The female shift lead is seriously rude. She needs to be fired like yesterday.

We have been with CVS since my daughter was born almost 12 yrs ago. She takes a medicine that she requires daily. CVS kept on dropping the ball when ordering. I called Walgreens across the street in a panic one night and the pharmacist/tech informed me they did indeed have what I needed, and they did do the one hour pickup. However they were closing in 15 min. 😳😳 Needless to say... This. Mama picked up meds within 10 min. We have niw switched all her Rx there now. Thanks Walgreens Pharmacy!!!

So far so good, Ive transferred to this Wal-Greens, Because of an previous HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from the location in Concord across from Carolina mall. The beginning of Sept, 2019 my daughter ended up with strip throat & the pharmacist gave me a hard time trying to retrieve her medicine. Insurance etc was fine, but the pharmacist attitude was out of this world. Hopefully I wont experience no negative at this location.

The cashier Connie took over 2 minutes to drag her lazy self from looking at cosemtics (for her own personal use) to the register to ring up my ONE item I needed to get quickly. My quick trip turned into a waiting game and she continued to move at a snails pace once she made the hike all the way back to the register. Horrible service. Lazy associates. Walgreens, you can do better.

Always clean and big windows offer great natural light. If Im feeling sick, this is the only Walgreens that makes me feel better! Pharmacy staff are really nice and helpful. I only wish they were open 24 hours for those late night fixes!

Google says you guys open at 8 am. Your sign says you open at 9 am. Might want to get that fixed. I have a 6 month old that needed some medicine ASAP this morning. CVS didn’t have it and you guys were closed. Also, I’ve been to you several times for over the counter medicine for my daughter (gas drops, gripe water, suppositories, etc) and there’s been several occasions when you didn’t have what I needed in stock. Might want to consider upping your stock on the baby items you sale the most, otherwise, I end up having to drive all the way to Wal-Mart (joy oh joy I just LOVE Wal-Mart).
