I like shopping at this A|X Armani Exchange at Dadeland Mall in Miami. They have a good selection of different items available for a good values. I have been able to find exactly what I was looking for each time here. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help you out when you need it. Great overall shopping experience.

This store is the best store in customer service. The sales team are very attentive and helpful. Everyone in the stores is friendly. Store looks great, everything is nicely displayed. All the sizes I needed were available. One person that assisted me, Lazaro went above and beyond. Had fun while shopping with him. This is my ultimate favorite shopping location! Wow. I went personally to the store to ask the hours the day before and the employees told me they open at 10 am the next day. Online it said they open at 10 (it is now updated) so I arrived at 10 to return an item as I had a flight to catch, only to have a person inside telling me they wont open till 11am and the employee proceeded to do nothing, with me looking through the windows the whole time until 11. Worst customer service experience in a long while. To not make it awkward he started folding already folded shirts. I decided to stay there until I was helped. 40 minutes later, the manager, livid as ever helped me in to make my return and started speaking pretty colorfully about me in Spanish to her colleagues incorrectly assuming I did not understand. Soy de Honduras preciosa. Saludos.

I absolutely loved shopping here. The people working there are so friendly it totally made me comfortable from the moment I walked in, and I loved the shirts I got. I highly recommend shopping here if you like mid-priced clothing.

Save yourself the hassle and go to another store. The staff and store manager we’re incredibly disrespectful. 0 customer service skills at all. I purchased a pair of pants that one of the girls told me would fit me, I came to return it the next day because it did not fit (tried on at home).I have my receipt and they still refused to return my purchase. This has been an awful experience. I won’t be coming back. Buyer beware!

Im a frequent client of the a|x at dadeland and I always go with one of my friends because we love the team. The associates at the store always go above and beyond to make sure you receive a personalized experience.

The worst experience in my life into an store, the manager today October 17 2021 cant understand what its a client experience, she did not help me with a simple problem that they started yesterday...

They where very helpful in respect I will always love to see them when I come in this store I love it here they make you feel welcome

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased at Dadeland mall and I intended to return an item and I got inappropriate treat that can’t be accepted. An employee of this type of store called “manager” should have manners and respect for the customers. I was told that I have to leave the store or he we will call security, the sircunstances did not recuest that kind of treatment. I’m planning to take this to a different level because I feel that I was shamed in front of the rest of the people that was watching the way I was practically kicked out from the store. Definitely armany exchange won’t be never a place to recommend or visit.

Before visiting this store and making purchases in it you should think twice about the bad service and the Latin Chusmeria that exists is something devastating I made a purchase and when I got to my house what I had bought was used when I returned to the store and spoke with the seller and the manager their response was discouraging they told me that they could not do anything for me and that what I had to do is not visit the store anymore and that in the Mall there were many other stores it was humiliating and discriminatory I hope you buy here 👈 dont go through this 😡😡😡
