Skeeter needs a raise!! I purchased a dirt bike from this place last week and I tell you what, that baby purrs!! The people there are very helpful and nice and they will get you want you want! When you go there ask for Skeeter he is very nice and helpful!!

Great people work here, they do the work quick. I dropped off a moped and they got it turned around in 30 minutes. Replaced the carburetor and changed the oil for a fair price. Brandi is a sweetheart and the guys in the shop are very friendly. If you have any small motor vehicle, this is the place to go!

Really took the extra time to insure my 6 year old son was properly fitted for his starter ATV. Really made us feel like we were family. 5 Star experience!

Sarge, the owner, was extremely polite, personable, and responsive. Our family needed help finding a 4 wheeler. We had gone to 2 other places, prior, the same day. Neither place was even comparable. The staff and the owner both seemed to really care about their customers and we were made to feel right at home. I bought a 4 wheeler for my son’s birthday and after a short ride, the rear swing arm weld broke. I contacted them the following morning and they asked me to bring it in. They apologized for the issue and said they would make it right. Ultimately it was a manufacturing defect and they traded it out for another like atv. They were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. The tech even took time to answer a few questions I had about the 4 wheeler. So, while time will tell about the quality of the 4 wheeler, the business definitely earned my respect and praises, and if I find myself in the market again for an atv, they have my repeat business as well.

I bought my son a new go kart here. I paid 2K for total junk. They dont stand behind the equipment they sell. I spend more time working on this brand new go kart than my son gets riding it. It is all cheaply made Chinese equipment they sell. Dont waste your hard earned money here!

Would not recommend this place. Was pretty pricey for a Chinese atv. Went ahead and bought it anyway. The first real trail ride we took it on it blew the rear shock. After many efforts to have them order us a new one ( which I was going to pay for) even dropped it off there, still they couldn’t get me one. It’s been two months and they have never cared that this got resolved.

Do not want to even give one star. Our sons money is gone!!! We were so excited to get a four wheeler for our son and he was in heaven. Outdoor Family was busy when we went in but helpful service and friendly. We are now experiencing problem after problem with the four wheeler. We have had it serviced and bring it home and same issue still exists and also a new one. My son cannot ride and doesn’t understand why the company won’t help us or fix it right. So his birthday and Christmas money he has saved is gone.

My family and I came in looking for a dirt bike for our 8 yr old boy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in just to look at bikes, and the prices were really good. We ended up walking out with a bike, helmet, and body armor for my son. He has been riding his new 110 daily, since we brought it home.

Bought a maddog scooter head light went out they did order one an fix then went out again tried calling hing up on 4 times an now just up set never buy and thing there again I guess I have to fix it myself an yes brand new scooter thanks for the head ache

Car we bought didnt even make it home before the engine cut. Got home and there is no oil and no coolant. Fine, whatever. Drive it for a day and the engine keeps dying. Take it in to get looked at, whatever, no big deal. It’s a new car.$1700 for a new engine. Ridiculous. “Runs and Drives great” yeah, it sure does.

I bought 2 mopeds on Wednesday November the 4th 2020 i spent 2500 dollars for the 2 i had to return one of the 2 on Monday the November the 9th 2020 the speedometer wasnt working the turn signal wasnt working and it kept blowing fuses which wouldnt allow it to start when they called to say it was fixed and ready for pick up i was told it was a charge for a hundred dollars for labor i asked to speak to a manager i was told there wasnt one i asked for the owner i was told he wasnt available and he would agree that i owed a hundred dollars i continued to explain i owned them for less than a week why should i pay a hundred dollars for damages that were manufacturer issues i was told to take it up with the manufacturer i really enjoyed the look on my daughters faces shes 12 and 14 when i brought the mopeds home it was unfortunate to see the look on their faces when they had tti witness there father upset and in disbelief and very disappointed after spending that as much as i did to only return after a week as a small business owner myself customer service is everything and as a human you expect people to do the right thing its funny you can buy a loaf of bread from wall mart and return due to an issue for a full refund or minimum an exchange to make it right but you spend 2500 and youre told its going to cost an additional hundred dollars its very unfortunate i paid the hundred dollars and it was worth the smile on my daughters face but i will never spend another dime with family outdoors

Went into this place to look at atvs not to buy drugs it look like they sell both. If you go there look over your purchase carefully they are not assembled right I saw oil puddles on the floor from what was a brand new atv. I said something to the sales lady and she informed me that was Norman in the most hateful way ever. very rude. Very gross place.

Bought my first bike, well scooter. Had some questions regarding some parts that came uninstalled and needed help on figuring out how to install them because i had no instructions Matt helped me, went above and beyond and explained some other things to me as well. Gave lots of advice! Very reasonably $$$. My go to place from now on. Other places i called said theyd charge me like $200/hour and arent sure how long it would take...psh

4 wheeler was a Xmas present. Rode it a few times a month until weather got nicer. He rode it more bolts came loose or fell off, chain comes off, electrical issues non stop. By the time he started riding it the 90 day warranty was up. It’s out of order again, starter solenoid looks like. Always something. Lesson learned and total waste of money.

Ive been looking for a place like this for 3 years. Joe did a great job at a fair price diagnosing the problem with my sons dirt bike and then fixing it. He did a very good job of communicating with me and letting me know any of the issues that the bike had. I am very happy that I found this place and Im glad Family Outdoors fixed my sons motorcycle.I couldnt find a place that would fix the motorcycle. It is an Xtreme Motors dirt bike made in China. They no longer are in business and it is impossible to find information and schematics for the bike. I am glad that they had the know-how and the parts to fix it.

Besides selling go karts and atvs, they also have some occasional cars or in my case a truck. I have had terrible luck with cars and felt good about my purchase of a 2000 Ford Ranger. Earlier this week, just 6 weeks from purchase the engine has locked up. Diagnostics run has shown that a mechanic patches it up enough to sell. These people are liars and thieves just trying to scam you out of your money.

Needed a drive belt for my scooter and they figured out the reason why I had a broken belt in the first place I was running the wrong size. Huge help and great prices makes this a great place!
