This Specific Auto shop has to be hands down one of the best one’s i’ve been to. For starters customer service was extremely professional and very customer satisfaction oriented, i’ve came in numerous times and every single time i’ve came in they’ve had nothing but positive and nice demeanor. Im a bit younger and most times i go into places like this they try to use my ignorance as a way to up scale the prices but at this Midas they’ve always gave me amazing deals and left me with relief.Secondly they are usually very quick to get started on your vehicle they don’t make you wait hours and then say come back tomorrow they always give you the exact estimate right up front!Lastly is the service, Midas at 6710 has always left my car in top condition i’ve never had to worry about them messing with my vehicle, if anything at times they’ve fixed things i didn’t know needed to be fixed for free. For example my left front bumper was falling off and they managed to get it back in place at no extra cost. These types of actions truly shows they care about their customers at Midas 6710!

STAY AWAY. They are the worst of the worst. $661.26 dollars to drain a radiator and change a fan (that I personally had another mechanic already change) and recharge the system. They are thieves and offered to leave the car there because it could need more repairs. This repair is for my fathers car and hes 80 years old driving in FLORIDA without a/c. I brought this to their attention and the counter guy aggressively confronted me in the parking lot, because I questioned him. I am not a violent person but I hate people who take advantage of the elderly. I almost lost it but a low life company and staff do not deserve any more of my time. FYI....my sister took the car there against my advice because they also did the same to my wife.....WOMAN BEWARE! By the way....the A/C is blowing the same air as when my sister took it in..............I am sure most of the reviews are probably not real....they cant be! I took my car in on New Year’s Eve and was accommodated immediately despite the holidays. Jorge at the front office, was friendly, knowledgable, and honest. He checked out my concern, contacted me with an explanation and options and worked with me on the car issue, until I was satisfied before paying anything. He scheduled me to work on it (after ordering a necessary part) immediately the day after New Year’s. He made sure to explain the options I had and made cost-saving recommendations. I appreciated his honesty and help to try to get my problem solved as best as possible. What I appreciated most was his honesty and willingness to work with me. Great service found what was wrong with my car after I had to take it again because of an alignment. They determined what needed to be done.

I went in knowing exactly what was needed to fix my muffler (which was just a weld) and expecting to be told that i would need a new muffler or more work done, as is common practice when dealing with many car repair businesses. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a quote for exactly what I needed and nothing more. The work was done quickly and professionally. The manager was polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this particular midas location to everyone.

Today I went to Midas to get an oil change. Before hand I made an appointment and mentioned my groupon. The manager told me to come in and made an appointment for me. When I get there the manger said that I can’t use it there, when that address was actually listed on the fine print. He was very unprofessional! First he didn’t honor it after it was his mistake for making the appointment and having me drive all the way over there ( also since it’s his mistake because that address is listed on fine print) Second he told me to bad! Who says that to a customer? Especially coming from a manager... terrible experience! He makes the company look bad.

Jorge is absolutely excellent! He has been fantastic ever since I first met him in 2008, and with all my 6 cars I took to him over the years. I consider him to be part of my family.

Took my Ford Fiesta 16 in here because it was sputtering like crazy while starting. Mitch did a great job explaining the issue with a worn out battery. Drove out of there in 15 mins with my car feeling like new. Will definitely come back here.

Even though I showed up between 4-4:30 for an oil change, the manager at the desk - I meant to get his name but it slipped my mind- assured me I would be out by 5:30. I wasnt able to use the coupon I brought and was directed to check online.As I was checking the manager checked me in and after I informed him I did not need a wheel rotation he told me he found a coupon and applied it to my bill. To top that he was able to squish me in on the schedule because a car wasnt there! SCORE!!So not only did I save money at this MIDAS, but I saved time! I will definitely bring my business back in the future.INDEED!

Great customer service! The manager Jorge is attentive, and really takes his time to explain things. When I had to go back two weeks later for something different he actually remembered me. Prices are fair, and I felt I was treated with honesty. Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars in my opinion is because the customer bathroom was not well taken care of. I was very happy with their work and recommend to others.

Went for a/c check, was told evaporator& dryer R/R. I needed charge is working fine.

I drive a company fleet vehicle, these guys have impressed me so much over time that I started bringing them my personal vehicle. They always treat me right and my car is always ready much sooner than promised. My only complaint would be the bad coffee; but Ill take it any day with a side of their professional and honest service. Being next door to Tequeño Mania is an added treat to my service day. Repair rates are in line with the area, and they never seem like they are pushing extras. Keep up the great work, you have earned a lifelong customer.

Excellent customer care at this store. Manger Jorge Flores and his mechanics are a cut above. I have been taking my vehicles there for several years. They provide sound and honest advice. They let me know when I can wait to have certain maintenance performed and likewise when I should not. Jorge and his team has yet let me down.Would be great if all Midas stores were run as well as this one.

Went recently for windshield wiper work on my Honda and check steering and brakes for possible causes of occasional squeal. District manager (Chris) covering for George said steering and brakes were fine. (1) He pulled out on the computer a long list of car repair shop choice ghost charges: gaskets and seals, spark plugs and wires, air filter - parts that have been replaced or needed replaced everytime I take the car for small repairs. And I dont even use the car that much. Said hed throw in oil change for free, and would see if he could repair the wiper motor to save me money. How noble was that! (2) My car was working beautifully when we started, no leaks, no ignition problems. I got my car back with loud idling sounds and God knows what else; time will tell.A $300 windshield wiper replacement job ended up costing me $1,400+, taxes included.(3) I mistakenly thought that a district manager would be working to project integrity. But where else can a little non-Spanish speaking elderly woman go for car repairs? I tried AARP-approved car repair shops years ago and it was no different. Every bit screaming FRAUD: replacing stabilizer bars and shock absorbers, increasing charges to pay for Spanish-speaking guys who could not (or would not) pay. Whether I agreed or did not agree was immaterial - my car always ended up with a new problem not long after. Whats worse, dealer repair shops are no better. (4) To file a complaint is a totally different matter unless a government agency guarantees backing; otherwise, you’re out of luck. Experience tells me that (a) car repair shops do not rat on each other, but they are keen on juice sources; (b) unless the matter involves gross negligence or criminal intent or grossly large amounts of money, it does not pay to tackle anything where costs greatly outweigh benefits; and repairs shops know that. Grin and bear it; move on and elsewhere. Gift them the money and say, Merry Christmas.

I went for windshield wiper replacement six months ago and posted a review on charges of $1,400. At the start of the rainy season this year, the windshield wiper kept stalling just like before the replacement (?). They did not replace the wiper; they just tinkered with it. So I paid $1,400 for tinkering (failed repair) of windshield wiper. I would give -5 if available.

I took my car in and it looks like they left my windows open over the night inside the garage i come back the next day and my front seat in all chewed up from a mice and before we left we confronted the guy and he said he cant do nothing about it. on top of that they dirtied my seats with oil.

I would give 0 stars if possible! All this place does is rip you off. I purchased a 50 dollar groupon for an oil change on my Honda Civic and the manager, Jorge Florez, apart from giving me HORRIBLE service, decided that I needed to pay an additional 30 dollars for an oil change when that is not in the fine print. They will scam you from your money people!! Especially if you are a female. Stay as far away as possible from this place and get your car serviced with a company that cares about their customer service.

Better than what I expected.

I will keep it simple!I purchase a groupon, I go to make a reservation.They tell me Thursday at 8am only!! So I got to take time off work because a groupon is not good enough for Saturday, I was leaving on vacation on Monday and needed for their services. Now I got to pay someone else to do it and most likely not use this groupon. I just lost $20.00 in their parking lot and the mechanic picked it up and laughed in my face,I am sure Code Enforcement would love to know about their violations, I am sure it will cost them more than the $20.00 they took from me. The employees lack people skills.
