Terrible espresso, completely undrinkable! I expected a place that roasts there own coffee to make a good espresso, that was my mistake. I suppose their drip must be good due to their rating but the rest was awful. They don’t have an espresso machine which should have been my first clue, but they do have a Jura and those usually make really good coffee at the press of a button. For whatever reason theirs was awful and burnt, the milk wasn’t even foamy, we had to throw both ours out, and I promise I’m not that picky. If you don’t know how to make an espresso drink then please don’t offer it on your menu. It was also insanely overpriced $40 for two lattes and two breakfast sandwiches?! Reviews said the sandwiches were good but they were passable at best.
Great little place, my iced coffee was good. The staff was very helpful too. I liked it, you probably will too
Got an iced latte and its pretty watery. The espresso is good but not the best place to get a milky latte. Mornings in Paris is nearby and much better for espresso drinks
Charming store, roast their own coffee on-site. Nice gift selection and good coffee.
Cute little shop, great cold brew that I got to mix up myself, which I actually enjoyed!
Cute local place so wanted to like it but it was the worst latte we ever had. Ended up trashing both to buy one elsewhere. Coffee tasted burnt and bitter
Our new coffee stop! Our 1st visit, very nice people, very tasty Crumb Cake. Oh, yeah, good fresh coffee, too!
Coffee is delicious. Sandwiches are very good also. Quite a nice offering
Loved this place. So cute and the woman working was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great
Love this place!!! Their chopped fruit is very fresh and exquisite
It is a quaint shop, but it took almost 15 minutes to buy two hot coffees and some beans. It wasnt busy, its just everything you ask for they just tell you how to do it yourself. I waited at the register for about 5 or 6 minutes while the cashier just did other things behind the counter like wrap premade sandwiches to put in the display. After all this the coffee was incredibly weak.
Excellent coffee.
The hot cider with a sprinkle of cinnamon was delicious! And the owner is very friendly, definitely recommend for those who might be passing through Kennebunk
Great friendly place with terrific food and coffee
Great coffee and snacks
Truly disappointing. I cringed with each sip of the cappuccino- burnt and tasteless- and had to force myself to finish it. Cappuccino comes out of a machine. The shop was disorganized- no menu posted, people not knowing where to go or how to order. Two cappuccinos from a machine took a while from a distracted owner/ worker. Do yourself a favor and pick another place if youre a coffee drinker.
This is a little hidden gem!!The owner, Sandra, is the sweetest and is very knowledgeable about her coffee.Dont walk there, run!!
They roast their own coffee in house, and are such nice, welcoming people! We came in just as they were closing and the owner made wonderful conversation with us as we bought some items. This is our new stop when we are visiting!
Very friendly service, great cold brew and breakfast sandwiches. Barrels of freshly roasted coffee beans and a very cozy feel. A great place to get coffee, tea, or a chocolate treat. (Or just stop in to sniff the coffee)
I had a hot chocolate and cranberry oatmeal raisin cookie. Yum!
Awesome breakfast sandwiches, great coffee, decent snacks. Love when they have fresh fruit. My only complaint is the hours. Many people want their coffee early and they don’t open til 8:30. They have a great selection of coffee brewing products and tea as well. If you need chemex filters, they got them. Parking can be tough.
Great coffee, clean, and great people!!
Very nice. Good coffee, a bit expensive if one buys their coffe by the pound. Good food, mostly Mediterranean, got a broccoli quishe for me, and a spinach one for my lady. Cant go wrong and the balaclava, while I didnt have it is one item Ill get next time. Yummy!
Sandra is such a gracious host. After a few meetings, you feel like a friend from way back. And who can beat a buck for a cup of fresh roasted joe? Wow. 5 stars for her!
I have been visiting Kennbunks for many years and this place gets the best Americano in town title hands down. The owner is very nice, beverages and pastries are great, too. There are a few tables in the back to enjoy coffee and muffin in a nice air conditioned setting.
The owner is a delight! She was quick to recommend local restaurants, catered to our unique coffee desires, and was beyond friendly. Great coffee too! Recommended.
Great coffee and especially ice cubes of frozen coffee. And always will take a peanut butter cookie if they have them!
Lovely shop, great people. Check out the old coffee roaster still in use! Excellent cold brew
They have a roaster over 100 years old. The owners father started the business with it and now his daughter runs the show. Great coffee and tea
Good coffee. Decent food. Very nice ambience.
The best coffee shop in southern Maine! The atmosphere is fun, the owner is sweet and social, and the coffee is UNBELIEVABLE!!!It is 10x better than any coffee shop in the port. You you are staying in Kennebunkport it is worth the trip!!
Great. Coffee is the best. So is Sands, the owner. Unique shop with grab and go food, artisan oils and vinegars, gift items and much much more. Coffee roasted regularly in a Roasting Machine for over a century. Very empressive
Meh coffee, dont expect to eat here and use the bathroom. According to the help the nearest one is 2 blocks behind the firehouse
Great coffee roasted right there, fair price!
Excellent selection of coffee to take home. Great food. Seating outside. Highly recommend.
Coffee roasted in-house...for $1! And its goooooooood!! Love the Salt & Honey blend.
Bad coffee, no real espresso drinks, etc.
Coffee Roasters of Kennebunk has extensive whole bean roasts for sale, ample coffee-making supplies and delicious serve-yourself cold brew. Scoop yourself out some coffee ice cubes, pour over that cold brew, a touch of half and half to your specifications, a dash of cinnamon- now youre ready to stroll around Kennebunkport! The premade breakfast sandwiches are prepared on a Portuguese roll that is doughy, airy, and flavorful. Grab one of the many combinations available and youre all set.The front of the building has a few tables and chairs, a great place to watch the world go by during the summer months. And theres typically not a slew of folks here, so enjoy that elbow room with your coffee and sandwich, too!
Good, not great, coffee
Espresso (Latte) made in shop not very good. Weak with little espresso taste.
Fresh roasted beans. This place is amazing. Delicious sweet treats and choclate. Must visit when in KennebukThey also have 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on airbnb and its beautifully decorated with plenty of fresh ground coffee every morning.
Very good coffee and quick treats
Best coffee I have ever had
Not easy to find. Thank goodness for GPS. Worth the trip.
Over-rated! Not sure why this place has good reviews!
Amazing coffee and delicious (fancy) snacks
