So, found this place with a Google search, called around best price in kc. North and South. Had two passengers windows replaced and let me tell you next day appointment. Called me in less than the agreed upon time. Two weeks out windows qork perfect. The even matched the tint! Your amazing. If it busy, call back you wont regret it.

Customer service is so so, certainly not friendly, but not rude, and youre literally just a number. They dont want your name, just your phone number. I had some communication issues with scheduling an appointment and not everyone knows what theyre talking about if you call when the owners (or are they managers) are not there. That said, they had my windshield there when theyd said they would, and got it installed quickly. Theyre about 30% less than the competition on price, so I appreciate the value and would return.

Will never use them again. They replaced my windshield and it has been leaking ever since. I’ve taken it back to them twice and they claim there is nothing wrong with it. The first time I took it back they got glue all over the upholstery on my ceiling behind my mirror, which has now become a stain. Do not get your windshield replaced here.

Took car in to replace windshield. Had crack on passenger side. Wouldnt pass inspection. While car was there Low Price Auto Glass shattered our side view mirror. They will not make good on it. We have used this business several times but WILL NOT use them again. So sad when a business wont side behind their mistakes 😪

They were very officiant and I only found one other place in my area that was $9 cheeper and I would have had to wait 5-10 days to have it done because they didnt have my windshield in stock and would have had to order it from out of town.

Passing thru Kansas City on our way home to Chicago we awoke to have found our car vandalized in the valet parking lot of our hotel, the passenger side window shattered and many of our possessions stolen. Most glass repair places were closed on Saturday. They worked hard to find us a replacement but unfortunately none to be had until Monday. and thats when they went above and beyond the call of duty, installing a temporary plexi glass panel that was way better than my husband’s attempt with cardboard and duct tape. we will forever be grateful to Goro who refused any payment from us. thank you!!

I called in the morning to make sure they could help me. Showed up in late afternoon got me in right away and even let me and my son watch how it was done. People were very very nice and the owners were very talkative and nice as well. Owner answered some other questions about tint and referred me to a local business down there street. Highly recommended and will be going back for sure!

We were traveling and our car got broken into in the parking lot of Harrah’s hotel. I called them in the morning and they told me to come right down in an hour and we got there and a half hour later they had the window replaced and we were on the road again. It was a great price and great service. Thank you.

They put me on hold 3 times. The first two times, they hung up on me after making me wait. The third time, they told me they do not repair windshield chips, even though their on hold advertisements, which I definitely had a chance to listen to by that point, said that they did.

Second to cheapest quote I received- but the cheapest was unable to get me in that day, and althoughhe told me he would have to order in the windshield he said he could have it in by that afternoon and got me an appointment made that afternoon... The only downfall was we had to go to them and we had a completely busted windshield...

I just took in my 2003 Chevy Malibu to get my windshield replaced. This is my 2nd time taking my cars here. As always they did a bang up job. Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes from appointment time. They also offer mobile auto glass meaning for an extra nominal charge theyll come to you and replace your auto glass in an vehicle. You wont find any place cheaper on the price. The quality is outstanding as well. I highly recommend this place for all your auto glass needs

No customer service skills what so ever. And definetly not practicing any type of safety precautions, like social distancing. Or masks or hand sanitizer. Every one was just packed in the waiting area.

One thing I can say is this business mannerisms was as good as any other glass company out there and at the way I hear it there work is just as good also.

I went with Low Price Auto Glass over a year ago to replace a cracked windshield for my 12 Honda Accord. Excellent family owned business and dependable quality work for a fraction of the price of others for auto glass repair around the Kansas City area. I recommend this to all of my family and friends for any windshield replacement needs.

These folks were way cheaper than anyone else I spoke with. They where fast and friendly. Did I mention fast? Im pretty sure I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would say Matthews assessment is accurate however I just need a window and thats what I got.

The prices are good. But when I had my windshield replaced there was some trash from them replacing it in my vehicle. One of my dash speaker covers was also broken. The owner said that it broke because of it being old & from the heat. The way that it wad broken was not caused by that. He said that if I got another cover that they would replace it. If you go here the prices are good but that is about it.

I didn’t find it appealing for the technician to not be confident in a repair. Kinda felt like there was some discrimination there (African American female here) and no thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere ✌🏿.

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and that couldnt be more true. Took my brand new 2017 F-150 there to get my front windshield replaced. It was not sealed in properly. They scratched the exterior body of my truck along the track line along the front window that was being replaced. Scraped up the inside interior passenger side above my Dash up in the front. Just no care for their quality of work. Air was leaking through the front window on the drive home which they say is normal for one day which makes no sense. I went back the next day to talk to the owner about the damage they did on my truck and his excuse was That its so minor and hard to notice so it does not matter or how it just happens justifying himself giving me a cheap price. So him damaging my 38 grand truck is no big deal and could not Do anything about the situation. All he did was give me 25 bucks off my price. Just a scum con man. Do yourself a favor pay the extra money and get it done right

I had quotes to replace my windshield anywhere from 250.00 to 350.00. less than an hour and price was 159.00 installed. Have a couple corners of the trim that did not quite get sealed to frame, but at this price, i can get some RTV from an auto parts store and do that myself. I highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass if you need a window replacement.
