Today I needed a lamp which Home Depot didnt stock. Both times she has not only provided a perfect replacement but I learned something in the process. Becoming a more savvy consumer is added value.

Ive been using the Batteries Plus in Kennesaw on Cobb Pkwy for several years. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

Only tend to review for exceptional or poor service. My last 2 experiences have been excellent at this location. First, replacement battery for iPhone 6, which was completed efficiently and still working well 6 months later. Most recently, took the same phone back for charger port which could only intermittently charge and said I needed a port replacement. After a couple of questions - the staff simply cleaned out the battery port (a bunch of dirt/grime in it) and told me its a pretty common problem. No cost - and the phone charger is working as it should. Great customer service for me! Thanks!

Took an IPhone in to get the screen replaced and when the girl finished the phone no longer works and has to be sent off to be repaired. She tried to tell my wife that there must have been more damage than just the screen even though it was working just fine till she worked on it. She had also ran a full diagnosis on it before hand and found no issues. She initially forgot to do a soft reset on it after installing the new screen and had to be told to do that by a tech on the phone. But even after that the phone still wouldnt work correctly and we wound up having to mail it off to either be repaired or replaced. If I could give zero stars or less I would, do not take your phone here to get it repaired.

Long Term Customer!SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSEI have bought gel batteries, many Nebo flashlights, lithium batteries, everyday stuff, and try to shop local. Tried to swap a simple lithium battery that was bad out of the package. They tested, gave excuses, acted like I was “pulling something “ and had poor resolutions. I asked them and got my answer; they are Willing to lose a good customer customer over a few dollar battery!

Do not take your phone to this store for repairs. I took my iPhone to this store for a repair on the charging port. I was pleased with the repair but I noticed that my loud speaker failed to work a few days later (it was verified as working on my service paper). I went back to the store to explain my issue with the repair and they took another look at my phone. I was told that my loud speaker was not correctly connected back to the board. I understand that things happen and did not have an issue with this, I just wanted my speaker to work again.Now, this is where my experience with this store really gets sour. A few days go by and I start to notice that people can not hear me on the phone when they call me. I double checked every possible setting and ensured that my phone was up to date. I visit the store again and state my issue (third time to the store now) and he tells theres nothing he can do (let me say again that all of these components were verified as working before the initial charging port repair). I told him that this was unacceptable and bad business on their end. He began to roll his eyes, raise his voice, and continue to be rude. I paid for a service and I expect my phone to be in working order as it was before. The staff here are very unprofessional and seem to lack proper customer service experience. I sent an email to the store manager explaining my experience with their associate and have yet to receive a response.This store obviously doesnt care about the quality of their service and more importantly, their customers. I will not visit this store for future repairs or recommend to family and friends.

Ms. Cindy just made my day! Not only did she replace the battery in my watch, but she resurrected my dead key fob. I had thought I would have to take it into a dealer, because a previous battery I tried didnt work. She said she would try a different battery and let me try. IT WORKED!!!! Ive never been more excited to hear my car alarm! She also knocked off the installation fee! She did everything with a smile and the best customer service! Shes my battery angel!

Dont waste your time or money here. Completely lacking in customer service. I called ahead to pickup a car battery and confirmed price over the phone. After driving an hour out of my way they would not honor the price quoted over the phone and said there is nothing we can do. Next time Ill take my business anywhere but here.

The associates at the store were very nice and helpful. I had ordered a battery backup for a Conext UPS unit - however, the web site did not indicate that 2 batteries are needed for the unit. Thus, I had to pay for an additional battery. Its not the cost, mind you, its the surprise factor in having to pay for an additional battery. The web site needs to indicate that 2 batteries are necessary for the UPS units that require 2 batteries.

Going to the store and picking up the item Id ordered online was great. Helpful and polite information, tips, etc. Ordering online was a bit of a pain. If you made any errors filling in your order info, say on page 2, you couldnt go back one page. The program bumped you back to the beginning, where you had to start your order over again.

Ive ordered online several times and have had a great experience. The batteries I was looking for were in stock. I did have an incident where my phone battery wasnt good and they didnt help me. Besides that its been a pretty good experience.

Horrible experience at this Kennesaw branch. Should fire the guy in the store today afternoon right away. Doesn’t know anything about batteries and replacing them. Never going here again. Try the Batteries plus Bulbs in Marietta instead. Went to the Marietta branch after this really deceitful and unprofessional experience at the Kennesaw branch. Note to Mgmt... Prices went up for a simple watch battery replacement. The battery cost less than $4 and theyre charging $12. Might as well get it done at the kiosk in the mall. Shameful that we cant financially support our local small businesses.

I ordered a battery online to pick up on your Kennesaw store.The short amount of time it too to get my item...I thought Id choke to death.The man behind the counter was wearing enough perfume to choke a horse.It will certainly keep my from recommending this location or your business.Oh well...if I need warranty help Ill go to a different location.

Ill never do business with this company. A while back I went to have rechargable batteries rebuilt. A week passed, when I arrived to pick it up I was informed by the manager it would be 2 time more than agreed. They didnt contact me during the time I was waiting.

Ordered car battery on line to pick up at store, the next day go to store bring old battery with me to receive credit for core charge. When I walked into the store there was only one more customer in the store and he was being helped by the other clerk. I approached the other clerk and handed him the paper work from my on line order, he took the old battery and stated he did not think I would get credit for the core. I told him it was listed on the printout from on line I would get a refund for the core and the other clerk confirmed. This took a while to get this taken care of. This in all did not bother me. During this time I asked if they had a battery for a Roomba Vacuum Cleaner, they said yes. During this time another customer came in needing a car battery and the clerk I was dealing with turned to him and started helping him. I was standing there. still did not have the battery I had come in for and already had paid for and now the clerk is helping this man load this battery in his car. I notice the battery rack in the back of the store, go to it and find the battery I had purchased brought it back up to the counter and ask if the transaction was complete. The other clerk said yes and I left never to return to this store again.Andy Freeman

Went to the location in Austell first to have my battery repaired, well their 3 batteries were broken and they damaged my screen in the process. Came to this store as they had batteries, and they were going to replace the screen for free since they damaged it. Well...the screen replacement also was broken (not sure why none of their parts work...) and they made my old screen useless when they removed it. So thanks to Batteries Plus, I now am phoneless till they get a new screen, which Im skeptical will work. Look elsewhere for any phone repairs you need

Very smooth transaction. Ordered a motorcycle battery on line, that was in stock, for store pickup. This particular battery required activation and charging before use.. When taking the old battery in for core return I noticed it had 340 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA). The new battery I ordered only had 260 CCA. When I arrived at the store I found that the clerk had already activated and was charging the battery I ordered (a nice surprise, since I planned on doing this myself at home). Upon discussion about my battery usage, I decided to upgrade my order to a different new battery that has 350 CCA. The clerk sold me the upgraded unit (which did not require activation and charging), and even applied the same discount that I had gotten on line. I would recommend this store and batteries +

I took my phone in to get a cracked screen fixed. Whatever they did shorted my battery, kept rebooting my phone...and not it wont work at all. They ended putting my busted screen back on, and now my phone will not even turn on!
