Horrible customer service from the manager of all people. No professionalism at all. Would love to speak to someone above her but of course the only number they give you is a 1-800 customer service. Just buy your product from an actual professional!
I’m happy I can find some hair products in town instead of having to order online. Associates are helpful. Their generic hair products work great at a fraction of the cost. Appreciate that the associates wear masks and they take precautions. Dropping one star as they are out of many products and are not keeping them stocked.
For darn near the last 2 years yall have been as unreliable as it gets. Different staff every time I go in, many are not knowledgeable but claim to be and have given bad advice and to top it all off the hours are never consistent. Tonight was the last straw. Online states open till 8:00 p.m., I drove from out of town they closed at 7:00. Ill be ordering online from another outlet from here on out-

Been shopping here for 7 years/about twice a month. Love the products, endless discounts and coupons.Up until recently, I would have given 5 ⭐but they stopped allowing more than 1 coupon at a time and the thing that irritates me the MOST- they stopped employing ppl that actually have knowledge in the industry and products. These new girls know NOTHING about the products. They have ZERO experience. Previously they employed stylists or students from the local beauty school. It was awesome. You could get free advice and in many cases you could get consultations. Now these girls cant tell you the most basic of info.Sallys, you lost all your good gals. Fix whatever issue is there and get back to employing gals with a lick of sense.
