Love this store. My husband rarely lets me loose in Harbor Freight because although their prices are amazing I can easily drop $200 in less than 15 min on small things every woman needs around the house... Ex. Saw, Duct Tape, Rope, Tarps, and Shovels. If ya catch my drift. Just kidding, but all jokes aside by far one of my fave stores in cloverleaf plaza

I Love Harbor Freight Tools. This is one place where I can count on not just fast friendly service, but reasonable prices as well.

Unless youre buying tools to impress your neighbors, you probably dont need the overpriced tools with the fancy logos and expensive advertising. I needed a hammer drill for a couple of small projects. This one from harbor freight works fine for what I need. The job gets done and I have more cash in my pocket for the after-project beverages.

I made a mistake in rating. Go there often . If try to use coupons dont expect them to be accepted. Over all I do like this store. Looking at for unusual merchandise you will probably you will probably bring it there.

HF is a good distance from me, so I checked before coming to verify the product I needed was in stock. When I got there the rack for the product I needed was empty. I finally flagged down an employee. She looked it up in the computer and said there were 8 in stock. She sent a guy back to supposedly look for said product. 10 minutes later some other employee stopped by to tell me they didnt have it. No explanation was offered as to why there inventory was so far off and the other employees who were helping me disappeared. I suspect they had the product, but that it was too inconvenient for them to pull the pallet in the back down and serve their customer. Having wasted more than an hour of my day driving there and back and waiting for them to look for the product, I thought I could spare a few more minutes to journal about the experience here on this online review.

I had a great experience at this Kannapolis location. The manager was very very helpful to me. I needed a few things that were not in stock and she made sure I still got them and got them at the discounted price with the coupon I had. She definitely went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Always the best for cheap tools and industrial needs. Plastic gloves for one use messy jobs cheap use once and throw away. Moving pads for $8 cheaper than renting from u-haul.Wish it was closer to Huntersville.

I really like this place but then again Im not sure there are many men out there that dont love a good hardware store and this place can be super helpful especially if youre on a budget. Whenever the other places are too expensive and you want to save some money this is easily one of the best places to go they have a great! And I do mean great selection they have large tools, medium tools, small tools and everything else in between. Its sort of like the Dollar Tree whereas you think you only need one thing and then when you go in there you see so many other cool little gadgets and tools that either you didnt know you needed or even new existed. So a $5 trip that you knew you are only going to need a couple of things hands up in a 40 or 50 or sometimes even a several hundred dollar purchase LOL just because they have so many cool and useful tools and the best part is they make them very affordable that is one of the main reasons I think Harbor Freight Tools will not go out of business anytime soon.

Great selection and awesome prices. Excellent customer service, just ask the guy that was in line before me; the cashier was very attentive to him. She was very patient and looked up several items online to see if they where available in store or online, the customer in front of me; was very inconciderate, but some people have nothing better to do! Great job on the cashiers part, ignore the rest of the line and focus on one customer at a time. Not all employees are trained to work on the register, so the employee going outside to get carts after seeing the line; must not have been.

Great store with great prices on Chinese products. Just be careful with exactly WHICH products you buy. Quality can often be questionable.

Pretty good sized store full of value priced tools. Some may call it China Freight. They are generous with coupons and freebees; you will never run out of flashlights. Sure you get what you pay for but sometimes thats all you need.

Went to get car hauler for the back of our SUV and found one for a great price and well made just wish they would send out coupons again.

Always a handy place to visit offering a good range of tools and supplies. In some instances you get what you pay for but they still deliver good value for money and for consumable such as drill bits sandpaper Etc I see no point in going anywhere else and paying more money. In general I stay away from their electrical tools having have problems in the past however from those in the industry that I know the quality of the power tools is improving.

The first H Freight Ive ever been in that was fully stocked with only one empty hanging peg and everything neat and organized, in the right spots and really freindly staff. If only my hf stores were like this one I would go back to buying alot more tools and stuff from them. The only problem with this one is I got my free tarp, and my 20% off but not my other coupon for the heat gun which should have been $8.99 not $12., I guess I ruined what my thought of a the best experience was by coming back home to Pa to pull out my receipts and seeing the wrong prices on it.

Website says tire changer in store. But I walked around for 10 minutes looking for the large box but couldnt find it. Then ask a woman to point me in the direction, and she couldnt even take the time to do that. Too busy for me. So I left. Maybe the store needs more staff to cover Saturday morning. There were about three other customers that needed help too, and one left when I did. Very frustrating. Ill just order from Amazon.

I bought a welder that was supposed to have wire and tips in it. Get home and theres no wire,. Drive all the way back to the store where I have to pay for a roll of wire!!!! Get back home and see the wrong tips are in the box!!! Now I have to drive all the way back to Harbor freight, but this time Im getting my money back for all of the junk. I should not have to buy all of the stuff that was supposed to be included in the kit. They didnt even offer to make it right!!!!! Spent 200$, made 3 trips to the store, and now I am done!!!! I want my money back!!!!

Yes, five stars because this place is a real go-to for affordable tools, bits, and miscellany. I recently purchased an electric planer, and Im overjoyed. Everything I have purchased has been a reliable part of my work, and the staff is extremely helpful. Ill miss the printed out circulars, but emails work too.

Love the store. Not everyone is the stalking type. Some actually let you shop. You would need to go on several different trips if wanting to actually look at everything they have. Being in there longer than 5mins and they start following you around the store. Other than that. Good prices, its cheaper than most hardware stores but some items you do get what you pay for.

I was a bit disappointed. I was returning a 100ft extension cord that seems to have a short somewhere. I have an east coast home and a residence out west. I used the cord once in NC before heading west. I left the cord in my garage here. When I tried to use it, earlier this month it didnt work. Though the cord looked new the clerk said she could except it unless it was purchased within 90 days. I asked her to pull my records to see all the stuff that I have brought and when. She told me after 90 days all records are erased. Since I have two homes I had to duplicate alot of my tools. Seems to me that by purging my buying history every 90 days this chain do not appreciate my business.
