Really cool this is the place to go for your landscaping, paving, gravel etc. They have it by the few or by the ton. Friendly office staff and prices are great. It takes a minute or 2 when you buy for them to get to car but theyre quite busy. They have every kind of rock Ive seen and we will use for our landscaping needs going forward, much cheaper than buying by the bags at local big boxes. And you can pickup what you need a rest later if needed.

I ordered 2x4 Colorado Cobblestone (variety color) but I suspect they pulled my order from the wrong bin. The majority of what I received was 4x6 gray cobblestone. Many of the stones are as big as 7-8 inches. I put them down in my yard but am now having regrets. I didnt receive a packing list, so I am not exactly sure what I received. Very Disappointed.

I am humbled to leave a positive review for Tex Art stone. After loading some stone there was some issues and I didn’t hesitate to ask Jack, the owner, for help. Jack took hours of his time to make sure that I left as a pleased customer. Within 2 weeks I was completely taken care of. I am a landscape business owner and highly recommend using Tex Art.

I have used them a few times in the past with no problems; however, we just recently returned our flagstone and only received 50% from the original agreed return all because a few small pieces of stone had been cut, and were placed in the return. Seems stiff. Better communication from this company would have been helpful before finalizing return.

This place is very easy to work with. Needed to purchase a couple of boulders and stopped by Tex Art to check out what they had. Very affordable prices for the materials and had them delivered inexpensively also. 10/10 would go back to purchase rock/stone or other supplies again.

I have used Texart for over 10 years and my parents for 25 years for projects at our Colleyville then North Richland Hills homes. The prices on mulch in bulk are competitive with the big stores. Very friendly staff with expert knowledge of landscaping. Mossy boulders and stone of all sort by the pallet. You can drive in and weigh you car to add material, or trailer, or have delivered. I had them deliver some pallets of chopped stone and boulders to my house and forklift the boulders around my yard exactly where I wanted them. Happy to have them nearby when I need them.

I am very pleased with my purchases there today. I took several loads of fill dirt and premium topsoil. Victoria in the front office was very knowledgeable and friendly. The guys operating the loaders took great care on loading and didnt put a scratch on my new truck. Convenient location and good prices were a bonus. I will be going there again.

During the excessive amount of rain we have had the last few weeks, during the the heaviest day, when other places were closed, they were not. Because of this, I got the mulch, the customers flower beds were done a day before their client get together, and everything worked out great. The staff are awesome, theyre knowledgable and polite, and they have a great selection. If you buy in bulk, the loaders are experts, they know where to place the load so your weight is distrubuted evenly.

BEWARE!!! They DO NOT honor their posted business hours. To avoid a complete waste of your time, get there at least 30 minutes before the posted closing time. They DO NOT care how far you drove, how early you had to take off early from work, that it will only take 2 minutes to pour a scoop of soil in your vehicle... if you get there within 15 minutes of closing time YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!!!Otherwise, they are great.

I have had good customer service a year ago but the last two time there have been horrible. They ran the SKU of a product and told me that price was wrong and try to double it. I also was looking at stone and the batch they had received had a ton of dirt in it and when I asked about having the dirt removed they informed me they had to pay for it with the dirt therefore I had to pay for it with the dirt.

I ordered $400 in dirt which included delivery cost. They call me back few hour later after delivering it and say I owe them another $100 in delivery fees as it took more trucks than they thought. This is ridiculous and a rip off. First and last time I will ever use this place.

I was there today and had a very bad experience. This was the third time I have shopped with you in the past 2 weeks. I opened an account with your company thru my personal business as well. I was very pleased after the first two trips and every one was very customer service oriented. Being a first time customer, that meant a lot.Today.....a different story. I was very disappointed and almost dont want to come back. I say almost, because I feel this can be taken care of like I do with my own customers for customer service reasons.I pulled up to your scale today and weighed in. Took a while to get someone over the intercom and then couldnt understand what they were saying. So I responded I need some flagstone and will be self picking. I already bought 4000 lbs the first visit. Just needed 20 more pieces of decent sized flagstone from the front line.I went to the front line and literally every piece was under 2 sq feet. Some were so small I wouldnt ever consider. I still pulled 15 pieces from the front after digging and hunting for those Easter Egg pieces. It was like trying to find a unicorn. Seriously not trying to be funny. So my employee and I needed 5 more pieces but large pieces. We went behind the wall and picked 5 more pieces from 3 pallets that were already opened and picked from. PICKED FROM.I knew someone would come say something because the first day we were told that the pallet we bought cost an extra large % due to pulling it out with a fork lift.....really??? I can drive and have licensing for 4 different types of forklift machines. So it cost extra for me to buy more???? Wow! I let it slide the first day. Because Im a good customer. Right? Even talked to the one of the owners the first day and he was very very helpful. So I just shrugged it off because he was so nice even as an owner dealing with a first time customer. Made me a customer for sure that day.But lets get back to today and then add everything up. So after scaling and weighing in, picking 15 from the front and 5 pieces from the back, I was told they would charge me $.04 extra per lb for the whole 20 pieces even though I only got 5 pieces from the back and from opened pallets that were more than half way pulled from. Once again, I was charged .04 cents extra per lb for me walking an extra distance to the back to pull DECENT sized pieces instead of 12 x 12 stones, and then walking them back to my truck myself. I was charged more for doing more work MYSELF????? WHAT???? Fine....let is slide I did...and not in the Yoda voice from Star Wars.I then pulled up to the scale again to weigh out. Pulled up to the scale and watched the weight. 9120...4 seconds go by and then it bounces to 9160....2 seconds more and 9180 pops up. I hear the voice to move on. At this point Im irritated. But Im going to wait and see what is said inside. I pull up to the office and walk inside. I ask the lady at the counter what weight did she get before anything else is said. 9160......Me - Wait what?? How come when I pulled up it said 9120 for 4 seconds and then jumped to 9160 and then 9180??.Her - Well when I clicked the button it said 9160.Me - When you clicked the button it said 9160? Well I was on the scale for 4 seconds with 9120 showing. Her - Well the wind sometimes settles the scale when we take the weight.I also brought up the fact that I only pulled 5 from the back and even told the younger guy outside who told me the extra charge for the 5. She still charged me for the whole lot. Even with an employee witness. That was her excuse! Really??? So the wind was hurricane forces today on March the 19th blowing directly down at 200mph in Keller Texas and added an extra 60lbs of weight to which I was charged an additional .04 cents per lb???? She was rude and didnt give .02 cents of customer service skills towards a new customer. My company is under BNB Concepts and I dont care about any response on here. What I care about is a phone call to figure out a resolve to this situation.

This place is a convenient dirt store, thats about it. Their flagstone is choppy and a mess to shop for. But their customer service single handedly persuaded me to request a refund, then Victoria in the front office assured me my wife and I will never give another dollar to them. Immediately after leaving, I went elsewhere to a much more professional place and saved money on higher quality stock flagstone, and smaller delivery fee. My recommendation: if you can handle your own product, its a fine place. If you need hands on from these people, they will do their best to look at everything else than help you.Edit added in response: This incident had nothing to with being short staffed. We waited ten minutes in line to purchase not because of a customer, but a delivery truck driver informed the office someone hit your gate. My wife, kids, and I had to listen to ten minutes of this while being ignored. I let it go and continued to spend 900 dollars happily. After I paid and I needed assistance, 6 people went to tend to the gate. I was looked at after requesting help over the radio, ignored, and at a time 8 people were rolling their forklifts/tractors to the front gate. All assistance from anyone at this place went to zero. It was well known the gate took all precedence over customers. Three times, count it, three times I was ignored and walked away from after being looked at. The one guy who managed to stay in the yard said its the owners, they dont care. As well as Victoria runs her mouth a lot.I was the only customer TexArt when I showed up. The only one. It still took ten minutes in the office before I was even acknowledged. I paid, and then spent another 25 minutes in the yard with the family in the truck running the AC, and not 1 person offered assistance. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when the old lady in the office radioed, the receiving guy shook his head and drove off to the front. 7 people in the yard... guess how many were tending to customers! 0!
