I called to get details before bringing my Bolens riding lawnmower to be repaired. I gave the name of the mover before I paid Uhale: rental fee, insurance, mileage, etc... I also paid the young men for putting the mover on the truck. When I arrived, the young man asked me what problems I was having. I told him. He replied, I can only work on the engine, I cant order any other parts, a belt and a cable. In the meantime I am out of almost $100 dollars. Not fair, unprofessional.

My husband and I have been dealing with Eastbank for at least 10 years. Everyone who works there is always nice, knowledgeable and very helpful.
