This place was amazing. Not only were the girls that helped me nice, but the one that did my ultrasound made the whole experience so much fun for both me and my guests. She was friendly, asked questions, explained things, and just overall did an amazing job. Definitely recommend doing this if you’re thinking about it! I got the best memories of my little babe!

I can’t say enough good things about Prenatal Imaging. I have gone there for the 3D/4D ultrasounds for both of my kiddos now and both experiences have been great! We have received amazing photos of our babies that we will keep forever. The staff is always friendly and everything seems to run very smoothly, never having to wait and never feeling rushed. The rooms are big too, which is great and allows you to bring family for the special moment.

They were amazing! So glad our sweet boy cooperated and we got some amazing photos! The outfits are darling! Made some upgrades and a nice facility!! Thankful they allowed my family to set in as well!! So much fun! Great team! Thank you!!

Today was my second gender reveal scan at this business, and just like the first time, the second visit was just as enjoyable if not more! The staff is so friendly, and the visit was so thorough. I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone! Also, our heartbeat best that we bought is so cute, and the heart beat recording is strong and loud!

Had our 3D ultrasound today and it was an awesome experience! The pictures and DVD turned out great, our sonographer was so sweet and helpful in pointing out all of our little ones cute features. This is the 2nd time we have used them and I’m SO glad we did it again for this baby. We did the All-in-One package and I’m so happy we have the Pictures and DVD + we got to pick out a cute outfit for baby boy and an adorable plush animal with his heartbeat. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!

We had a great experience at Prenatal Imaging! The staff was super friendly and inviting. The room was large enough to fit myself and my 4 additional guests. They had a large TV in the room so everyone was able to see. I received a ton of images (I did the bundle pack) and the outfit that you get to choose was super cute and soft! The stuffed animal was really cute too and good quality.

Beyond happy with our visit! The space was clean and the staff was so welcoming. They made the whole experience something memorable for me, my husband and our guests. Definitely planning on recommending to friends.

My fiancé and I went in today to get our very first pictures & find out our gender for our reveal party!! I absolutely LOVE this place! My fiancé & I will most definitely go here for another 3D ultrasound later on, & for our future children!! Highly recommend!! These ladies are super amazing & very helpful & patient!

We had a wonderful experience for the whole family!! Large TVs so everyone could see from all angles. The room was large so we could invite grandparents and siblings to share the experience. I feel like you get good bang for your buck with all the images... printed and on a disk along with the heartbeat animals and outfit!! The outfit was so cute he came home in it! The staff was friendly and their excitement only added to ours!

Neither lady was overly friendly. This seems like the kind of experience that should be inundated with happiness and they weren’t rude but were definitely dry at best. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Dirty toilet, hair on baby changing table, and cob webs under the table. The ultrasound was pretty rough too. Left feeling sore. We won’t be going back.

Absolutely loved our experience here! Highly recommend it. I didn’t get her name, but the lady doing the ultrasound was so amazing. I’m sure our son liked her as well. He smiled so much as she was talking. Pictures came out amazing. Thank you so much for this opportunity!

Awesome 3D experience!!

We did twins 3D/4D ultrasound this morning. The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Our girl was a challenge for her and even in our previous ultrasound in other offices. The staff was totally patient. She has great experience to finally get some good pictures of the baby girl. I also had a difficult time to breath during the ultrasound, but she was patient and gave me enough break. I am glad we choose this location! Totally worth the money.

We LOVE absolutely EVERYTHING about Prenatal Imagining!! We were skeptical about coming back for a 3rd time since they are under new ownership however we are so so so glad we did!! We are so glad we made the 5 hour trip to here!! The pictures are perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful! She made us feel comfortable and welcomed!! We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!!

My doctor told me about Prenatal Imaging Center and said she was very confident in their ability to get an early read on gender. They were willing to see me at their next available appointment (which happened to be the day I called) and I had a great experience! Jess (ultrasound) was so sweet and willing to spend time talking me though the ultrasound. She clearly loves her job! I also bought a heart beat animal and it is something my family and I will cherish. Very kind and professional group!

Went in for the final peek ultrasound; they were very friendly and the pictures/video they provided were awesome! So glad my husband and I decided to do it. I think it is definitely worth it for the memories.

I surprised my husband with a visit to Prenatal Imaging. I cant say enough good things about Jenny. She talked with us while we waited. Then when it was our turn for the ultrasound she was great. Our little one was somewhat not cooperating. Jenny was so helpful to get him to move for better pictures. This was such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back when we are pregnant with our next.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. We picked the package including the dvd, stuffed animal, outfit, and photos. The photos were incredible. Our tech was sweet and helpful. She complimented our baby more than I did if that’s possible. I’m beyond happy with the experience and everything that came with it!!

I had an excellent experience at Prenatal Imaging when I went for a 28 week 3D sonogram. Jenny was very patient and creative when trying to get my little one to cooperate. My session went over 30 minutes because my little one was feeling stubborn, which is more than I would expect or have experienced from other providers. The pictures were of great quality (there are a ton of them!) The room where the sonogram takes place is very large and spacious which was awesome also. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a sneak peak of their new baby!

My wife and I were so excited to see our first baby and counted down the days till our appointment at Prenatal Imaging. The staff meeting was friendly and accommodating from the first call to schedule to getting checked in and out at the appointment. The tech who did our ultrasound was very sweet and skilled at getting some great images and an awesome video for us to cherish. We are always a little hesitant of interactions with businesses as an LGBT couple, but Prenatal Imaging was professional, kind, and welcoming through the whole process.

Decided to ring in the new year by seeing our baby girl in 3D. She’s so gorgeous and Jenny (according to the ultrasound) did such a wonderful job, she even gave us a whole stack of beautiful pictures to take home. Not to mention their store is gorgeously decorated and very clean. Thank you guys! We couldn’t be happier.

We will definitely be going back later in my pregnancy for a 3d ultrasound. This is our first baby and I had high expectations for this day. And We had a great experience! Everyone was very nice and professional. It appears that they only do 1 person at a time, which I enjoyed. Prices are completely fair and reasonable. The ultrasound room was very spacious yet cozy. The lady who did my ultrasound was great! Even though my little girl wasnt wanting to cooperate in the begining. (: I think we were too in awe to do much talking but she was lovely. She didnt rush through the viewing and got us lots of angles of our baby and even asked if there was anything else we wanted to see. The CD and pictures were great. Another thing I love about this place is the baby heartbeat stuffed animals! This is such a cute idea. We love having an animal to remember the day by, and the heartbeat is a sweet touch that I hope she will be able to keep when she is older. We will definitely be a return customer and refer people here. Thank you for having us and giving us such a great experience.

From start to finish, my visit was amazing! I found Prenatal Imaging Centers online and called to make an appointment. Working with Lisa was seamless and fun and we were able to book an appointment during a time that worked best for me. Within a few days of booking, I received a packet in the mail which surpassed my expectations which included details on the center, Jeanettes resume, and MapQuest directions from my house to the center.When we arrived it was all about us! Jeanette was upfront and honest about determining the gender of our child. She made it clear that at 15 weeks, we may not be able to; however, she did it! We spent 30 minutes seeing amazing shots and close ups of our baby girl. Our out of town family even face timed in so that they could see the experience. They too were amazed at how awesome and upbeat Jeannette was.Hands down this was a great experience! Looking forward to coming back at 30 weeks for more close ups. I dont think I could get this kind of experience elsewhere.

The new owners at Prenatal Imaging went above and beyond for me and my husband! This is our first pregnancy and despite a shy baby we were able to get amazing photos of him! Both of the owners/sonographers took the time to make us feel important and were so polite! Jenny and Jessie answered all of our questions and gave us so many pictures! My family loved being able to come and experience this special moment with us and they had plenty of seating! I will always go to them for my imaging! Top notch!

This place is amazing!! She has excellent customer service. She makes you feel comfortable. She also gave use ideas on how to break the news to our family.But most of all we have great images of our baby girl!! We will be going back for 3d images. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

After experiencing a terrible sonogram at the hospital my wife and I decided to go to Prenatal Imaging which was recommended to us by a friend. Everything sounded legitimate with very affordable costs. Upon arrival the secretary, Lisa, was very friendly and made conversation while we waited to be seen. She offered us snacks and soda and pointed out where the restrooms were. We were nervous when arriving but once we got settled Lisa really helped ease up the nerves. She was great! The room that our sonogram took place in was phenomenal with top of the line equipment. The images that were captured were so clear compared to what we got at the hospital. We could actually see our baby and it moving around. All of our questions were answered within minutes and I would defiantly recommend Prenatal Imaging if you want gender reveal, 3D pics, and or a diagnostic exam. Really wish we would have come here first! Jeannette Burlbaw did a wonderful job and if we need another ultrasound done during this pregnancy we will be back!!!

All the people I’ve met there are so kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do! From what I understand, some of the less positive reviews were left under the previous ownership. I was glad I didn’t experience any of those things under the new ownership!

Found this online. after reading some negative reviews i was a bit concerned specially when its about your first baby. But i would recommend this place to everyone. the doctor was really cooperative. very friendly enviroment. i will definitely go there again for my 3d/4d scan when its time. their prices are great too

Today I got to see my beautiful butterfly and got very good pictures went for all 3 of my little babies and had very good experiences !!!!!!! If you want 3D come here they are the best!!!!

I went to this appointment expecting the same level of professionalism that I experienced a year ago when I obtained prenatal 4d imaging from this business. I was not informed when I made the appointment that the business had changed hands. The new owners are not experienced in prenatal imaging like the prior owner was. It was a very expensive and very disappointing venture. Last year I got three times the photos and they were of far superior quality. They were polite, but just didnt even seem to enjoy their job.

My wife and I made an appointment at Belly Image for Sat 05/10/14. We received a call early in the morning stating that they were cancelling our appointment. We knew it was going to be near impossible to find another place that would have an immediate opening on Sat.My wife called Jeanette at Prenatal Imaging and Jeanette informed her that she was booked up for the next two months for weekend appointments. My wife and I were very upset because we were concerned about our baby girls well being. In the middle of the afternoon, Jeanette called my wife and told her that she felt our pain and agreed to have her come in. Even though Prenatal closed at 5pm, Jeanette stayed late just to take care of my wife. Not only did she do us a tremendous favor by squeezing her in, she didnt rush the ultrasound and thoroughly checked our little girl.Jeanette did an incredible job and answered all of our questions, which really put our minds at ease. She took some amazing 4D pictures and printed them for us. She even took the time to record the images on a dvd so we could watch the slide show of our little cupcake. Thank you so much Prenatal Imaging! We feel silly for not contacting you first!

Called to make an appointment to attempt to find out gender at 15 weeks. I know this is early but its the only chance my husband and I have together (we live apart for his work) to find out before 25-30 weeks.I felt like I was talked to as if I was an idiot for attempting this. I tried to explain my situation but was either interrupted or the person scheduling really didnt seem to care. Mostly seemed like she wanted to feel right instead of understand my situation. I explained I was well aware we may not find out for sure, but since we are paying out of pocket anyway, we wanted to at least try. She acted as if I wasnt telling the truth when I said many of my friends found at at 15. Many of my friends have contacted me since I have discussed this on another social media outlet, and many others that Im not close with reached out to me as well. I will be driving 2 1/2 hours to have mine done in my hometown. Their customer service over the phone was incredibly polite and understanding. Again, we discussed we may not find out for sure, but it was done in a more tasteful manner, rather than a self-righteous power trip.

The experience we had there today was really not that good. The lady (Who is the Owner) who did the sonogram was very short and was rude. Dont know if she was having a bad day, but left us with a bad feeling. This was suppose to be a very exciting moment for us and I am the grandmother of the baby. I had asked for an additional CD for myself and she seemed to be put off by that, I didnt know I wanted one until I got there. I spent $85 for the Sonogram and another $50 on items in there lobby. This is the 3rd time we have been there for 3 different children and had pleasant experiences all other times. After today I will never refer this business to anyone, in which I have many times through the years. Irritated and upset. At least the girl at the front desk was nice. Hope she doesnt ruin the experience for the rest of the families she sees today. What a way to end our day!

This place is one of a kind!! The techs that work there are FANTASTIC!!!! They answered any and all questions I had. They took the time to make sure I got good pictures even when baby didn’t want to cooperate perfectly. Im on baby number 3 and have gone to other places for scans before. Won’t do that again. I’ll be returning to Jenny and Jessie (the techs) for my 3d/4d scan in the next few weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I don’t normally write reviews but for current or future mammas if your looking for a place to see your baby look no further! The ultrasound room is super spacious and can accommodate family if needed. All around a super great place!!!

I could not have been more happy with this experience, and would refer anyone I know to go see Jeanette Burlbaw and staff. I myself am in the health care field and my wife is a worry about everything so needless to say Jeanette had her hands full with us. Never missed a beat was able to answer all my anatomy questions and my wifes are you sure thats normal questions. My wife and I visited Jeanette when she was 16 full weeks to know the sex of our baby, the experience we had was magical. Not only does she have the newest equipment technology has to offer for imagining babies but her knowledge and level of treatment gave us the opportunity to be as close as we could be with our sweet baby Abigail.

Rude. Rude. Rude. My wife and I have been to Prenatal Imaging Centers for two pregnancies now. The first time we left feeling the lady who performed the sonogram was rude. The experience of seeing our baby was so magical and exciting, I was willing to overlook the fact that the lady was rude. The second time was worse! It started out with the rude receptionist. When I called to make the appointment, she made a joke that was probably funny to her, but it was unprofessional to me. When we arrived for the appointment, she asked my wife to sign a document indicating she had been offered and read the privacy policy. Well, she was not offered the privacy policy, so she asked the receptionist for a copy of it. The receptionist got mad at her for asking to read it and told her it is the same policy as any doctors office. Well my wife would not sign the document without reading it, so the receptionist grudgingly printed it for her. So then we go to the back and the lady (Jeanette?) was even more rude than the first time. My wife had serious questions about a vaginal ultrasound because she had never had one before. Jeanette answered my wifes questions with sarcastic, rude responses in an attempt to belittle my wife and make her feel stupid. We will not be back a third time. We have already spoken to our birthing center as well in an effort that they would begin referring expectant mothers to another imaging center.

Kind, professional, and experienced sonographers. And it feels great to support an independent, local company owned by women. I would highly recommend!

If youre anxious to see your little one before your due date, this is the way to do it. The environment is casual and relaxed, yet a little high-tech. I think the viewing screen was bigger than my TV at home. We had lots of time to see our little girl and we even had her big brother and our best friends there with us.This was so much better than the ultrasound at the hospital - on so many levels.

I have been here for all 3 of my pregnancies for 3d sonogram and now that Im pregnant with my 4th it was a no brainer where I would go. My hospital is much closer and offers 3d as well but the experience that I have at prenatal imaging keeps me returning. I love that we get so many prints and anytime my babies have been stubborn and havent wanted to move shes always been patient and let me move around for a bit to try and get the baby going. I love the teddy bears available for purchase with the heartbeat. Everyone of my kids has one. My husband and I really enjoy this place!

The pictures were great, the heartbeat animals were really sweet, everything was nice really... but I felt like the lady doing the sonogram seemed annoyed... maybe she was having a bad day.

I loved it had a great time and smiled the entire time. She was very friendly and informative. She joked around with us and made it a pleasant experience that much more enjoyable!!!

We spend $90 for 30 minutes. During that time she left our room twice and had to reload paper. She was not prepared for our appointment. When we asked questions she would snap back answers and treat is like we were dumb. Even if my baby was not moving, I would have liked to sit and look at her face for the full 30 minutes. I watched the DVD last night and it also has lots of downtime when she was not scanning. I would not recommend, nor would I return. My gender reveal 3d ultrasound was at a place across from Shawnee mission medical, she was amazing and explained everything, we left there on cloud nine!!! We left prenatal imaging feeling very down and dumb.

My wife and I had hands down the most amazing experience here. Jeanette was informative, as well as friendly with us. It was nice to have someone who didnt just sit in silence or suddenly blurt out really cold facts. The resolution on the photos were marvelous, especially since we are 36 weeks along so it can take some work to get in the right position for good shots. Not only did we walk out with a bunch of extras we were not expecting (DVDs, Similac Samples, business promotion tips for my in laws small business, etc) but she gave us so many prints she actually refilled the machine. It totaled over 20 photos! Definitely worth our money and time. We had a very different experience with our first son. The sonographer was annoyed and rushed with only 30 minutes of allotted time for us, we only got five photos, and there were no pleasant conversations, We would go here again in a heartbeat, and to anyone on the fence on whether they think the money is worth it...TRUST ME, it is. Their generosity expands past just photo amount. The woman scheduled after us had a small child, in which the receptionist offered to watch during the appointment. She even offered him snacks!

Highly recommend!!! Always greated with a smile by these ladies!!! Never been treated like anything other than family!!

The sonographer is condescending, talks about herself the majority of the time, and tells you how to raise your future child according to her worldview. Quality pictures and clean facility.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This is our first child and Jeanette made our appointment one that my husband and I will never forget. I originally made an appointment with the 3D clinic in Olathe, they were very nice at first but after having to cancel and trying to get in at Topeka 3D (Who is owned by the same people) Their attitude towards me changed quite a bit. Rude insinuations and comments left on my voicemail when the woman called me back to let me know that she had no time for me for weeks. Due to my husbands crazy work schedule, this was the only day possible for us to find out the babys gender. I called everywhere from Kansas City to Topeka, Manhattan, Salina and Wichita. Jeanette was the only one to call me back and she did not talk to me with the Youre an idiot for trying to get an appointment on a Saturday attitude. She asked how many weeks I was (18 at the time) and then simply added us on to the end of her day. We did not feel rushed although she was working past her office hours and she took the time to get to know us. We will definitely be going back to her for another sonogram! Very knowledgable and pleasant to be around. Plenty of seating and two big screen TVs to see the sonogram on as she explains everything to you. A life changing experience for my husband and I! Thank you, Jeanette!!!

We had a very bad experience there. The nurse who performed the imaging was rude. We couldnt get to see the who baby face so she tried to push my wife belly to re-position the baby. When my wife told her that she wasnt comfortable, she was upset even though my wife told her that it would be OK if we couldnt see that whole face. She used the words like dont bother, etc. We expected this to be a joyful experience but instead we came home feeling terrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use their service. Not worth $150 at all (yes, we paid extra for after 5 pm service. Now I feel dumb).

My second visited with Prenatal Imaging and still very Amazed by the service and care! I will always recommend thier service to my family and friends. I was concern that i wasnt going to get a profile picture of my baby girl but Jeanette made sure I got one before we left.
