Eagle Graphics has consistently done an excellent job with our orders. We purchase t-shirts and company swag throughout the year and are always impressed with the customer service and quality of product. The team is easy to work with and produces great results.

Ordered several items, all with different vendors that they use. Had a major discrepancy in sizing with a $37 warm up jersey that was extremely small. I called and spoke with Diane who stated that all the items were available to try on, however, the staff working at the time was only aware of shorts and jerseys when we were there and not a warm-up to try on. Diane was argumentative, condescending, and offered no apologies or alternatives because, then we wouldnt make any money. I understand sizes and vendors and not offering refunds, however, thats not what I wanted. Just hoping Diane perhaps can at least validate a customers concerns in the future and realize how detrimental poor customer service can be to even the best of businesses anywhere.

We recently used Eagle Graphics to place our company logo on one of our work vans. They did a great job and had a very quick turnaround time. Their price was very fair and we will use Eagle Graphics again in the future!
