I appreciate the small town approach to sales and service at Evergreen Power as opposed to going to a big box store who may not really know their merchandise and certainly doesnt back it up if something goes wrong. Very friendly, informative staff who will stand by their products.

Evergreen Power delivers the highest quality service. Really appreciate the program where they pickup my mower in the fall, store it over the winter & perform the annual maintenance on it. The do the opposite for my snowblower. The do a great job. As with great organizations, I did experience a small issue, made a call to Ryan & he had it fixed super fast. I will never go anywhere else. Plus Greg is awesome on 107.5 the fan in the morning

I cannot speak highly enough of the service and professional attention that the folks at Evergreen Power provide! Recently had some issues with my snowblower, and not only was the blower picked up the same day, but was returned to me less than 24 hours later-just in time for the coming storm! I’ve bought all my EGO equipment from them, they patiently answer my questions, and really put “ service” way ahead of anyone else in the Valley!

All around 5 star experience! I was doing research last spring to purchase a new snow blower. I read reports and reviews on line, then started calling a few places in Green Bay assuming I’d get a better deal purchasing at end of season. Evergreen was my 3rd call and the difference in information provided, guidance given and overall service was amazing. No one else came close. Per the recommendation, I waited until this fall to order my new toro snow blower and got a fabulous deal. I have purchased many Toro and Husqvarna products over the years but never had this good of a buying experience. The focus on providing outstanding customer service here is like a throw back to 20 years ago! I recommend this place to all my family and friends. I know they won’t be disappointed.p.s. They are located right off HWY 41. It’s not far from Green Bay and much much better than the retailers in Green Bay.

Well we purchased a new Toro Personal Pace walk behind mower from Greg at Evergreen Power and couldn’t be happier! Great price, and Greg is very knowledgeable! Took my old Personal Pace in to have the drive repaired and again couldn’t be happier. Hey if you’re the market for power equipment don’t buy it from a big box store buy it locally! And my suggestion is Evergreen Power you won’t be disappointed.

Apologies first. I can’t remember if it was JoAnn or JoAnna. Second, she took her time and found exactly what I needed. I called Friday looking for a spindle first my mower and she got 2 for me so I had a spare for when my boy throwS another rock into my lawn. Then Saturday on my way home I stopped in and got new blades. She dug the part number off the blade as the number in the book only shows normal blades and not blades for bagging. Props to her and Evergreen for having the parts I needed when every place in Green Bay was a week out. Thank you.

Easily the best equipment rental shop in the Fox Valley. Im a younger landscape contractor and relatively new to the industry. Evergreen Power has great prices on rentals and they always have a great solution for when you are in a bind. As my company grows, I know exactly who Ill be buying my equipment from. They offer great customer service and really care about their customers, especially the young guys trying to get started.

The whole staff at Evergreen Power is just wonderful. And they always go above and beyond to make sure to give you a fair deal on the equipment your buying. Had them pick up my snowblower. Told them what was wrong, they told me they couldnt find anything wrong and would drop it off. Didnt drop it off the day they said they would so I went there. They told me they had found the problem and were waiting for the part to come in but never called me to update me on the situation. Poor communication. I will go elsewhere next time

Terrible customer service from Greg (manager). Tells my husband it is his fault our mower is not working after numerous service calls, etc. Then he tries to blame it on kwik trip saying they put water in their gas. Unbelievable...do not buy from this business or you will be sorry...

They aren’t there to sell you some junk....they are there to provide a SOLUTION to your problem. I needed a another blower, 20min past closing time and they stuck around to make sure I got what I needed! Quality equipment to buy! Quality equipment to rent! Im based out of Greenville but I will ALWAYS make the 20-30 minute drive to Evergreen even though there are places in Greenville and surrounding areas that are within a stones throw from me.Get over to Evergreen Power! I bought both a zero turn and push mower from them in the past three months. Best service ever, a good variety of reputable brands, and fair prices. Unlike some other dealers I shopped at, Greg knows the products well and it is a non-pressure environment before the sale. They are there for support after the sale, too. They went to bat for me with Toro for a design issue and wouldnt stop until Toro gave an acceptable answer. Greg and JoAnna are the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else for power equipment.

Brought my chainsaw there to get fix never fix the problem brought it back in to Ryan to show him and told they cant do anything for it but had no problem taking my money for a job they didnt finish.

I called evergreen power one day and spoke to Greg about a lawnmower. I had never purchased anything from them before. After speaking with Greg I felt comfortable that whatever I would buy from him I knew I would be happy. My dad and I both ended up buying the Husqvarna automower. This is the best place to buy any kind of outdoor power equipment especially the Husqvarna Automower. Greg and Gerald are the most knowledgeable people around, but not only that, they are the nicest people you will meet. You can go anywhere as a customer and buy a product, but you can’t go anywhere and be treated like a friend and valued customer. Buy with confidence because these guys take care of their customers. This is the only place I will go for any of my power equipment needs.

I had a weedwacker that quit working because the carb was shot. Since the cost of repairing the old one wasnt worth it, I went looking for a new one. The young lady working behind the front counter (I cant recall her name) at Evergreen Power assisted me the first time I went in theyre brand new store and she was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super helpful. After I told her what I was looking for and in what price range, she showed me a couple of models and told me the differences between them. Since I wasnt going to buy that day, she invited me back because I was there a couple of days before their Grand Opening Sale and coming back could save me a few bucks. So I did and bought an Echo that I really like. However, I found that the string head that came with the weedwacker didnt fit my needs so I went back the following week and bought a different one. This time the owner (Greg?) was behind the counter and since I had just bought the weedwacker, he discounted the price on ythe new head. My whole experience was excellent. I didnt feel pressured, rushed, nor ripped off. Two thumbs up for everyone at Evergreen Power!
