Staff is always super helpful, and have been rock stars with the delivery at door service. When you call in, they will actually go and look around their store to physically check for merchandise instead of relying on what their computer says. Keep up the good work!

They used to have good products but in a weeks time I have gotten two broken headsets and gave up on returning them because I probally would have gotten a third broken one

They have NOTHING everything is just empty boxes, whats the point of displaying it if I have to order it and wait to get it? I can just go to Amazon if I have to order it or just go to another store that has it in hand seriously tho how is GameStop even in business?everything about it sucks.

The salespeople were very nice and friendly they were very helpful the salesman answered all my questions and was very nice when I kept asking him prices and what certain items were. I have problems with my eyes so I asked him prices on a few things and we talked about the items. It was a very pleasant experience it was like talking to a friend

I called for a quote on a game, when I came in the cost was way higher and I got an awful corporate rundown from the guy behind the desk. Like, give me an accurate quote plz and just take my money and dont give me a rundown.

This place has some great video games. Plus, some amazing toys too.

They checked with nearby GameStop stores to help us find the particular Funko Pops character we were seeking. When they found one, they called and reserved it for us. Employees at both stores were very friendly and accommodating.

CSR did not know about the new Nintendo 3DS. She runs a game store for crying out loud! My brother and I made for the door. They dont know what theyre talking about. And they dont have what I want for a game store! Ridiculous!

I knew nothing about Pokemon for my son and the staff was so informative. Phew. Hes going to love his gift.

Has a pretty good selection of ps3 games trade in value on game etcetera is ok but anywhere you go anymore you dont get much back best bet is in store credit staff are pretty friendly

Employees need more training

Video games, and more nerd/geek swag than I could ever buy. A must stop.

Went here and there were two girls working and one guy. The guy had no idea what was going on every question i asked he had to go ask them and did this 3 or 4 times until i asked if i could just talk to her myself. Both the females knew more than the guy but were still very unwilling to help and fairly rude. In such a hurry to get me out of the store when im trying to make a 500+ dollar transaction before one of their deals expired. They were unwilling to help and told me go home and try it online beause theyre not going to do it there or i could drive 45 minutes to the next town with a gamestop and they can help me. Can definitely say ill never go there again.
