I dropped off my favorite pair of boots—beat to hell—and they restored them beautifully. It cost $55–but a lot of that is probably due to the new soles they put on the bottom.I’ll attach photos—the work is just gorgeous.There’s no question about the value for the service, but a pricing guide on display in the store and/or a website would make the process a little easier to navigate.

Prior to getting any work done on my shoes, I called several times and kept getting a voice mail. I finally left a message after thinking how busy could they be at the beginning of their shift. When I finally received a callback, the guy on the other end was very nice and polite and made me feel assured that I would get an outstanding job done on the scratch marks on my shoes. When I took my shoes in, the guy who assisted me was not friendly and courteous nor did he thank me for my business. I left thinking if this was the same guy that I spoke to over the phone, his demeanor certainly changed after we met. Since its conveniently close to wear I live, I decided to just keep shoes there and see what the end result would be. Within 24 hours, I went back and picked up my shoes. My initially reaction to the work that was done was not good. The shoes looked the same. The scratch mark was still there. No words barely came from the guy. I had to ask for a bag to put the shoes in. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. After leaving the place, I called the company and got another voicemail. On the voicemail, I told the guy how unpleasant my experience was and told him I would express my experience online. When he returned my call, he apologized for the experience I had and said the guy who assisted me was not him. It was a guy who cant really speak English. My suggestion is please dont base rudeness on someone who cant speak English. Thats an insult to those who second language is English or cant really speak it fluently. Rude behavior is rude behavior. Also, dont oversell something just to make a profit.

After several years of growing frustrations getting shoes cleaned/repaired at nearby places, I tried this place in the mall... I am so happy I did!I truly appreciate their honesty... they do not try to oversell things or services. In fact, the last couple times when I asked for a couple recommendations (both for shoe supplies and repairs), they recommended against both times because it would more cost effective to not buy it from them. TRUE BUSINESS ETHICS! And precisely because of this, I will be a customer for life.Not only are they straightforward and fair with their genuine honesty, they are reasonably priced, punctual, and actually speak English (though limited).

The owner took one look at them and said, I can restore them. And restore them he did! I wish I had taken a before photo so people could see what an amazing job they did. recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service. Fairly easy parking. Set up an account. Run in and run out fast enough not to eat the candy out of the jars near the cash register.

They did a great job putting new soles and heels on my wolverine 1000 mile boots. I was very worried they would look clearly altered after the work but they looked amazing and exactly the same as when I dropped them off. I will bring all my shoes here from now on.

Had a couple of pairs of reverse saddles chromed way back in 2001, and the cobbler with Town Center Shoe Repair at that time did a great job. Most recently (2016-2018), Ive had a few of my leather belts shortened and punched. Took a pair of Vans to get leather soled back in April and just dropped off another pair. In every instance, I have had a great experience! Will continue to use these cobblers as long as I have shoes to chrome! :-)

These guys are great - phenomenal job on cleaning AND they also pick-up and deliver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After using this gentleman (and I use the term very loosely), for many years, we will not be returning. My husband dropped a pair of very expensive boots off to have them polished two weeks ago. I went to pick them up yesterday and he asked for the return ticket. I explained to him that the ticket had been misplaced but that my husband had written his name on the ticket attached to his boots. As I was trying to explain the situation, the man threw up his hands and shook his head as if he would not listen to me basically telling me that he would not give the boots to me without a ticket. Today my husband went in to pick up his boots and again, the man would not give him his boots even after showing him three forms of ID. He went to every pair of shoes that were on the shelf looking at them even after my husband had pointed at his boots and explained to him that HIS NAME WAS WRITTEN ON THE TICKET attached to the boots. I totally understand that we should have done a better job of keeping track of the ticket, however this is a failed system! Im sure that there are people out there who have misplaced their ticket so I believe this store needs to come up with a better solution! I also feel that this situation could have been handled with better customer service. There was absolutely no reason for him to shake his head at me and he did not offer ANY solution to the problem! JUST PLAIN UNACCEPTABLE!!

Took a leather SHOE in for a stud replacement- they had something very similar to the other studs and did it in under ten mins! Great service and super nice. Will go back.

Anyways, I was told to throw them out by several people, but I turned to Bunz for suggestions where to bring my boots. I was told to go see this shop, and Im so glad I did. Within a week, So Im thrilled and highly recommend.

This man has saved me from replacing my Wolverine 1000 miles boots, 2 pairs at that. I had him make me full new leather soles with a think piece of rubber added to the bottom to help with the longevity of the boot sole. The work was perfect, and it looks as if I bought them new!

I would definitely recommend this place for the cleaning and repairing of your shoes is done on time.

Crazy expensive

Used this shoe repair a few times and was pleased with service. Returned with a pair of shoes to have repaired and the man was very rude. Ill never use this store again because of my last experience. Poor customer service can ruin a business.

Incredible Service I have gotten my shoes repaired here for almost 3 years. The cobbler does not speak good english - but he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They make helpful recommendations and do incredible work. Unless it is busy saturday, turnaround time is within an hour. Strongly recommend this place!!!

If youre brought over to get something fixed you can also grab a bite to eat. However, parking is really difficult, its located on a very busy street, be sure to take that into account if youre coming from far.

I wasnt happy with the price I paid to get my character shoes sole glued. I was charged $20 and the glue came apart after a week wearing them.

Had a pair of structural fire fighting boots repaired, excellent job and affordable.

Biggest ripoff ever, got right shoe fixed for $8 a month ago, came back today with left shoe for identical repair and wanted to charge $20.
