These guys were very nice and did a Great job Servicing my Yamaha Jet ski!!
Ashley is simply the BEST - goes above & beyond to help you with all of your boating needs!!!!
Purchased a new Ride from Lee. Extremely professional. Have a couple of warranty issues needing addressed but I am confident this team will provide a great experience. Highly recommend having Lee set you up with a new ride!
Five star service, highly recommend these guys. I took my boat to these guys to get it fix they told me they were two weeks out, they got it ready for me in a couple of days, real professional service. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Overall a really good experience good business with them.
Worst service every! I knew exactly what I wanted, went there to purchase and the salesman talked in circle about how he couldn’t get the boat. I left there and had the exact boat in 3 days from another dealer. I call back because there are close to leave my old boat on consignment and they told me “sure, just bring it in and we keep 10%”. Well, I showed up with the boat and after 20min or more of them walking back and forth, they said the didn’t want the boat on consignment.
Had chicken parenting, delicious!!
Outstanding customer service. Alway treat you like your their only customer.
Got a fair deal on a nice boat. The sales process was fast and efficient. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Love my new boat! Thanks everyone at Park Marine Boating!
Not even one person on their Sales Staff approached me in the 25 minutes I was there, and they completely ignored me until I was leaving. I just cant see myself spending thousands of dollars of my money here. Especially when the sales people wont even approach you to tell you what they have to offer etc.I ended up getting a young man that was washing a boat, that Wasnt in Sales to give me some information. I left and went to buy a new boat where my dollar and time is appreciated and needed instead of Expected in the realm of (SELF Service.) Dont waste your time here.
These people are awesome. My husband and I really cant say enough good things about them!! They worked on the financing, figured out just what we needed and made everything so easy!! We love them!!
Great people and service
No better place around to buy a boat. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to get your deal done promptly and with a payment you can afford. This is my 2nd boat purchased from them and will never go anywhere else for my boating needs!
Great service
So glad I came Ashley was great to work with and knows her stuff. Thanks Park Marine for my great up coming summer!
Have been buying parts and accessories for many years here. The service department is always helpful and has even matched prices when I ask for it. The shop has really helped me out on more than one occasion. Infinitely better service then Bay Marine down the street! So those that were not happy may not understand the world of boating. Boats can be a pain and you have to keep the service up. If you wait until the day before Spring Break to get your boat working for fixed, its probably not going to happen.Cheers and Safe Boating!Robert K.
Ashley B. Is super helpful and knowledgeable. The only person I would buy a boat from. If you are looking for a boat, she can give you the guidance you need. Thank you for your help Ashley.
Great place for reasonably priced leisure boats..I had smart homestead savvy sales person who I was comfortable with.
I was recommended I call this marine with help selling my boat. They said they would review my boat and get back with me. They never did. I finally called them 2 weeks later to be told they decided they didnt want to sell my boat because it was too old. My 27 foot cabin cruiser is fully operational and has low hours. For a company that makes a profit on sales, they certainly are foolish to not simply list something for sale. My boat would have remained in the water at another marina. They had nothing to lose by listing it. They are amateurs.
Promises were made; none were kept. Had my boat for 6 months and couldnt do anything they promised to do for me when I dropped it off other than winterize. They claim personnel issues are the cause of why. I did get compensated for a portion of the cost of winterization, but honestly, the hassle and time lost, it wasnt enough. I just wont go back and I wont recommend anyone else go either. Theres too many options to settle for poor service like this.
DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BOAT! This will be week 7 that they have had my boat. I was told that they were a week out from looking at my boat and the work to be do was a head gasket and new trim pump installed. Ive talked to other boat dealers and they said this is a two to three day job max or 5 hours on the head gasket a 1 hour for the pump. Dont let these slackers work on your boat like I did!
Great customer service. The folks at Park Marine has always taken care of us. I have been taking out Yamaha AR210 there for the past 7 years to perform routine maintenance, as well as summerization and winterization to be performed. Weve had them wrap our boat each winter and have always been super pleased with the quality of service and cost.
Why does getting your WaveRunner serviced in metro Atlanta have to suck so much? All the Yamaha Dealers just suck. park Marine is no different, just because i didnt buy it there, they wouldnt work on it.
Everyone in the office is very helpful.
Spent ovrer $40,000 on a boat including all taxes and fees. Their financing was not all that was promised, their delivery of the boat was shoddy and poorly handled. The service after the sale has been nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and avoid the chumps.
Very well maintained business, salesmen and women that go above and beyond for your service, very pleased with the outcome of both sales and financing departments, you will not be dissappointed with your service and selections at this location.
Our experience trying to buy a boat was laughable. We went by the Kennesaw showroom intending to look at pontoons. We saw the Yamaha Jet Boat in the showroom and fell in love. The sales guy was knowledgeable and nice, but pushy. That was ok as he wasnt too pushy and just trying to earn a living. They told us about this great financing deal through Yamaha. We decided that since we have great credit, we would apply for the deal and if we got this great special, we would buy the boat. We applied through the finance department, this is when things went south. James, the finance guy says that we got approved for exactly what we applied for, $0 down and a great low interest rate, gave us monthly payment numbers and everything. We were happy and said we would come Saturday and sign everything, get some accessories, and pick up the boat. We made a rough appointment time. We show up Saturday when we said, James was not ready for us in any way shape or form. Then blamed everything on the system being down, which it was. But why did he wait till our appointment time to have any paperwork? I have never entered a finance managers office before without everything being ready. So after hours sitting there, we start the deal all over again. Then, at the end of the day, we find out that we didnt get the deal we expected. James chalks this up to a system glitch with Yamaha and promises to find answers first thing Monday morning. Monday rolls around and nothing. I call, nothing. I email, nothing. I email the salesman, he says James will be calling soon. Hours later, nothing. I call another Yamaha dealer in another state and tell him the situation and ask if he can look at our approval and see what we could buy, the guy comes back and says we were approved for x, which was a little less than the boat cost. He said he didnt understand how the other dealer could have thought we were approved for $0 down as that just wasnt the case. Now how in the world does a finance guy of however many years, not know what someone is approved for? I dont know when the lying started from this guy but what a sham. We wasted an entire day (and weekend as we had planned to take the new boat out on the water). They never once apologized or anything. No chance I will ever go back. I dont know whether there were nefarious intentions or just plain incompetence, but either way, stay away. I also chuckled as the finance manager is one of the 5 star reviews posted on here...
Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone!
I actually bought a couple Waverunners back in 2010. I went into store a couple weeks ago to look into buying a boat and trading in my two Sea Doos. I find the sales person Tom Collins to be a little annoying. He was all about selling a boat until I mentioned my trade. From that point on, he was sending non buy diagonals. He kept saying I should try to sell them myself, even suggesting listing them on Craigslist. He stated the last Sea Doos they took in on trade sat for a long time so he wasnt sure what they would give for them. I traded a Sea Doo boat back in 2010 for the Waverunners and I know they had no issues selling it within a week or two. I wasnt overly impressed with the deal back then. I am damn sure not impressed with this boating store. They want to sell Yamaha boats are more than lost price compared to a store in TN while giving you wholesale or less for your trade. Stay away and look to do business elsewhere. Yamaha Boat Company gives these asses a preferential treatment. This is the only reason why they have a monopoly on Yamaha marine. Fine, I guess I will never own another Yamaha.
Very helpful sales team. Even stayed a little late on Saturday so I could get the part I needed.
These guys suck. The sales guy was obviously not interested in selling a boat. So I went to Atlanta marine and bought one. Didnt wanna go to Lanier but they at least acted like they wanted my business.
They are just down to earth and easy to deal with
Lots of boats!
I would say do NOT rent anything from this Marina. They were extremely rude when we went to rent a Jet Ski & we ended up not renting with them. Staff in the office was unhelpful with poor customer service.
Very helpful staff
Wonderful people with a incredible variety of boats.
Couldnt get assistance. No one was interested in helping me.
Lots of options and great price
Full service for your boating needs!
No pressureLike that
Take forever to repair things
Great place
