I was very nervous about my diagnosis and need for a CPAPMACHINE,but the staff at Lincare was amazing. They were all so professional, caring, patient and very responsive to my calls and questions. My fitting session was very thorough and all my questions were answered. I am so glad that I chose Lincare!

Very poor customer service, previous cpap supplier was very thorough and gave me many options when it was time to receive new supplies. Lincare just wants to push you through the process and send what was ordered previously. Never able to get through to the local office and needed to leave messages to receive a call back. Personal attention doesnt exist & they make you feel unimportant.

I cant even describe how poor this company is.First from day one my doctor said i could use a concentrator. Lindcare said no not until after your first biling because they make more. Not caring what I need to carry on in life. Well 6 billings later still nothing about it. Still have tanks and are suppose to get a call every Thursday for refill and supplys. Over 5 months now i have not received 1 call. When I call them if I want supplys I have to be home the whole day waiting in there delivering if they show up. Then they have over charge me 3 out of 5 months.I am going to start a social media to bring these things to Medicaee attention. They are getting paid for service that they are not performing. Which is fraud I believe

WE MADE CONTACT WITH LINCARE IN FEB 2018 TO ORDER A NEW C-PAP MACHINE...AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH ABOUT OUR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY INSURANCE, WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NEW C-PAP. IVE CALLED LEFT MESSAGE WITH THEIR CALL CENTER, NO CALL BACK. IVE CALLED AND GIVEN THEM OUR INSURANCE INFORMATION MORE THAN ONCE. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND WAS TOLD THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN ORDER. I CANCELLED ALL SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER THAT IS DISSATISFIED, AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY YOUR JOB IS TO KEEP THAT CUSTOMER AND RESOVLE THE ISSUE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES WILL KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW, BUT IM BEYOND FRUSTRATED. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ON OUR C-PAP MACHINE SINCE FEBRUARY AND TODAY IM TOLD IT HAS NOT BEEN ORDERED...SIMPLY INCOMPETENT!

I have an oxygen consentrator i call for supplies and dont get them unless they come for some other reason . after waiting 2 weeks i go pick them up myself . ____watch your bills from them ive been billed several time twice for the same date.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would have given Lincare a zero if I could. Their billing department has made so many mistakes on my account. Here they are.MISTAKE #1Although my sleep doctor recommended them for my CPAP machine, I shopped around and ended up picking them because I thought they were the lowest cost. But they gave me the wrong payment amount for my insurance. It ended up being the highest amount out of all the places, but I was stuck with them because I didnt realize it until the whole ball was rolling with them, and the agreement is a rent to own so I would have lost two months of payments to go somewhere else. And how bad could they really be, right? Read on...MISTAKE #2They constantly charged more than my insurance company allowed, almost every month, which baffled me as to why sometimes they got it right. After calling a few times finally found an employee Barb who would listen and help. Barb promised to keep an eye on the account and correct the over charges. She fixed a couple and I felt confident enough to stop checking so closely until a few months later I realized the over charges started again. I called Barb but they had changed from 3 digit extensions to 5 digits and no one knew of a Barb at the old extension number. Probably a wise move for Barbs career to leave Lincare but sucked for me because I had to explain it all again. Theyre still working on it months and more phone calls later.MISTAKE #3While researching the other issues, discovered they did not bill my insurance company for several of the months and so theyre asking me to pay it. Wow, do they do this billing stuff for a living? Still not resolved and has been sent to the other billing department that interfaces with insurance for research, because they could not possibly have erred, right?MISTAKE #4My billing contract was for 10 months of payments and then done. After all the prior issues, not really surprised when I got an 11th bill. Called for the 15th-ish time and they couldnt believe that their company could have done anything wrong. After finally insisting they resolve the issue while I waited for over an hour of dead air with the rep until her supervisor was able to look at it, that one issue is now resolved, although I havent seen it credited to my account because they have no way to check online. I guess Ill have to trust that they did it, right?ONE GOOD THINGThe local people who fitted my mask were very nice and helpful.But I implore you...RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY while you can!
