This has by far been the best diesel auto shop i have ever used. I NEVER write reviews but OnDemand was such a great service, i felt obligated to. Got my trucks transmission ordered and finished within 3 days with no hassle or issues! Great communication and they are very knowledgeable. I will most definitely be a regular here.

We had an appointment to get the oil changed in our Class A Motor Home. Took the RV in the day of the appointment. They called and didnt have the filter so needed to order. They kept the RV 3 days and the charge was $938 for an oil change. I ask before I took it in how much it could cost and they couldnt tell me. $472.50 was labor. I will NOT go back to this business.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome Service and they did exactly what they said they would do to install the alternator on my truck. From speaking to Cindy and Rick on the phone to getting an estimate, to meeting Ms. Sheiletta in the parking lot, it was absolutely a pleasure to conduct business with the staff as well as the mechanic (James) who gave me a run down on exactly what he did to change the alternator. My company has been using On Demand for a few years, and we have always had a top-notch experience. The mechanics do good work in a timely fashion, and the office communicates well with the customer. Its hard to find a reliable, fast, heavy truck mechanic, even at a dealership. This place is a jewel.

For someone that supposedly knows what there doing as far as replacing a hub seal. Do not allow these guys the opportunity!! Not even 1 week later had to replace the same seal due to they didnt remove the old seal and didnt tighten the seal up. The mechanic at the TA took his hands and backed the nuts off, also only charged us half the price that O Demand charged us. Then had brakes done on a trailer that they over charged us on and performed more work than what was requested and when I requested that they remove the work done that wasnt requested or contacted about they charged us for that as well. So I recommend you to stay away from these guys.

I performed an oil change on a Freightliner straight truck in our fleet that we had in their shop a year or so ago, they put too small of a cartridge filter on the truck, basically leaving the truck will unfiltered oil, I wish I could post pictures, Unbelievable, cheaping out over a $10 part.

A great shop. My diesel was losing power and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price in one day. Being a work truck I was glad they could fix in a day and correctly diagnose the problem. My go to shop from now on
