Would give Hello Beautiful 10/10 stars if I could! They were so helpful from my first appointment picking out a dress all the way through to my final fitting! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Went to their prom store after an awful experience at K-Town Couture. Not a great location, it was hard to find, no signage and in another stores basement unfortunately. But, they were amazing!! So professional, the sales associates were welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive!! My daughter found a beautiful dress!! Will definitely be a return customer!!

Ordered tuxes didn’t come in till 48hrs before wedding 2 had to be reordered n still didn’t fit right then had one for my grandson n the pant length was so short up to his chins n we paid all this money. Never would use them again for tuxes

Barely answers the phone and super rude when I went to try on dresses. Doesn’t seem like she really even likes her job or wants to help a bride

I really wanted to like this place, but it was so frustrating to work with them. My fiance had rented his tux there for a friends wedding and had a good experience so we thought wed use them for ours. While they do advertise formal wear, we definitely felt like they care more about the bridal aspect than the tuxes and formal wear. It seemed like an inconvenience to them that we were trying to pick up at another location. We are having an out of state wedding and the tux orders were supposed to be sent to IL. I was told I would get a confirmation call once they verified they IL store received it, and I never got a phone call. I gave it a bit over 2 weeks only to call and find out that the tuxedo order was never sent from tip top tux. While I cant completely fault the shop, they never called and had I not followed up, Im not sure my order would have ever made it over. It was definitely not high on their priority list to follow up on. When I called and was told it could take a bit for the order to be transferred over. I have less than 2 months to my wedding and dont have a bit for the tux company to try and follow through with my order, so I ended up cancelling and going elsewhere. Ive planned my whole wedding from out of state and its disappointing to find out the most frustrating part came from a local shop.

The ladies at Hello Beautiful were great to work with and I couldn’t be happier with how my dress, tiara and veil looked the day of the wedding! I received so many compliments! When I ordered my dress they suggested the ivory lace and almond tulle over champagne combination of my Essence of Australia dress. I am so glad I chose that! I loved how the color combination made the appliques and details of my dress standout in my wedding photos. I refer everyone I know to Hello Beautiful Bridal.

I went to 5 or 6 different stores with no real contenders for my wedding dress before I walked into Hello Beautiful. It was by far the most welcoming place. Megan and Jenna are fantastic and Im super jealous of their relationship as sisters! They are SO knowledgeable and helpful. I found not one but TWO dresses that I fell in love with! How did I decide? TAKE PHOTOS and compare that way because the pictures are what youll see of the wedding for the rest of your life. So I found the dress, ordered it, then took it to our family seamstress, and tada! I got married in a gorgeous dress!! Back to Megan and Jenna... these gals know their stuff! Be honest with your concerns and what you want and they will give you a solution! I highly recommend their shop and Im a little sad that after I get my dress preserved I wont see them as often.

They were very helpful and knew their dresses well--they brought me a dress to try on that I had overlooked and it was perfect for my body shape! Even better, I found the most gorgeous earrings to go with it! Im in my 40s and needed a long dress for a special event and would highly recommend Hello Beautiful.

Had an okay experience here, none of the shirts fit really well the pants were on point at least. To be fair the measurements were given on the phone which could account for a few of the shirts being wrong. They didn’t always answer the phone right away but eventually got back to me with any questions I had.

These ladies are down right amazing. When I first walked into the store, I was very overwhelmed from all the options I had. They quickly made me feel comfortable and helped me pick dresses they thought would look good!

I think I walked into this place and tried on drsss 15 times! I loved all their dresses. I had looked months for a dress and went to many different stores....but even though I went to Hello Beautiful Bridal 15 times they never ignored me and were there 100% of the time to help with anything and everything I needed! They answered every question I had and they could tell me everything about each dress I tried on. This was soooooo helpful when choosing the perfect dress. When choosing a place to find your perfect dress you need to go to Hello Beautiful! I could go on and on about how great my experience was, but all you need to know is that they are there for YOU! Thank you to the ladies at Hello Beautiful for being a happy and enjoyable experience for me!
