I am going to be honest the customer service was great. Very nice people. And nothing personal here. But I went there to visit those tiny houses and I was shocked with the ugliness and poor building design. It seems like these houses are not built by professionals. The tiny houses that are available are very very limited. However, the ones that are offered do not have enough light- it was dark even during the day (very depressed without enough windows) the space was really bad distributed, and I can go on and on. Overall, the houses are overpriced for that low quality materials and poor design and planning that went into building these grave- houses.
If I could give it a zero, I would. I gave my down payment which was more that 5000 on July of 2020 and was supposed to be ready in 8 to 10 weeks, didnt got the tiny home till December 2020, not only did they havent set it down till this date, the inside door doesnt close and the trims inside are falling off, Megan the lady I made the agreements with took pictures on December, said she will take care off it and its been over a month and I havent been able to use the tiny home. I had never been so disappointed with someones service. Want a tiny home, dont get it with the company Legacy. The are quick to charge you your payments but will not give you what you pay for.
I recently put a down payment recently and it was a nice experience at first as is any experience where someone is selling something to you but as soon as i handed my money over is when the truth came out kevin did not contact me correctly any repairs looked so DIY that i would complain about and not to mention my tiny home was dropped in the wrong place and i still have yet to hear anything from them at this point id just like my money back I’d rather take my chances with a different company
These are some of the nicest tiny homes I have seen for the price. I just happen to be in the area and stopped by I was greeted by a lady named Brandye who was very nice and welcoming. She was very well spoken and seemed to draw me in with her words. If you are in the area stop by and have a gander!
I was in town on business and decided in my spare time to view some tiny homes as I’ve never seen them in person. I have to mention and give accolades to Nikki as she’s detail oriented, listened my to wants & needs of the home. Nikki by what I experienced with her is she definitely has the passion of tiny home living. She gave me some great ideas as well to successfully maximize my living in a small space.Tiny Home Atlanta is lucky to have Nikki as an employee, she’s professional and courteous which can be hard to find in an employee.
Ive been working directly with Nikki, at Tiny Home Atlanta, for a couple months now, and she has been AMAZING!!! She keeps me up to date on where we are in the process, and has walked me through every single question Ive had. She helped me with the design of our tiny home, and sent me countless pictures to help me with my decisions. I have full confidence in her, and she has everything to do with why I chose to go with Tiny Home Atlanta! She will not disappoint, and I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing a tiny home, to call and ask for Nikki! Ive made a new friend for life!
Im an HGTV follower and when I received word that the actual tiny homes that appeared in an episode was here in GA, I had to stop and take a look. As an Architectural Engineer I must say that I was quite impressed. I didnt know much about these tiny homes until a member of the location by the name of Nikki kindly assisted me to further my inquisitive knowledge of the homes. I will agree that the Hacienda was my favorite but not at first. After the thorough presentation from Nikki of all of the options available for each individual model, I then became a fan. I hadnt planned on staying and just wanted to stop by but by the time we were done I left pleased with knowing more about these homes. Time well spent. Thanks Nikki!!!
Welp things seem to have changed since that manager Nikki left. She was most certainly about righting the wrongs of this business and all of its errors and excuses.
I have recently become interested in Tiny Homes and found this place while searching online. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by Nikki, who was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was not ready to purchase and she understood which I appreciated. When I am ready to move forward with my Tiny Home purchase I will be back to see Nikki.
I was really impressed by the range of options available. The staff are knowledgeable and personable, but I was particularly impressed by Nikki. Her attention to detail and the time she took to understand my individual needs blew me away. She is awesome!
I was very impressed with the presentation of this tiny house 🏠 by Kevin. I am going back as soon as I can arrange to park it here in Acworth. I loved the choices! Who would have thought $5000 down would put you in such a nice home! With my own touches it will be my perfect place!
Where can we put these tiny homes in GA? Any suggestions would he great.
These are affordable tiny that allow financial freedom for those seeking that option. The Tiny Hacienda is a favorite and best seller. Open floor plan and looks great with a porch!
Tiny Home Atlanta management and staff have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their homes and any information concerning tiny home living. I love the different floor plans that they have to offer to accommodate 1 to 3 bedrooms. I appreciate their eager willingness to help answer all my questions!
Well the tiny homes are super cute! The hacienda I think is my fav. I like the options they offer (I just wish they’d do away with the popcorn ceiling but I can live with it) lol! The staff was attentive & seemed genuine- like they wanted us to find a good fit and that makes all the difference in the world. I think it’s a great investment as a home or even as a mini business
Great tiny homes!!! Very affordable!!!! Nikki was the best! She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the buying process. Would definitely recommend!!!
Very nice people. My son is buying a place and so far so good.
I stopped in yesterday to check these out. I was very impressed with the construction and layouts. I can really envision living in one for either a primary or vacation home. Dwayne was most helpful with information. Gives me a lot of food for thought!
After watching so much HGTV, I decided to actually see what one would look like in person and if it would be a good fit for my mom. The sales manager Nikki was very helpful in explaining the options and provided a great experience. The only feedback I would provide would be on the popcorn ceilng. Most modern homes do not have popcorns ceiligs. I would want that removed.
I was in Kennesaw a few days ago and stopped by Tiny Home Atlanta! Wow what a treat. I was assisted by a gentleman named Kevin who seem to be very knowledgeable of the homes. He was very funny with this bow thing he does to keep up with the whole social distancing thing. Had a great time looking at the homes!
Chicken w/gravy///boneless breast w/grave,,delicious,,,Hamburgers are Delicious
