Called and spoke a person named V. V said he was busy with a customer and would call me back. I waited for over an hour for him to call me back but he never did. After waiting I decided to check out another company called SJ Mobile Mechanic and they showed up at my house the same day!If you are reading this thinking its a good idea to use this company, think again if you are expecting any sort of customer service. This company gets a D-

I have been using this place for years, spending thousands of dollars here, only to have to have other shops fix what they claim to have fixed. Save your money and go else where. I truly want to support local but this isnt the place to do that.

They provide an excellent service except for I did not get my whole car back. They left off a very obvious engine cover. I found it was missing a week later and had to return to have the get me one and instal it. There was no way for it to just fall off.

They did breaks, roaders and 2 tires over charged me and put my tire on wrong and ended up with a flat in 15 days. DONT GO THERE.

I was driving around looking for an auto shop that is near my home and passed a few of them. When I saw Kearns Auto Center, I read the reviews to find out more of what recent customers were commenting for type of repairs, pricing, and customer services. I notice there are many who wrote recent-able reviews and others were not satisfied. But I use these three criterias for me to find a trusted mechanic and a shop that I is honest, willing, and understand my car problems. So, I took a blind leap and took my car into their shop because my Subaru had an exhaust leak that sounded as loud as race car. I introduce myself to him in the front counter that I found out that his name is Ray.I told him about the noise and he mention a few possibility of the causes of it, but it was going to cost for him to diagnosis it. I understand there is cost to have a professional mechanic to look into it and I wanted my family to be safe on the road. So, I went on ahead and gave them the green light. While I was waiting, Ray invited me to see the actual problem and I met another mechanic Danny who was working on my car. So, I was excited that first the shop had recent-able pricing, friendly customer services, and cared to repair my car the same day. These guys are AWESOME and Highly, Highly, recommend this shop for automobile repairs anytime!

Went in today to speak to Ray based on a recommendation from a family member, and couldnt be more pleased. I was given an honest assessment of the issue affecting my vehicle and it was fixed quickly and correctly. The best part of my experience came when I went to retrieve my vehicle. I had a great conversation with Ray about his work and how he treats his customers. It was refreshing to hear his philosophy of how he runs his business. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of good customer service and honesty in the service being provided. There are many ways to run a business and treat people, and the guys at Kearns Auto do it the right way. Ray does the majority of his business based on referrals...and with good reason. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly, which is not always the case in business today. Who wouldnt want to send their family and friends there to be treated the same way? I fully understand that the service costs money, and I dont mind paying a fair price for honest, quality work...thats what youll get at Kearns Auto. Popped into this little shop a month ago for an oil change. Im extremely suspicious of any mechanic. Ive been screwed by a couple in the past.I popped in and told them what I needed and they got it done correctly in about 20 minutes which is about average.I also have been hearing some grinding noises on my brakes (accidentally drove a couple feet with my parking brake on) He checked em at no charge and told me they were fine and the sound would go away over time. Which it kinda has so Im not worried.The guy at the counter which Im assuming is the owner is pretty straight forward. Not super friendly acting. Probably my only complaint during my visit.However in the end the most important thing about any mechanic shop is the quality of the work and the honesty of the workers.Ill be going to them again next time something breaks and update thing review if anything changes. For now Im impressed and would recommend them 10/10.

Both times Ive taken my truck there to be fixed they know what was wrong over the phone. They give great service and are always friendly. And are great priced.

Ray and his crew diagnose the problem right the first time and get your vehicle back to you within a day on 90% of all repairs. Honest and upfront about prices. I have never had to bring my vehicle back and I have been using Kearns auto for close to 10 years now

I am not impressed with this place, they stated they’d charge $104.00 to give me a vehicle diagnostic. Which was the first red flag, (typically that is free)Second red flag- I have recently moved back from Wyoming therefore, I have Wyoming plates, after I told them my story the price of this “diagnostic test” suddenly dropped to $53.00? It just down spiraled from there. The management was terrible, I cannot believe how these guys talked to me and belittled me because I am a “woman” and I feel as if, just because I had out of state plates they thought they could be dishonest and over charge me. To say the least, I was ashamed of Kearns Auto Center from the moment I walked through those doors, it was terrible service. I just want to share my story to advise people to not waste their time dealing with this place. It’s a joke.

No bullshit here. They will let you know what exactly is going on and actually show you and explain to you how or why it happened. Sometimes on the pricey side, but you pay for what you get. Quality service and a properly repaired vehicle.

My mom went there for a radiator flush which ended up costing more than $300. There’s no way they flushed the system as the bumper must be removed to access the radiator plug and the bolts on the bumper and the radiatorPlug hadn’t been messed with at all. Extremely unhappy with what appeared to me to be taking advantage of an elderly lady looking for help.

Been bringing my vehicles here for years. They honest and up front I could not be happier with them. I brought in a mini cooper with a high pressure fuel pump problem they called to get the part and found out it was under warranty. They told us to go to the dealer (which they arranged) to get it fix for free. They helped us out greatly when they could have charged us and we wouldnt have know the difference. Thank you

Got an emissions test and they said I was missing a catalytic because my car should come with two but my car only has one. And failed me there is nothing wrong with my car I have passed just fine for the pass 3 years.

Kearn auto has help me for year. I have taken multi vehicles in and have been great to work with. They are honest and do good work and have quick turnaround time and great service. I would definitely recommend them.

This place reminds me of a service station out of the sixties the people in there are friendly and they get the business and theres no messing around and they dont try to cheat you out of your money

Unfortunately, they lack integrity. They stole my business from the surrounding auto centers and then when I requested my a printout of the diagnostic results, I was mysteriously not in their system. So not only did I pay them for something that there is no record of, I also I have no record of what service my car needs.

One star because they fixed the noise, plus one star because it got done on time.Lost a star because they originally misdiagnosed the problem. That was either because they dont know what theyre doing, or they intentionally did it in order to do more work. So theyre either low quality, or they are sleazy. Im not sure.Lost another star because they did additional work beyond the estimate without even calling me. He was not given carte blance and should not have assumed.Lost another star because of the lies. I was told the noise was motor mounts, then afterward told it was the CV axle. I was told that diagnosing the CV axle was not possible until after they pulled it out. They had no reason to pull out the axle while replacing the motor mounts.I picked this mechanic because of convenience. Ill be sticking with our previous mechanic in Murray.

Went in because my brakes have been squealing lately. They didnt see anything wrong with the front or back set of brakes, but the cleaned the back brakes since there was brake dust around it. They didnt charge me for that. They were very friendly as well. Even took me on a drive in my car to see if they could hear the squeaking just in case. I will go here again when I need something fixed on my car.

These guys know nothing about Diagnostics they misdiagnosed my truck 3 times.They didnt recognize a simple edge tune on my turbo diesel and retuned it back to stock. Saying geez we have seen many of these weird tunes and dont know where theyre coming from.Not even fixing the problem that I brought it in there for. Charging me for the reprogram neck to stock. Screwing up my $900 Edge program. then charging more for actually fixing the problem with a glow plug relay and I had to send my chip back to California and have it programmed. Costing more $.These guys cant diagnose and when they misdiagnose your vehicle they charge you for their mistakes lying and saying that you needed that too.I wouldnt even trust them for an oil change because Jiffy Lube has better techs.All there stars are most definitely from their employees and Friends.Or just the Unknowledgeable.

They fix things that dont need it and they quoted me one price then added an extra $200 when I can me to pay. They didnt even fix the problem.

They were friendly and thats why I gave them two stars but they will price gouge you. They charged me 100 dollars just to look at my car and say there was a leak and then guessed where is was coming from. Then quoted me an outrageous number based on that guess to fix it.
