The customer service here has really gone downhill in the last several years. Most of the time they will not even answer the phone. If you’re lucky enough to get a hold of them, they usually do not have very good knowledge of what they are doing.If they answer the phone, and you know the part number, and they have it on the shelf, you are in luck.The quality of the trucks are decent, Customer support is the pits, though.*Edit* Bobby Marler and Tammy White always pull through for us when we are in an emergency. Those two people deserve a five star rating. Wish I could say that for the rest of the company.
I loaded a truck there to take to the port. First it was loaded a little over hanging due to my fault. They gladly fixed the problem. I was in and out of there in no time. Super friendly people

Months late on a fuel truck delivery from a agreed upon date.do not trust the schedule they give you. Do not expect them to reimburse for repairs that are under warrenty.
