Very rude people working there. I called their last week asking a gentleman if there was just in particular game they still had he said he said yes we have a certain amount of them I said okay great could you repeat that again at a hard time hearing you what did I stutter thats what the guy told me did I stutter.? This is the way GameStop in Keene New Hampshire treat their customers in my opinion absolutely horrible customer service will never be going back there again and my family will not be going back there again. Been going to GameStop for years now will not be going back because of this rude employee so GameStop I would advise you to hire people that treat other people with respect! The people you have working there very rude and very ignorant!! You have lost me and my familys business for good

My husband and I came here to trade in my xbox one first came out and as I hated it and they told us they wouldnt take it because the controller buttons were sticky, I wonder why it was used for all of one day and then it sat on the shelf in the box for over a year, they werent sticky they were stiff because it was never used.That shouldve been apparent from the three plus hours of updates that had to be done before they could see if the console even worked, then the manager says instead of just arguing with them give them the full price, that was after they agreed to take it for about 5-10% of what the regular trade-in would be.Not much has changed since then, I miss eb games.

The guy who works there (anyone in the area knows it’s basically this one guy.), Mr.M is what we’ll call him. This Mr.M is the pinnacle of good customer service. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and is a good damn salesman if you ask me.The difference between a good salesman and a bad salesman is that the good salesman will be successful in convincing you to buy stuff, AND make the whole process so fun and entertaining that you don’t care how much money you spent!I walked out of this store saying to myself how this is what your supposed to feel like after buying stuff at GameStop. Happy, excited, and enjoying the interaction you just had with the employee.This place deserves 5 stars mainly for the employee Mr.M who makes this place my GO TO before Amazon. That’s saying something since I only shop online.Stop inside today if you want stuff ASAP with no shipping time like online shopping and great customer service!

Bought a game and it was terrible, so I brought it back the next day to return it and they told me I couldnt return it, but theyd let it slide just this once. Every time I go in there they make me feel like if Im not positively getting something then I shouldnt come in. The manager always follows me around and tries to pressure me into buying things I dont want or makes me feel bad for not wanting the items. Im very unsatisfied with the store and management, Ill be taking my business to Bull Moose from now on.

Great service and good variety of games.

My girlfriend and I went to the Game Stop in Keen, NH tonight. We were the only customers in the store at that time. We were interested in buying a Nintendo Switch and a game or two for our son. We were trying to get a deal or a discount of some kind the sales rep wouldnt work with us and was very short with us. We dont know very much about the switch so we tried playing the demo. We couldnt get it to work on 2 player- the sales rep was standing at the register and could clearly hear and see we were having a hard time but never came over or offered to assist us so we left the store with out buying anything at all after leaving we went to Target across the parking lot and ended up buying a Nintendo Switch and 1 game and got a free game..... Due to this experience we will no longer consider shoping at GameStop. We made purchases there in the past and will no longer bring our business there.

Im extremely upset and shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I got from just a phone call to this location. They have an item I wanted to my Husband for our anniversary but its a 2 hour drive to their location. I was always told they can have items shipped from other stores, so I went to the store near me and kindly asked them to have this location send the Infinity Gauntlet Replica from Marvel Infinity Wars shipped to my nearest store. The employee was so rude on the phone that he cut off the employee on front of me and said he wont ship it to Taunton MA before the employee in front of me even finished talking then hung up. Even the Gamestop employee in front of me said that he was a ride ass hole. Ive never had such a rude experience before. Smh. I dont know if I can even get this item now. I thought this company was all about customers and didnt mind shipping items to customer too far to get there otherwise.

Amazing variety of used and new games.

The working manager is really pushy. Sometimes its really uncomfortable; I understand its your job but its extremely rude to butt in on private conversations and follow people around the store yelling random game facts. Hovering is very awkward, and using your inside voice is something you should really have learned by now (by kindergarten really). Ive seen children become startled by how excitable some of the staff is. If it wasnt the only GameStop within 20 miles of me I would not go here, I would go elsewhere.

I went into game stop in Keene and was disappointed at the fact that I went to trade in 3 of my games and one of my games I payed $51.29 pre owned for Xbox one and to find out it only had a $7.70 trade and cash value. Now I know for a fact once I had done the deal that they wer going to resale the game at pre owned price $51.29 not fair to your customers. I also had 2 other games I was tradeing in and between all of them I only had $12 worth of trade in value. Very disappointed in game stop.

Cant even say how many times ive gotten games from this place that ate so dirty/damages that they either will not read at all on my xbox one or will not fully download. The staff is extremely pushy and judgmental every time im forced to go to this store as it is thee only one within 50 miles of me, if that was not the case i would NEVER go here. If you have any other options go with any of them over this place. And most importantly i would never recomend selling your games here, they will rape you.
