I can honestly say that I have had really good experiences with this company. The waxes smell amazing, spot on to what the description is! For those who say it doesn’t last, I had to buy a different wax melter that was a higher wattage for them to melt the best, because my scentsy melter wasn’t cutting it. It made the biggest difference! The smell is strong and lasts about 4 whole days of melting, morning to night. Not only are the melts good, but I’ve enjoyed their bath products as well! I visited the Crumble store for the first time the other day and my experience was beyond enjoyable. Walking into Crumble Co is like walking into a sensory wonderland, the shop is full of enticing aromas and the decor is vibrant and welcoming. Brandon was manning the shop and he made sure I was educated on the sales they had going on. He was also friendly and there to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning, Crumble Co. is one of my favorite places to shop for wax melts and amazing bath and body products.

After watching all the hype over Crumble waxes, I decided to purchase my first order in May. Due to COVID, shipping times were delayed, but that wasn’t even the real reason my order took almost over a month to show up and only found out why on a social media post (wasn’t even personally notified by customer service that there was an issue.) The waxes smell great while in the container, and even after curing for almost 2 months they don’t last longer than 20 minutes. Very disappointing for a first time purchase and the waxes don’t even hold their scent that long.

These are the only wax melts I buy now. Theyre so much stronger and they last a lot longer than any other wax melts Ive tried. Its just an added bonus that youre also supporting a small business with excellent customer service and fantastic values.

They say they are all for being kind and loving each other and known for being an online safe space on their fb page crumble family. Definitely looks like false advertising since they just delete people off of the crumble family fb page for no reason, no warning, no nothing. I was a really good customer with them for awhile until they booted me and customer service ignores my emails. (Ive emailed 3-4 times now and also used someone elses email to try and contact them and Ive also tried asking on their regular business page on Facebook why have I been kicked out and still get totally ignored. It was really upsetting because I was an active member on the page and this was a fun hobby for me as well, but not anymore...Im not going to support a business who treats their customers like that and am currently looking for a new wax company to support.

Crumble Co is amazing. I found them in 2018 from a random FB ad, and tried a wax bar or two, not really expecting much. And here it is 2 years later and I am obsessed with their products. Theyre handmade, and well made. The waxes, one cube can last for weeks, theyre well worth the money! And the scent descriptions are on point. If it says cherry, it smells like real cherries, not the gross chemical stuff other brands use for car fresheners. If it says vanilla, your home is gonna smell like a feild of vanilla flowers. And with it being handmade, the scents get stonger the longer you keep them. None of the faded scents with mainstream brands! Ive tried two of the bathfrostings, basically exfoliating soaps, and they are an amazing self care/pamper yourself product. For the quality they put into their products, you really cannot beat the prices. B and his team are amazingly kind and generous when it comes to customer service, especially Victotia, who handles most of it. Ive never had a bad experience with them, even if something didnt ship right or got lost, or the website was being stubborn, they were so kind and did all they could to resolve whatever issues Ive had in the past. Crumble Co. never fails to disappoint! Their products are absolutely wonderful! The best wax melts that I have ever used. The owner and his team run one of the most kind hearted and wonderful operations I’ve ever seen with a customer base as large as they have. I moved last year mid shipment and the team made sure that my products arrived at the right place without hesitation. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and have been welcomed by the team with open arms. They have a special way of making their customers feel like family. Team Crumble for the win!

Ive been a really good customer for about 2yrs now. I really loved their facebook page crumble family, but for some reason Ive been booted and blocked from their page and I dont understand why, when Ive never been a bully or rude to anyone.. Ive attempted two times now to email and still no response and its been over a month. Ive also posted on different posts on the regular crumble Facebook page, and noone wants to give me an answer either. It really hurts me because they family fb page is supposed to be all about love and support, and mental health and awareness and I feel so horrible that they dont want me to be a part of that anymore, as this was a HUGE hobby for me . As much as it really sucks I cant keep buying the products anymore (even though they are amazing),and am looking for a new wax company who are a little more accepting.

I absolutely love this place!! Such great people and their Facebook is awesome as well! Ive been ordering for a couple of years now and it keeps getting better! The higher prices and wait are totally worth it!!

I just wanted to leave a quick review about my first order. Absolutely PHENOMENAL. I am in love! I literally just got my order and went and placed another one. LOL!!! Their customer service is excellent: there were some snaffus with my order and it took a while to get here, but they kept me updated the entire time. I’m definitely a longtime customer now. The store is absolutely the most adorable thing in the entire world! Super family friendly and their products out AMAZING. The wax melts smell out of this world and last FOREVER! The bath frosting has a super strong scent that stays lingering on your body for a while. The bath bombs and bath salts will leave you relaxed for dayssss!! I highly recommend everyone stop on in ans take a look around, maybe talk with the owner a little bit! 100% completely worth it!!

I absolutely love Crumble! Brandon and his team are honestly the absolute best, and have the most amazing costumer service. The simple fact of what the actual company is about is amazing, but add in their customer service you have a winning team! Just recently I received an email saying my package got shipped. After a couple weeks of not receiving it, I finally emailed the costumer service. They replied saying they did a little digging, and couldn’t find anything at all on my package. They offered either a full refund or a new package delivered out to me. Of course I asked for a new package because their scents smell amazing. I’m still waiting on my new package, but if I could give Crumble 1000 stars I would!
