They worked really hard to get us what we needed and made sure the parts were right so we could get our car running for work on time.

My only concern is people need to watch the price on what you buy off the shelf, as what is marked on the shelf tag is NOT what theyre going to charge you at the register. The past two times Ive been there, the price on their Duplicolor touch up automotive paint was $7 something on the shelf tag, but the register charged me $2 more, not including tax. The owner/manager wasnt available either time, and if I hadnt needed it right away, Id have gone elsewhere, perhaps another NAPA in Fort Wayne, where I know they charge the correct price, because Ive bought the same product there before, and have the debit card receipts to prove it it.

Not my usual auto parts store. It is well run with a staff that is helpful to the customer and each other.
