Took my truck to the shop February 21st and for them to replace the oil pump finally got the truck back after 2 months didnt even make it home before the engine locked up on me ... this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a auto repair shop

Awesome repair shop. Dropped my car off at 4pm one day, they had it diagnosed and quoted within 1 hour and they had it fixed and on the road the very next day. I recommend this place to anyone

Thomas has been working on my cars for 8+ years now. I dont live very close to this shop, but I am willing to make the drive because they have always done high quality work. I exclusively trust RS Automotive with my business because they operate with the customers best interest in mind. They arent interested in racking up a bill for tons of repairs that arent necessary. This shop has always been transparent with me on what is needed, and how much it is going to cost. I recommend RS Automotive to everyone I know.

I usually do all the work myself. But when I dont this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. And know that I can have my family in it and they are safe.

Hot as ever outside My air decided to stop working called this shop spoke with Thomas, rHe said No openings I was like really then he said come on in He ckd out My air put dye in to find possible leak and recharged it (Cold Air Again) at n/c.....He said lets see how long this hold. 2 days later no Cold air again He had other work to finish up but referred Me to a shop He assured Me Ill like and were just as reasonable.....MOKAN

Honestly is the best policy/ this place practice this so if you want a place that you feel comfortable with this is it

Went here based on google reviews so Im going to leave my experience here. Took a Honda Civic for a new starter, 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready, still hadnt heard from them so I called and was told it was done and to come get it.Arrived 30 minutes before they closed, paid for the repair. Then was left alone in the office for 20 minutes before being told the replacement part was bad and they had to get a new part. Then promptly left me alone in the office for another 20 minutes after I said I wasnt sure I wanted them to finish the repair. When they returned they had already disassembled their work and sent an employee for a new part. Car was running when I took it here, would have had to be towed away. I dont fault them for the part, I fault them for the utter and complete lack of communication that left me without a car and missing an important work event.

Don’t go here if you want honest and upfront communication. Own it when you mess up and make it right with your customers. Don’t make lousy excuses and then do NOTHING to make up for terrible customer service. Maybe it was an off day but still not an excuse.
