Our experience here was AMAZING. Our caliper pins seized on our Honda civic and we needed to replace them. We got there around 6:30pm, were helped extensively by Roger S., and he even helped get the car running again after the store closed. We experienced the best customer service possible, they even let us borrow a few tools that we didnt have in our toolkit. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked.
Buyer beware. Im not sure about cheap items, but this company does jot honor their own warranties. For some reason, online purchases, which their own warranty disclaimer specifies is 90 days, is not honored by their online people. They say its up to the store you picked it up from. My item failed in under 30 days, defective from start, and theyve been made aware of it. Scummy!Having to file a bbb and AG complaint to get my money back. Hello Amazon.Update. I decided to give this outfit one more try and follow the number they provided below. What I ended up getting was their Regional gentlemen, I wont listen to name, he was initially very enthusiastic and said he had three options for me. A day later he was still bantering about software issues.Im not sure what software issues have to do with the defective device and a customer that wanted to get rid of it within the provided 30 money back.I didnt understand that I needed an act of Congress to get these people to these people to honor their own warranty. Absolutely idiotic customer service. Well see what the AG has to say.
They usually have the parts I need. Sometimes I have to order. They staff is kind and knowledgeable. The prices are average. Better to know what you need going in.

Terrible service. Call to see if they had a part in stock. The person on the phone told me the part was in stock and not only that but they would set it aside and hold it for me. Told them I would be there in about 30 minutes.After standing in line and waiting I finally get to the front desk just to be told that part that was actually not at the store and not in stock. Completely wasted my time.

I want to thank the good Folks at AutoZone here for their integrity and Humanity. I left my wallet there overnight full of cash and I didnt realize it until the next day. I called this morning hoping it was there after looking everywhere else and to my surprise it was... every dollar and debit card in its place, sealed in plastic bag. They had even tried calling every phone number that was on my account from multiple states to reach me. These days stuff like this is so rare and unlikely to happen, so thank you folks, for demonstrating integrity and good will.

Top notch auto supply store. Great staff who quickly know where merchandise is located in store, and special orders are never a problem. Friendly, knowledgeable people who can help out on the gotta fix the truck this Saturday situations. Lots of parking and decent hours make it a winner.

Never met a more personality sharing bunch of people. These folks were as they say a well oiled machine, working in collaboration to meet the needs of the customer. They made me feel as though my problems were something they could fix. They gave me the time i needed to understand. Highly recommend this one!

Long waits to get help or check out, usually have to order the parts I need because they dont carry it. Best to look up what you need online. Most the employees are friendly and helpful. Great about returns, helps me feel more confident in the parts I am buying. I have order parts on Amazon only to have them fail and have to start all over in the process again. Keep your eye open when you go in, sometimes they will have some great deals, its rare buy worth it.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable here. After the purchase the sales representative volunteered that they Company was sponsoring a $25 rebate on the battery that I have already purchased. She did not have to do that because I had already made the purchase. The rebate was received in true form number of weeks later. I was impressed by the rep going that second mile.

These guys are really good, look up parts, if not in their store, they have a network; look up anything. If they dont have it, the can order it and its there (many stores). They offer a variety of parts, from inexpensive to top of the line. Good guys. Good people.

I like this location friendly service but the parts autozone sells are not always good. I stopped buying parts from them after I had 2 bad parts in a row. Returns were very easy and they honor their warranty without trouble.

Parts are garbage, website product counts are never right and they hire people who have no knowledge of vehicles. I ask for a camshaft seal and the kid brings up a wheel seal, then says, I dunno, here. Handing me the mouse to his computer. Self-serve!?

This is the place to go for routine maintenance. The prices and combinations tend to work out great so you get a killer deal on stuff you need to buy over and over again.Go to Advanced if youre actually fixing something.

Staff lacked basic knowledge of parts I was looking for. Did not know what exhaust insulation was or what a thread reducer was. Didnt even bother to look it up even after I found a part number for them online. Sad experience, I hope they get better.

Poor service, and the employees were argumentative and not knowledgeable, which was hilarious, since the computer displayed the information within my view, and she still delivered the information incorrectly. Every time I visit this store, I have to search for an employee, and when I do finally find one, they lie to my face.Example: they offer free battery testing. Their battery tester is powered by a standard 9v battery (the same style used in smoke detectors). They sell (and are allowed to store-use) these batteries. So I went in for a free battery test, the associate said the tester was broken. Then he said the battery needed to be replaced. Being a former employee at that store, I told him the policy and procedure, and he said I dunno. And walked away from me, completely refusing to remedy the situation, and losing a battery sale. So I went across the street to OReillys, where I was helped.
Great parts prices. However they ordered my part for me while I was in the store, than cancelled the order. I paid for the part when it was ordered. They had to reorder part and it took twice as long to get part I paid for in advance.

Worst auto zone experience that you’d never expect to encounter. Other than this one girl that seemed eager to help me with my questions she was nice. But one employee there was EXTREMELY rude . And such a lazy, hands off employee he did NOT even attempt to take a good look at my problem I had with my vehicle he was asking the most random questions that didn’t have anything to do with my problem. And when I asked him some questions he always seems so rude and like he HAD to be there not like he WANTED TO. I don’t know if he was just a racist or if he was having a bad day but either way he needs to be spoken to about proper customer service. His name is rich I believe. I would highly recommend going to another place, stopped by Napa and they helped me within minutes, this guy at autozone? 10 -15 min and nothing has gotten done. Employees like this will never make any customer want to come back. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Needed fuses for my 2006 Dodge Ram. They were out. Second time in 3 month period. I couldnt get the help I needed to get my fuses to get my lights working. (Changed bulbs numerous times.) Ended up at OReillys got the help and fuses.
