Great fine cigars selections, in a very nice setup. They are Acid Cigars Diplomat level seller. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Not a discount store, although they do have some nicely priced samplers. Good accessory selection.

I have been a customer for years and buy at Neptune almost exclusively but do not care for their business practices.Most recently I called to pay for and hold a box of cigars which they could not accommodate.I think this is bad business.Previously I was charged $5 for a red “gift bag” for a $250 purchase I made. Really?Although I enjoy walking in the store, in the future I will order online from another company.

Overall an excellent shopping experience. Best prices Ive ever come across. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable and offer second to none customer service. The selection is outstanding and well maintained in a controlled humidity and temperature environment. And you have to love the lounge. My highest recommendations. The only negative is the lack of parking space. Other than the lack parking spaces, Excellent. This is my go to Cigar store.

By far my favorite place to purchase cigars. Everything is easy to find because theyre all displayed by manufacturer. On top of that, if you need something specific an employee is normally right there to help you. Neptune also has a point system based on your purchases called Smoke Rings that you can use in their stores or online. They have events at the stores where you can meet the reps from the cigar manufacturers and have a few drinks and chill with a smoke. I highly recommend this place if you either smoke cigars or you go there for a gift for someone.

George is literally one of the best employees if not the best. He greets me as soon as I walk in and assists me til I walk out. Very knowledgeable guy with plenty of experience. Neptune should give this man a raise.

I was looking for a customized gift for a relative and came across Neptune cigars. Called up customer service for some help and the young lady was extremely helpful.I placed my order online and it was quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic and the website easy to navigate and place any order. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend shopping with them.

I like hanging out here. The lounge is great, comfortable and has a good TV. The staff here however, isnt very helpful and lacks warmth and friendliness. They really need to work on this aspect of their business. Its becoming offputting.

I grew up in Miami but now live in Georgia. Saw them online and placed an order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of shipping and how they packed the smokes. My cigars were packed in ziplock with a humidity pack. Another well known online shop does not do this. Kudos to these guys for knowing how to do business. Will shop with them again.

We don’t have many big cigar shops in the south Dade area but this one is tops! Huge selections, reasonable prices and staff knows the product line. There is a nice smoking lounge too with TVs and upscale atmosphere. Only downside is parking which is limited & inconvenient. Wish they’d move because of that buts that’s the only downside.

I stopped in just out of curiosity and was blown away at the look and feel of the place as well as the huge selection of sticks. The selections are well organized and presented in a eye popping fashion that dares a connoisseur of cigars to leave without purchasing something. I personally purchased a little of everything including, a few 2015 Liberty Cities, a couple Rocky Patel 55s, a couple Punch Corojos, etc. Extremely excited to sample all of my selections!

They routinely harass their customers over silly things like parking 1 minute past the 20 minute deadline, or if you buy 3 days worth of product one day, but then dont buy anything the next, you get harassed for not spending money everyday. Its not customer friendly. the manger is NOT friendly and does not know how to treat paying customers. the register staff are very nice and helpful however, and the selection is excellent. I wont go back. I frequent many cigar shops in the Miami area and spend thousands a year on cigars, i have had many discussions with other regulars at other stores who have had the same experience i had at Neptune and they too will never go back. I guess the large online business means they can treat walk customers like crap.

Did first mail order to Texas. Cigars came fast, were packed perfectly and were all fresh. Also great customer service by Adam. Shows with right company mail order can work well.

Great customer assistance

What started out to be a great place to buy cigars and hangout turns out to be a huge disappointment. First, the location off of US1 has approximately 4 parking spaces in the back if you would like to enjoy the lounge. If you are car #5, you are out of luck since the parking in front of the store is reserved for those who are planning to buy and leave. Second, I have purchased XICAR products and have struggled to have them exchanged. I purchased a long time ago ( consequently not having the receipt ) and they finally stopped working. I showed the manager my order history, based on the only account on their website, and that wasnt good enough. If the product has a lifetime warranty and Im showing my order history, why would I be lying. Now, management may have been upset that this was the 2nd lighter that I have returned within a month of each other, but they lasted almost 2 years without incident. The manager suggested that I go through Xicar directly. I didnt appreciate that suggestion since I was at the store and would have gladly taken another lighter that was of the same value. So, Im going to take their advice return the lighter to Xicar directly and do business elsewhere.

The guy at the counter has a bad attitude. Parking is horrible! Cigars are pricey compared to other shops. Total Wine is my go to place for now on, I wont have to deal with the guys attitude and I know the cigars are authentic.
