Bobby at ProTint was very professional and did a great job. We have several large two story South facing windows in our family room. This resulted in a lot of heat as well as some direct sunlight that literally melted the chocolate in the candy dish on our coffee table! After tinting, the floors and furniture are cool to the touch and the outside views are more crisp and vibrant than before. Because of this we called Bobby back out to tint all the windows on the south and west sides of the house. We love it and are completely satisfied with the results.

The Pro Tint staff was very professional from start to finish with my First window tinting. Jennifer explained everything up front to me about what percentage of tint was allowed on my car and in the state of North Carolina. Jennifer also explained what could happen with slight bubbling of the tint and that it would cure out. The work was of highest quality and I’m very pleased with the job that was done. I also had a issue with my vehicle that required me to take it to the Dodge dealership after the tint process was done that had nothing to do with Pro Tint. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with these people. Had a glass out of a classic car, many other companies told me it couldnt be done. Just finishing up a great appointment. Finished earlier than expected and wonderful customer service. I have now used them for two vehicles and would definitely recommend!

I asked to have my front windows tinted to match back windows in my Explorer. The customer service rep. said that would be fine. I waited eagerly for the call that my car was ready. When I saw my car I could immediately see the front window tint was significantly lighter than the back window. When I shared my disappointment, they claimed they only tint to NC legal specifications. I had been told when I dropped my car off that I could choose the level of tint I wanted, even when I asked if I could go darker than NC legally permitted, they said I could do that. The customer service rep. that we originally spoke to even acknowledged that she was in error telling me she could match the tint, but none the less I was charged the full price and no apology was offered. Also disappointing, I purchased the windshield tint, which I was told would dramatically reduce the heat that enters the car. There is no discernible difference in the interior temperature of my car with the $150 windshield tint they recommended. Ive tried to contact a manager several times to ask that the tint be removed and to inquire as to whether or not they would issue me a full or at very least a partial refund. This is not what I asked them to do or what I wanted. Ive left messages twice and my calls have not been returned. I will be bringing my vehicle elsewhere to get what I originally wanted. This has been a big waste of time and money. I would not recommend Pro Tint to anyone. Very poor management and communication in my opinion.

FANTASTIC JOB !! As Always!! This is the 8th or 9th vehiclethat Ive had them tint glass for me. There are many othertinting joints that brag about being the CHEAPEST IN TOWN.However, With my stuff, Im not looking for CHEAP! I want theBEST!! I dont mind paying a little more, if I feel that the workis superior. I would never have anyone else touch my vehiclesglass, other than PRO-TINT. I highly recommend them for allof your tinting needs!!!

Pro Tint tinted my Cadillac ATS,; it was coordinated through the dealer so I was given no choice at all as to which film was applied. Pretty sure its all Llimar but its very clear I got the entry level film which Im not too thrilled about.More concerning, Im not the least bit impressed with the installation. Ghost marks in the film from shrinking it, fingers along the bottom and trash under the film. Clearly a dealer priced quality install.I should have known better.
