Ive been here 2 years not bad

Hillcrest is great place to live. I been here 6 years an 1 month 9/8/21. And love it so peaceful were Im at. Lived in colonial acres on kl.from 2008 to 2015.Deb Par very sweet lady hooked me up over here Hillcrest Pam an Lori were here then.both great places. Mike he awesome .Ron & new maintenance guy and old Dan get the job done. Both places on point 👉.

The pool in the summer would probably be nice, but the manufactured home i went to see, didnt live up to the hype the realtor advertised it to be...a money pit was what my eyes saw....took a pass on that one.

My daughter lives there love her .. And my father in law. Descent place but need to weed out trashy people.

Updated Review **** FIXED FIXED FIXEDIm terribly sorry as I thought I was reviewing a different mobile home community. This was supposed to be a review for a park called Highland Hills Mobile Home Park. Please accept my deepest apologies as i hear the Hillcrest community is great and also being updated regularlyThey need to fix the streets in that park. Or lower the rent for the people who have to bang up their vehicles year around because their maintenance are lazy and the office lady sits around being of no help to ANYONE

Its been pretty quiet since I moved in. Reasonable lot rent.

I love living here. Ive been here for over a year and have never had an issue. Any complaints were handled quickly and politely by management and they have been nothing short of amazing anytime we have come to them with anything.

The park needs improvement, to many you g people hanging around .maybe selling drugs

Very nice Mobile home park and its Improving more and more by the day. Its office staff are very nice and their clubhouse and pool area are superb.

I think this place is nice peaceful management is great .maintenance always on cleaning up things. They are always willing to work with you on certain things. Couldnt ask for a better place.

I have living in the community for 6 years and they have been very friendly and nice very quiet nice homes and very up keep with a nice play grown

We enjoy living here! Nice quiet park, with good neighbors for the most part. The management has been nothing but helpful to us and our daughter who also lives here. Pam and Laurie have always gone out of their way to help when we needed it. Obviously, there will always be come people who will be unhappy no matter what, but we have been here just over a year and our biggest issue has been things that the manager has little control over, like the pool not being fixed, pot holes in the roads, the dumpsters not being emptied regularly, and street lights not working. Maybe if the upper management would support the staff here better, things like this would be done!

This community is clean and well maintained. Its a big community therefore alot of people and alot of noise at times. Ive lived there twice with friends and both times I have never had any problems. They have a pool that they also keep well maintained. Very good community thumbs up

It is a very nice place to live close by the West Side close buy the East Side close to downtown the maintenance there is great the staff is friendly and nice most of the residents are cool

Place is cleaning up with the new manager and makeing a nicer an safer place to live

Definitely could use some fixing up LOL just saw a guy and his girlfriend fighting in the entrance yesterday.

It is a place to live some people dont like trailor parks and other do so i dont have anything bad to say about it if i had to live here i would specially if thats all that i had

Have lived here for over 9 yrs. Lots of management turnover. Keep raising rent but dont make it better for people here. Just looking to move in more people with less background checks the pictures of trashed trailer was our neighbors from hell. Glad they have left.

We owned a trailer in hillcrest loved it awesome neighbors love Lori and pam

Very quiet they keep up with the pool and landscaping plowing is good in winter barring equipment failure overall nice place to live!

The management go above and beyond normal job duties to help you find what you are really looking for

Not recommended. But its the best out of the three on Douglas

I would never have moved here had I known this place was owned and operated by a team of greedy, water gouging lawyers whose staff neglect the properties and use drugs. Very disgusted. I rate this place a fat zero. Dont move here unless you want to pay outrageous water bills...
