I tried to visit this location during this quarantine because this was the closest store doing curbside pick-ups (well that’s what the message on their phone and website said). I call the store for hours and never got through (down phones is super common with a lot of sally locations) because I just wanted to be sure they were open and had the product I needed. Decided to go and greeted at the curb by the manager Teresa pointing at a sign to shop online. I ask through the locked door is the store doing curbside as website state and the manager says “not today because we had a call out.” As a manager, why couldn’t you service the customer? Why is the operation of the store dependent on 1 part time associate availability? What good is a manager if she can’t lead by example? I can clearly see why the work ethic of employees at this location is relaxed because the manager doesn’t even want to work..... Ulta beauty would never and that’s where I’ll be spending my bucks from now on and amazon
They charge for bags now?
The young lady working tonight was impeccable! After buying product after product for my daughters hair I was very unsure what to try next. I left your store confident in my purchase thanks to this lady’s outstanding knowledge and customer service! I wish I would have got her name but whoever she was... Shes a keeper, thank you!

Everytime I come in here, Im greeted and the employees are polite and assisting.Yesterday I called asking about the availability of one of the products and without me knowing they placed it aside for me. I will continue to be their customer. They have my support.
There is an ongoing scam that an employee here is involved in. People are sending the store (with proof of being received in their mailbox) eBay items, scamming the real buyer in the Concord area. Please do not give this store your business.
I went in thinking I knew what I needed but I was wrong. I got help from the employee who was working at the time and she was amazing! I didn’t get the name of the lady but she was very educated and helped me find the perfect product for my hair! Her customer service is definitely a 5 Star.
This is my favorite Sallys. Went in yesterday to buy some bleach and was helped by miss Teresa who always helps me find what I need. 😄
This location is the best location I’ve been to so far.Always so helpful and knowledgeable about what’s going on in store about product or whatever you inquire about. Annnnnnnnnnnd the rewards are the best part. Most I’ve used at one time is 35.00 . Got what I needed and more, walked out paying 2.00🤦♀️😍
No options for curly hair with any of their hair extensions. They have a whole section of options for straight hair only. If you have curly hair you will just be referred to JAJ down the road by someone with straight hair who pretends they can relate.

Not the biggest Sally beauty but definitely one of the friendliest. If you have any questions the staffers eager and willing to help. Everybody is super friendly and the place is clean and well organized.

I love this particular Sallys, I tend to go out of my way just to get the great customer service. All of the sale associates are great but my favorite is Krista, she has a lot of knowledge on all the products they offer, and always seems very happy to be there. My very first time there I got a Sally card never thought about it before, I visited the one and University several times but never really had time to chat about a Sallys card, So when I realized purchasing the card gave me savings I would have not gotten otherwise I jumped on the idea, saved close to 8 bucks which in returned saved me 3 bucks and paid for the card:) I use my Sallys card everytime now, its pays to be a preferred customer!

They advertise that they close at 9pm every single time i got there at 8:30 or 8:45 they lock the doors and dont let anyone in. If youre going to close at 8:30 then advertise that.As someone who works in retail i understand you want to go home after a long day. Youre not fully working your store hours and its not fair to customers. I have never worked at a place that closes 30 minutes earlier than theyre supposed to.

During this quarantine this store has been my worst experience. They expect u to call the store number &never answer. You go to tbe store they refuse to help you keep pointing at the number. You have to hand out the orders any how, so do curb side service through the door as well.

The employees are dishonest and push bad products on you. I went in here recently looking for shampoo and condition for color treated hair. Two different employees told me to use ion shampoo and conditioner because they were their best sellers. I went home looked on amazon and Sallys website and ion got pretty bad ratings. I went home and tried the color care ion shampoo and conditioner and these were the worst products I have ever used. I realize the shampoo is sulfate free but it did not lather at all, and gets stuck in your hair. The conditioner is also a joke it basically disappears in your hair. The scent does not smell good at all, it smells like cheap drugstore parfume. These left my hair brittle and dry I actually had to use john frieda to correct the damage done. Also, they asked me if i wanted a sally card, they didnt disclose that it was $5. They acted rude when i returned the product in the store. When i asked them for a refund for the store card they said that since i saved $7 on my receipt the store card was free lol what a joke. Now Im out $5 for a store i will never return to. Will be complaining to corporate regarding their dishonesty. Do not go to this Sallys seriously!
I went into this location looking for advice about hair color. I wasnt greeted so I walked around for a few minutes while 2 salespeople helped woman the entire time I was there. No one ever acknowledged me so I just left. Very disappointed!!
I had a problem with a Makeup item I had purchased and the return and exchange was great.
