Bought a new light kit and after installing it the passenger light was the only one that worked for 10 mins, everything else did for 2 days. I email him for a replacement and he said yes that it was wired wrong from the factory, almost like this was not his first time with this situation. The lights were on the cart for 6 days and was never abused, he reported heavy damage and rust so he did not have to replace or refund the money but would not post pictures. He got me for $180. But this is all here say between both of us so dont make my mistake and do a unboxing video and a return video for proof of who is right.

I was looking for a gas cart and saw one advertised by JB Carts in Keller. I went out and met Justin and looked at the cart. It had been sitting outside for a while and looked a bit weather beaten. He brought it into the shop and I drove it around the block. We made a deal on the cart as his price was very reasonable. We have been looking at his post on FB marketplace for over a month along with many others. And still not working.Called back and the guy asked me not to bring my golf cart back any more. You never said anything about waiting 6-8 hours to charge.That is the reason I when and pick it up.And YES I hung up on you. JB Carts is an awesome place...a little off the beaten path but well worth the effort to go there. The owner, Justin, clearly knows what he’s doing. I am new to owning a golf cart, and don’t golf in general, so I had very little experience going into my first purchase (which was for cruising the neighborhood…not for the course). I checked several other places closer to DFW airport and their prices were way higher, and they were run more like a used car dealership. Justin, however, was not pushy at all, very patient, and answered all questions without hesitation. You can tell he’s a very honest guy, and is very straightforward with how he prices his inventory or even custom builds. And on the price end, he was considerably more reasonable than some of the “dealerships” that we checked.We went in to look at one model, ended up test driving a few, and ultimately left with one with more upgrades. I had a few questions after leaving, and he’s really easy to text or call with any more info you need. He also will handle any service or upgrades you want to do down the line.I’ve already given his info out to a few neighbors that now have golf cart fever, and recommend Justin of JB Carts without hesitation.

We bought a 2012 refurbished cart about two to three weeks ago from Justin and it has been so much fun for our family and friends. Jason was very helpful with questions and didn’t try to over sale and his labor for adding accessories is very reasonable. The items shown on Jason’s listings and the price underneath are exactly what you pay; I saw some other websites that show a great looking cart and a price underneath but that turns out just to be the base price before lifting and adding all the cool stuff in their picture so you have no idea what the real price is going to be. The cart we bought was exactly as pictured and described, we just had him add a rearview mirror, seatbelts and grab bar. It may sound like I’m making this up, but right before I started writing this review while sitting at our community pool, a neighbor asked me where we got our cart. I didn’t hesitate to tell them.
