We bought a chair from this company, and it broke just after their 30-day warranty period, and they did nothing to resolve the issue. The quality of the materials is poor. The fabric tore in a place that wasnt even on a seam. By contrast, weve had some camp chairs from REI that weve had for at least 5 years, very similar design. Never had any problems. Do not waste your money. Buy quality.

Pet friendly and helpful knowledgeable staff they always have a good deal going on and no their brand has a better sleeping pad I will never buy a sleeping pad anywhere else but here they have a marked down section of gear that was returned or repaired for amazing prices I’ve bought 4 pads here 2chairs a hammock and a dog bed that my dog is obsessed with

Great equipment and friendly staff. Everything was on sale when I got there. And there were several bargain bins and refurbished items. They even added an extra discount at checkout, and have me a few freebies. Save money by buying quality here the first time.

Is their retail store, with some refurbs and close outs. They had some awesome bundled deals, plus they have everything blown up for display so made the decision a lot easier. Went in for a pad, bought a pad, pillow, sleeping bag, and pack raft. Awesome store.

My only reason for 2 stars is because of the misleading storefront signage. Not an Outlet. Great store but all products are retail with the exception of a few air pads. If it’s labeled as an outlet then it should be an outlet right?

Is this company still in business? Phone lines are turned off, I can’t get anyone to respond to support emails. I shipped in two backpacking sleeping pads for repair and only received one back. Who does that? Now they won’t respond to anything after weeks of attempts. Terrible customer service.I would not recommend this brand. Both sleeping pads I purchased leaked from the valve within 1 trip use.

5 stars for this great local company, but 4 stars for this store, and really, only because while labeled an outlet, this is not much of one. They do have some refurbished goods, and perhaps at times there are many, but I only spied a couple on my visit. A very few items were on sale, and you got a free tee with a $100 purchase, but other than that, it was all full priced gear.Now, what they make is high quality enough that I am happy to pay the standard price, however Id done some research ahead of time, and the sleeping bag I was seeking was half price elsewhere. No matter, though, we were happy to check it out in person, along with their selection of hammocks, backpacks, cute pet camping supplies, and truly extensive variety of sleeping pads.Of all the things to be most impressed by, they have some seriously excellent pillows! We bought very comfortable cushy inflatable pillows for backpacking, but for car camping, I would have nabbed the ingenious memory foam filled ones, featuring a protective case that flips around to a cozy fabric cover, all in one! We also got a nice compression sack.The young man who assisted us was friendly and helpful, and happy to check their stock room for the specific sleeping bag I was interested in. Overall, a great experience, and I am happy to be able to support a local company that crafts such well and thoughtfully executed outdoor products.

Call ahead before heading to the store to confirm they are open, the retail outlet appears to be an afterthought... randomly closed on a Saturday in the middle of camping season with a hand written sign sign saying they are closed.

My static v sleeping pad has worked great for 2 years, it inflates quickly and is small enough to take on all my travels (works great for sleeping in airports). It recently got a hole, but the glue from the patch kit was dried out. They sent me a replacement patch kit, free of charge, no questions asked. Meant a lot that they were so willing to help!

Buying backpacking gear online can be tough, and finding good priced gear in a store is a challenge. The Klymit Outlet has most everything they sale right there and ready for you to jump on or into!

Very poor customer service. One of their pads broke on night 1 of a 3 night backpacking trip. They refused to repair or replace it, because I attempted to fix it so I didnt have to sleep on the ground for 2 more nights. Then, they delete my negative review, and apparently all negative reviews on their website. Out of a thousand reviews, not a single review under 4 stars. Smells like BS.

Pretty small but really great stuff. The customer service was attentive and knowledgeable. Id love to be able to go back and try out the camping hammock. I love when local companies make good stuff. Lifetime warranty is tremendous!

I have never been so satisfied by someone’s customer service!! I will forever love Klymit and use their products. My ground pad stopped inflating through the night, but I was easily able to send it in to them and received a brand new one back QUICKLY. Just in time for another camping trip! So grateful for their customer service and lifetime warranty!!!

Showed up 5 minutes after closing time and Garrett opened the door and invited us in. We had been testing sleeping pads and bags at REI and other stores all afternoon. We ended up buying from Klymit! The outlet store fixed a faulty valve on my well used pad for free and also replaced the inflatable frame for my Motion 60 backpack. Although Ive had some durability issues with their gear, it was all after hard use on my part and they fixed it for free. Prices are really good and I appreciate their innovation. The outlet store had awesome prices on refurbished gear so if your in a budget stop by and see what you can find.

I love there air mattresses, fold up small and are light to pack, the best thing is its got a life time warranty so if you get a leak take it back with no receipt needed and walk out with a new one. I am so glad they are local.

Very comfortable pads and pillows - some of the most comfortable we have used in 20+ years of camping. And, outstanding customer service with replacement of one pillow that leaked when we bought it. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I have been fans of these guys and their products since long before I had the opportunity to purchase any of there gear. I was fascinated by their lightweight yet durable designs. This company is LOCAL which is a huge plus, designed right there in Centerville Utah. Awesome products, good quality. The staff there have helped me out a couple of times that Ive made it to this store. They are legitimately passionate about their company and gear. I went in to buy a sleeping pad, which I love, and is very comfortable, and came out hoping to have a chance to go back and try some of their other gear. Also, this location, their outlet store, carries a decent number of refurbished items, which are even more affordable than their already quite affordable products, and just as good of a product. I will be using their gear on my adventures for years and years to come Im sure!

Four of us bought Static V2 sleeping pads for a kayaking/camping trip in the Broken Group Islands off the coast of British Columbia. We were all very impressed! The pads pack up so small, are very light, yet offer excellent comfort. On top of that, they arrived super-fast and theyre a great value! Were looking forward to using our pads again backpacking (or even just as extra cush when encountering a rock-hard motel bed). Thanks Klymit!

Bought my Klymit jacket this summer while passing through Ogden, Utah. I knew I had a fishing trip to Alaska scheduled for the end of August and thought this would be a perfect jacket for there. I am sure the young man in Costco told me the jacket was water proof because I asked him. While it was cold in the morning, the jacket did keep me warm.The day that is drizzled all day, and I was out in it from 9-6, the jacket was wet through and through.Thank goodness I had another three layers on that keep me somewhat dry.Maybe if I went from the car to a store, the jacket might repel the rain, but it sure isnt a Gortex. It never really dried out until I was back in AZ three days later.

They have very high quality equipment for a great price and the customer service to back it up! I own a a Static V pad and a KSB Down 20 sleeping bag. I have loved both of them due to being very comfortable, compact, and lightweight. I was able to purchase both the pad and the bag for less than $200 total. Its hard to find a quality down bag for that price let alone both a bag and a pad.My sleeping bag, however, didnt come with a storage sack as was listed in the description. I simply wrote an email explaining what had happened and within half an hour I had a response saying they would be happy to ship one out to me. That is a customer service experience that is hard to rival; quick and no-hassle. This is an awesome company with awesome products that I plan on using for a long time!

My husband and I went into the store to purchase over $400.00 in merchandise, one of the employees was helping another gentleman and the other was playing on his phone with headphones in and walked by us countless times and never asked if we needed help. Its an alright camping place but not nearly a large enough public viewing area and not enough merchandise. Only except to see mostly camp sleeping gear.

Pad poped at the seam while inside my sleeping bag, cutting a backpacking trip short. After sending it back to the company, they simply sent it back patched with the same patch that comes with the pad instead of replacing the (defective?) product. The first time I used the pad, again inside my bag, it was flat by morning.Bad product, company doesnt stand behind it.

Static V is the most comfortable surface I have used. When you take into consideration that it can be packed to fill as little as a large can of beer, there is nothing to ask for more. It should be the weight. just under 600 grams - thats fine!The only thing I now doubt is whether I should now also have a Static V2 - which is even lighter. Maybe the wife can use Static V, then I can get the new - and easier - Static V2 :-)
