I decided to go with Sanders Glass for two reasons 1. They gave me a great bid 2. And they were by far the quickest to come measure to give me a bid. They came within 2 days, whereas the other companies took anywhere between 1-3 weeks to come, plus more time to send the bid. I thought that was a great sign of promptness.They said it would take about 2-3 weeks to get the door made. At 3 weeks I still hadnt heard from them about when the door would be coming. I called and the receptionist said I was scheduled for install the next day. Wow. Luckily I was available, but when were they going to call to tell me? The installers did a great job, but the screen was ripped so the man said I could pay then or when they come back and install the fixed screen. I decided to wait. I waited for about 4 months with no calls. Finally I called and they said they had no clue about the screen and would get back to me. 2 weeks later and I call them again. Computers are down from the storm, but they will write a note and call me as soon as they are up. 2 weeks later I call them again and they still havent talked about it but will and get back to me. 1 week later, still no call back. I call again. It is something that they have maybe talked about but the people who did arent there. Theyll call me tomorrow. It has been over a week and still no call. Im starting to wonder if they ever call any of their customers back or if they want to get paid. Im just worried it will be years and Ill never get the screen and theyll demand payment when I dont even live in my house anymore. Very frustrated.The communication of this company gets 0 stars. The actual installation is 5. The installers did a great job.ETA: About 2 months after writing this review they finally called me and set up a time to install the screen.

We recently ordered a table top in the heat of the Corona scare. John Sanders was very helpful and willing to get order done. They were short handed and flustered, very understandable given the situation, but still did their best and got us taken care of. They did a great job and was very reasonably priced. Great local option for glass. Would do business there again.

Went in looking for doors and Grumpy Greta said you have to hire a contractor for that and wouldnt help or answer questions or give us a quote. I have a contractor and work closely with him and wanted to look at doors and get quotes (thats how my contractor and I work) and Grumpy Greta was terrible. I took my business elsewhere and wont be back. Maybe they are less expensive than other places, but we will never know since Grumpy Greta couldnt be bothered to offer assistance.

They cut an installed a 70 x 36 mirror in a barn door for less than others wanted for the mirror alone. It turned out perfectly and it was done in 1 day!

We recently used Sanders Glass to replace the shower walls/door in our master bath. They did such a wonderful job and it looks beautiful. From the time we ordered it to the day it was installed it was only a week. They were so easy to work with. The crew cleaned up after and the receptionist was very nice on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

My wife and I have been coming here since we were in High School back in the 90s. My wife is an artist and she uses Sanders to make custom frames for her art work. They are very reasonably priced and working with John is always amazing. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. After looking at different stores to install our front door, we were impressed by their customer service. After about a month or so, they were hard to contact. We couldn’t get any direct responses. Finally, we received an email from one of the secretaries and from there it worked great. Communication is not great here, so just fair warning, but Jeff who installed our door and came out to measure did a wonderful job!!

A mediocre experience. It was several weeks before the called us. We picked out a door we liked. We didnt know the color in the catalog is not the color of the door. They didnt tell us it was unfinished. They delivered and installed in November. You cant stain in the cold and its supposed to be done within 2 weeks of receiving the door. The stain is an additional $60 to $70. The hardware we ordered through them and we talked to 3 different people about what we wanted and the still had us down as buying our own. Now it is installed, 6 months later were finally able to do something with it but there were staples they used to hang the door that were sticking out. The frame doesnt line up, and is so yellowed that it will have to be painted rather than stained. Go somewhere else.

I recently moved into a new house and Sanders Glass did the install of my master bath shower door and glass. There were some leaks that they fixed promptly and they even went above and beyond by ordering a whole new door for me bacuse of a manufacture defect on the hinge side. I can’t say enough about how great they were in resolving my problems and making me a happy customer. I would be happy and confident to refer them to my friends and family. Great company

I had my window repaired here, it was a great experience. The sales staff were very friendly and professional. They gave me an estimated time to have the repair done and the window was repaired faster than expected, and the prices were the best around. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had several screens re-screened and a Patio door installed, they gave me a fair price (I called around to other shops for estimates) and were knowledgeable about what they were doing. Store representatives were very helpful and friendly. All around good service, will be coming to them again

Good quality windows that they repaired/replaced. But pricey since they charge an additional $24 shop fee per window! Although they did say we saved about $70 by bringing our windows in rather than them coming out to our house. So thats something I guess?

I would recommend going somewhere else! And I wish I would have paid afternoon to all the red flags before hiring Sanders glass. We contacted them and they took about a month to get out to our house. We ordered a door and they came to install. They did an fine job installing the door. I paid them but not until they were gone did I notice the chunk of wood missing from the side of the door. When my husband called to ask about it, they blamed the manufacturer but told us not to contact the manufacturer because it would be a he said she said situation as to who was at fault. He told us that they would contact us to have someone come out to fix it. This was 5 months ago and they have never contacted us.Moral of the story is: they are slow, their honesty is questionable, they do not pay attention to detail and they will NOT stand behind their work- so save your time and money and go elsewhere!

We had them install a new shower door. They were great- came to measure, ordered it, it came early, they installed it it in a few hours. Great job- very pleased.

Store front is nothing fancy, and yes I needed to make a follow-up call here and there BUT they do great work AND they dont overcharge you for it. That to me is the most important thing I know Ill get quality with a fair price every time.
