Sara the one helped me she was exceptionally very helpful and knowledgeable and took the extra mile to help me she really did more than what she have to do to find the part I was looking for !! Otherwise My truck would be without an ac dealing with that Crazy heat for days! Went to 2 other stores they weren’t helpful but she pulled it off !! If she was the manager of that store then I am pretty sure she have earned it!!! it wasn’t even in their system and she still find it in another store for me ! She even search in her personal cell phone to find out the exact part number I was looking for !! I was planning to get my oil changed but it’s Memorial Day and I didn’t realize everything would be closed. My oil was really low and I needed help. Aaron M. helped me figure out which oil I needed and put some oil in my car for me. He was very kind and helpful! I am grateful and impressed! I will remember this positive experience and share it with others. And I will be a loyal customer!

Buyers beware!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Do not trust this auto parts store. I waited 8 days for an undelivered part and the whole time it was misplaced in the back. If you want to hassle and waste your precious time (time you could have spent cruising) come to this autozone. Respect to Sarah and Maryanne for helping me solve this problem. They were wonderful and helpful the whole time. Everyone else was no help and had no interest in assisting the customer.

They had the parts I was looking for which was appreciated. However I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between employees when I was ready to checkout. I had several semi large items. A bag was needed but was not offered. I almost left saying I can handle it but then thought Im the freaking customer. I went back, interrupted their conversation again and asked for a bag. Yes the employee responded quickly, but why did I need to ask?

My AC/Alternator belt busted and I had no AC and my battery was going to die because the belt was gone. Mike and Mike at this location not only gave me the part I needed, but they also gave me detailed instructions on how to install it. But I’m no mechanic, so by myself I wouldn’t have been able to do it. Especially lacking the proper tools. But the Mikes came to my aid and helped me with installing the belt. Let me tell you there was NO WAY that I would have been able to do this alone. I did not have the proper tools or knowledge to do it myself. Finding the proper video and tools would have taken me over an hour, much less doing it. Their help was a literal Godsend that they did not have to do because the store was closing. I have NEVER had this level of help at an auto parts store. I’m sure others would say the same. I was saved from several things by these men. Thanks AutoZone. And thanks Mike and Mike.

A few weeks ago I had gone to Jiffy lube to get my oil changed in my car and they of course tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I took that list of things they said I had to have to AutoZone and one of the workers there helped me out so much to figure out what I really needed and how I could easily do it myself (and for much cheaper than Jiffy lube). He was so helpful and put my new air filter in for me to teach me how to check it and do it myself next time. They are always so helpful here!

The store was clean and well stocked and I received prompt and efficient service. The employee who helped me went above and beyond what he had to and was very knowledgeable and competent. Ive always had a good experience with this AutoZone and would highly recommend it.

Its super easy to get in and out with the parts you need. You can rent tools here... kind of... you pay for them, then bring them back when your done. So pretty much free. Ask and they will give you the details. Super helpful people here at the Kaysville AutoZone.

Went in because I needed a replacement Head light. At the time I was not aware of how to access the bulb and thought it was through the hood and the air filter would need to be removed, or bumper removed because I have projector lights. The person that helped me told me he could easily tell what kind of light I needed and had me pop the hood. my car can come with either Halogen or HID. He looked down in a 1/2 inch gap at dusk without a flashlight between the fender and the air filter and very quickly just said I needed an HID light. He proceeds to tell me that I should probably go somewhere else and try it online because they charge a hundred bucks for one bulb there at AutoZone. And that was that end of story. I walked out empty-handed and none the wiser. Well, I started doing a little research after taking his advice to see if I could find a cheaper price. I also discovered on my own that you access the headlight through the wheel well, very easily. you open a flap take off a cap and you can see what kind of light you have. Reach-in pull it out on clip it and youre done and I did just that before following his advice. I did not have HID light. I had a halogen light which, for two of the very best bulb (HID comparable), only cost seventy bucks at AutoZone. So needless to say I had walked out of AutoZone without buying the light I needed, wasted time searching for a bulb that wasnt needed, only to find out on my own and thanks to the internet that I could have walked out of the store with not one but two bulbs for half the price and had my car taken care of. AutoZone if youre going to hire kids to do the job make sure they know what theyre doing instead of steering customers to the wrong product and elsewhere to get it. By the way there was no way at all he would have been able to tell what my light bulb was because there is a little black cap that you have to twist open to even see the back of the bulb and you cannot tell by looking in the front through the headlamp. This is not the first time I have had an employee tell me what he thought he knew, whats the right thing, or act like he knew what he was doing and been given the wrong product. I dont know why I still go to the store because it happens all the time. I guess as long as I know what Im doing, and I dont need their help, I can still go in there. Otherwise Fat Chance.

Terrible customer service

Autozone is my go to for local car parts. They usually have about everything I need and the selection is great. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable and dont break the bank when I need to do an auto repair.

Manager is seriously rude. The sweet salesman needed help and she couldnt be bothered to get off her phone. The guys are great, but the manager is horrible. Lady, get off the phone and help your customers.

To make a long story short, they have some very shady employees working there. Im not sure of the one gentlemans name that was actually helpful but out of 3 trips there for alternator/battery problems I got one employee that wasnt lying to me. Im not saying they are all liars but I will say they lost a loyal customer this week.

Employees know what theyre talking about. They might even know more than me but I doubt it. I enjoy doing just about any fix I can manage.

Ive been here many times. The people at the counter are courteous and helpful. They were especially helpful giving me some tips when I went to change my brake pads. I would highly recommend.

Had the most frustratingly mediocre experience here. I walked in looking for some advice, three employees were arguing with each other about where certain batteries were located. They all stood behind a computer and walked around the store together while I stood there waiting to be helped. This lasted about 10 mins. Finally one employee asked what I wanted. Upon giving her an explanation she was not only apathetic, but also treated me like I was clueless. The trip was a complete waste of time.

The associate was very helpful. He noticed the oil we were buying was not on sale so he took the time to help us find a comparable brand which was on sale.

I bough an expensive bottle of tire foam (Amor All Outlast Tire Glaze) and used the bottle once. After one use it would no longer spray the remaining product in the bottle. I went to return the bottle and they told me I cant do anything with out a receipt. I did not realize I need to save my tire shine receipts. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Dont buy parts from here if you want your warranty on your parts, I bought brake pads and rotors last September and went to use my lifetime warranty and they tell me they cant find anything under my phone number or my name which is the same phone number I use for all the parts I buy and told me theres nothing they can do for the warranty.

This is the BEST AUTOZONE EVER!!!!! I had my check engine like come on and a guy named Richard literally helped me out completely and got my new car I just got working. I was going through a extremely hard time, especially that day but Richard took his time and went through everything the store had to offer to help me get my car up and running. I have never been so grateful and reduced my stress but also got me to actually trust someone and I will always go back to that store and if I could I would give it 10 stars. Richard is a part time employee and he really have a positive and great attitude and he sincerely wants to help ppl. Well he helped me more then anyone has in a long time and I would recommend this autozone in kaysville because they take there time and really look for what you need and they also help you on the spot and not 1 complaint I had. If I could tip for the service I got I definitely would. Thank you Richard, your the best.

Dave helped a needy mom out- all with a smile! My windshield wiper had broken off, with a piece still attached to the wiper on my car, that I could not get off. Dave got the broken piece off, got my new windshield wiper and installed it for me! I am so grateful for the help!

Was told by two different employees that they do not change car batteries anymore.Was told that they can loan me the tools and I can do it myself.When I asked what the third employee was doing changing a battery that they claim they dont change anymore I was told I was wrong like a moron. Seriously? You are going to sit there and say you dont change batteries when your employee is in the parking lot doing one?Called the Autozone in Layton and they told me they had no clue why Kaysville was telling customers that. They had no issues changing my battery for me.Funny I have been goong to this location on Kaysville for the last ten years and have had no issues.I did call corporate Autozone and they said that they do chamge purchased batteries for the customer on the spot if the customer requests it.Just overall pissy attitudes.I dont think the store manager was there and thats why Onhad this kind of experiance.
