & frozen foods have had the best prices along w/ their meat specials...

Awesome staffing most days other than when my daughter and i went saturday evening and asked a gentleman if he could look in the stockroom for something for us and he replied i know for a fact we dont have that without even stopping what he was doing and standing from bent position to help and talk to us. Other than him we absolutely love shopping here.

Cheep Groceries. They suggest that you save about 40% over buying the equivalent stuff at a large grocery store. That seems about right from my estimation. Most of the generic brands that Ive tried here are of good quality and are worth buying. Many items they have the name brand available too for a significant savings over most other shopping locations.I dont go here as my only grocery stop, but I like to supplement my grocery shopping by starting here, and saving a lot on the items I get here.

Store was clean, shelves were stocked. I recently moved and have been looking for a new Save A Lot. I have found it!!!!

I brought some milk from there for my grandson. He didnt finish his bottle a the milk separate like it was spoiled, it was only a few hours. Id never seen milk separate that fast. Id understand if the bottle had been a day or 2 old but it was the same day.

Save a Lot is right down the street from where we live, so we are here quite often. I like the layout of the store, although I dont like that they sell alcohol there now. They have friendly staff (I love Ronda! She is a cashier that is simply wonderful!) and the store is almost always clean. The only other thing I can complain about is their produce department. Ive found that if I buy produce from there, I have to use it right away, like 2-3 days, or it goes bad. I once bought a green bell pepper on a Saturday and when I went to use it on the following Wednesday, it was already shriveling up and starting to get slimy. Learned my lesson. Dont buy fresh until youre ready to use it.

If youre on a tight budget you can shop here for basic essentials (milk, bread, cereal, eggs, chicken, potatoes, noodles, veggies, and household items like TP, Bleach). Sure, they dont have the selection that other bigger stores have, but if money is tight you can make a go of it WITHOUT buying food at the dollar store! Give this place a try!

Every time I go in savealots somewhere, I experience verbal abuse by the staff, some stores doesnt keep their shelves stocked, some are dirty etc..I now utilize a couple other stores that treats customers with respect, is clean, and meat is not spoiled. The whole corporation needs to close.

Very handy when we stay at the Staybridge Suites next door. If you dont mind the no-frills environment, the prices are excellent and some of the house brands are really good, especially the J. Higgs line. Brings your own reusable bags.

I always get a bad vibe about this store, the customers that visit are rude and most of the staff appear uncaring or overworked. The items the store has is very limited as well. I would recommend Aldis over this place for a better deal. I live walking distance from this store and I personally avoid it.

Store manager was very friendly and very involved in operations, helping his staff with various tasks. Store was clean and easy to maneuver through.

I Went to get chicken wings they were freezer burn really bad. So if you get wings check them first please. I do not want any sickness to come to a family.

Produce Selection definitely could get better the meat and the frozen food section seems to be the best place to find the deals in bulk but other than that a good place for a quick run especially if you have a budget hello college kids

Not many name brands. But good store brands. They have everything you need here.

Their fresh fruit and veges sometimes is shriveled and to the point it either shouldnt b sold or u should get half of the price. Its been this way for a few yrs now. Ive made complaints several times but nothing has changed! So I do not buy the fresh fruit or veges anymore...

Clean store great prices and friendly staff.

Prices are low, but you get what you pay for. Meaning lower quality items. The vegetables and fruits are mostly bruised. The meat always looks brown and some packages of steaks had spots on them, which is very unappealing. Theres always only one register open and a long line behind it.

Awesome prices. Not to busy. Parking is bad because its next to a busy gym. But over all Ive been going here for years. Cheaper then Walmart. But its all good food.

The Save a Lot is under new management and has changed products and the prices have gone up..starting to carry National Brands...making it less cost effective for those on a tight buget. But, there still is enough deals to shop there.

Familiar short and quick item shopping food chain...not bad

As far as save-a-lots go this one seems pretty typical. Its the only grocery store within 2 miles so I only go there if Im feeling too lazy to go elsewhere. Prices are a bit high and selection is not that great
