First time bringing my car here and I like how honest the employees are and didnt try hustling the bill up because Im a woman. I brought my car here for a second opinion to see if the ball joints needed to be replaced. The mechanic said they were still good so that saved me a lot of time and money. I will definitely bring my car back for future service.

They were very nice and personable, and I feel like they were very honest regarding the issues with my car and did not pressure me in any way to have additional work done that was not requested or needed. The only slight negative was that I didnt receive a call when the work was complete and ended up having to Uber to pick up my car, as the ride I had arranged was no longer available. They are busy, though, and thats understandable. Ill definitely feel comfortable and confident taking my car there in the future.

My 94 Ford Explorer was having some issues starting. I called Tim up and asked when I could get it in to be diagnosed. He was available the next day. He gave me daily updates and was very professional! I figured the diagnostics would take at least a few weeks. It was barely a week when I got my truck back! In the end I am very pleased with the results. Good price good quality work. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on!

Anytime I have issues with my car or I think there could be an issue, I take my car to them. They are always super friendly and fix what I need done. My husband and I were referred here for something to do with the ignition. We took our car to a locksmith in Lawrence, KS to make a duplicate key. They broke our only key for the car in Half! We towed our car to Dale Whiley Chevrolet who wanted to charge us $850.00450.00 for the part and the rest labor. I was like they are crazy and called our mechanic in kck.We were referred by to Jim’s lock and safe these guys hands down are top notch!Jim made a key from the broken key! However we had the key but the ignition was messed up from the first lock smith trying to jam the key that did not work for our car. Jim referred us here To parkway serviceJason who helped us was excellent in customer service and they got the car fixed parts and all for $350.00. Thank you Parkway and Jim’s safe and lock.We had to tow the car 35 miles but well worth the honesty, good work aNd awesome customer service!Anyone needing a locksmith or work done come here.Save yourself money, times and less stress!

These guys are the best by far!!! We broke down 3 hours from home. They came and towed our car to their shop and less than 24 hours later our car is running like brand new and it didnt break our pocket! I will highly recommend these guys on any given day!

I will never take my car anywhere else. As a single woman having my car fixed or oil changed is something I dread. I called and got in right away. They diagnosed and fixed my car way cheaper than I expected. Excellent customer service and I felt like I was getting a great deal instead of being taken advantage of.

I have absolutely total confidence in Parkway service. On the rare occurrence that something wasnt right after a repair, they made it right. And without any hassle. Lots of senior ladies go to Parkway because they know that Tim and his crew will treat them honestly.

If it wasnt for the manager at my car dealership Ive would have never known were to go when I had to get new brakes on my car. He was so reasonable it shocked me. Moved from Texas to KC. First day in town the radiator in my wifes car starts to leak. Parkway Service was the closest place to me. They got the car in and out that day, were quick to diagnose and gave me up front pricing that was VERY reasonable. The guys were very friendly and easy to talk to. Glad the car broke down where it did. Ill drive all the way across town from now on to take my vehicles to PARKWAY SERVICE CENTER.

These guys always go the extra mile. Ive been going here for years and they consistently impress me. They are honest, they dont over extend themselves so you know they will help you if they say they will. They really saved the day recently. I got a giant bolt in my tire on my way home from work about 20 minutes before they closed and they still got me in and took care of it. These guys are life savers. We took a trip down to Kansas to celebrate my boyfriend and Is birthdays. While down there, my moms breaks started grinding. We knew we couldnt make it back to Nebraska like that. We called a few different places, but these guys actually cared and managed to squeeze us in the same day. They were some of the only friendly people we encountered while in Kansas. They even gave us something to drink while we were waiting and got us a discount. Honestly some of the best mechanics I have ever came across. Thank you again guys!!

It is refreshing to have the confidence that when I have an issue with my vehicle if its something as simple as an oil change, or something more complex like an a/c problem or transmission, Tim and his guys will fix it quickly and correctly without gouging me.
