I honestly don’t know where to start. Prestige Floors is an amazing business. From I first contact until our floors were finished, everything was perfect. Professional, friendly, kind and caring. If I could give them 10 stars, I’d make it 20. If you looking to redo your floors, I promise you as a very detailed person, you’ll be very pleased with prestige floors. We had laminated and new carpets installed. Super high quality and the craftsmanship is super. They even cleaned up after they were finished! Impossible to get better service and materials!!

Prestige Floors did an amazing job installing both hardwood flooring and carpet in my home. Prestige Floors has a wonderful and professional team; a seamless process. Melissa was fabulous providing guidance on flooring selections and had great communication; therefore I knew what to expect. Christina was also great following up with scheduling and provided exceptional customer service. The installers were prompt and precise and had an attention to detail. Wow, what an AMAZING job! After only a brief visit to the showroom at Prestige Floors I knew we had found our place! Not just because of the beautiful hardwood flooring options I had only found there after shopping other places for weeks, but mainly because of meeting Christina and Ashley. I left the showroom and immediately called my husband and said, Prestige Floors is IT! We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Ashley and Benson stopped by several times to make sure things were going as planned. We are THRILLED with our hickory floors! We had about 1400 sq.ft done. We also appreciated the guys working at the house. They were on time every morning and finished the project on time. Our next flooring project will no doubt be with Prestige Floors. I truly cant say how much we appreciate them!

Cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the whole experience from Prestige Floors in replacing the carpet in the home wed just purchased. We had looked at two other local flooring places in the area, one of which wasnt even open at the time they said they would be and the other of which had terrible customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Prestige absolutely blew both of them away. Christina walked my husband and I -- both total novices when it comes to flooring in general -- through all the various options and was extremely detailed in all the information she provided us so that we felt confident with the flooring choices we were making.In fact, we liked them so much that we felt totally comfortable choosing them as the sole business to come out and give us a quote. Benson, one of the owners, came by the next afternoon to take the measurements and was done quickly and efficiently. We had the quote the day after, and it was even more reasonable than my husband and I had initially counted on, considering the quality of the carpet we were getting and the fact that it included labor and a good quality pad.The carpeting took about a week to come in from Georgia, but once it arrived, Prestige jumped right on getting it installed for us. It was done within a day and a half by two of their workers, who were efficient, polite, experienced, and cleaned up the work areas perfectly after they were done. (Heck, they even vacuumed all the new carpets, which I wasnt expecting and was very pleased to see!)Ashley, Bensons wife and the co-owner, even came by during the second morning of the install to make sure that I was satisfied with how everything was going and to hand-deliver the receipts for the transaction. My husband and I love the new carpet, are exceedingly pleased with the stellar customer service we received, and will certainly look to Prestige Floors first for any other home remodels we might be looking to do. PRESTIGE FLOORING FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!After we had some flooding take place in the master bedroom and bath both my wife and I were not sure where to start when it came to the flooring. Melissa with Prestige was very quick to reply to our request for an estimate and was very thorough with her explanation of our different options and the process.Once we settled on Prestige and got the thumbs up from the contractor and insurance company the process couldnt have gone smoother or more quickly. Both the tile and hardwood crew were in and out in a timely manner, which was very helpful with 2 little ones who have a routine.Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner the work that was done was exceptional. Melissa came by multiple times during the process to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we might have had.If you are in the market to get any flooring work done I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige!!!

Overall Prestige did a great job on our floors. We had our carpet replaced with LVP flooring. Melissa was there with us every step of the way helping my wife and I choose the right flooring. She even followed up on each phase of the installation making sure things were done right. Prestige Flooring crew was awesome they completed the job flawlessly. We know we made the right choice. Honestly if you want good work and great customer service go with Prestige you wont regret it. They may not be the lowest priced but they are worth every penny.

We just used Prestige Floors to install hardwood floors in our home. I spoke with several companies, including Master Flooring and Prestige was the only one willing to come to our home and do the measurements with no questions asked. They were friendly, professional and honest. We knew from the beginning that this was the company we needed to use. Ashley was super patient with all of my requests for scenarios and working through the budget to make sure our needs were met. The crew was amazing! They were punctual, professional and extremely kind. The team has worked together for Prestige for many years and that speaks volumes about the company/owners. We have a lot of large, heavy furniture and they took great care when moving. Either Ashley or Benson stopped by the job each day to make sure it was going according to plan. Our finished product was perfect! We will be using Prestige for many more projects. I could not imagine working with anyone else.

We were in need of a whole house flooring makeover- carpeting and wood flooring. We got three estimates and wanted quality and not looking for the lowest price. Prestige Floors came and measured our home for laminate flooring on our bottom floor of our 2 story and had the estimate to us the very next day. We price-compared with local companies and their price came in favorable. They had the work done in the exact time frame we requested with amazing, excellent workers! We will never go to anyone else for our future floor needs! They have impressed us with quality, service and price. We would personally recommend them to anyone thinking of getting floor work done, big or small!

I am completely in love with the wood laminate that Prestige installed. Their work is IMMACULATE. The trim is perfectly lined up in all the corners of our weird shaped living room, the floor feels nice and solid - no bounce to it at all. Their quote process was quick and the turn around time was so quick. They have made a customer for life!
