Canyon Country Cycle went above and beyond my expectations! They took my bike in, after it had been sitting at a reputable dealer in Pasco for 60+ days (They were lying about problems and how much work I had to get done) and that it was a winter project. Canyon Country Cycle had my bike up and running perfectly within 48 hrs! Theyve won my business, and I hope you give them a chance too.
Got my sons first moto here!! Great service 🙂 very helpful!!
Andy is the best cycle mechanic in town. He has worked on every bike I have had for the last 15 years. I completely trust him to get things fixed correctly and timely.
They mounted and balanced my tires on short notice. Great customer service and attention to detail. Nice selection of parts and miscellaneous items for motor biking in their showroom. Five stars!!
Excellent owner, awesome mechanics, honest quality work. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
Andy is great, always trying to get you what you need at a competitive price. Parts - 90 out of 100. Service is always booked out quite far. Only one tech working in the back now. Havent just any work done here yet... Service - TBD.
Worst customer service Ive EVER had. Spent 700 dollars in one go and when it was time to ride home bike wouldnt start... mechanics are awesome but andy... had him screaming cussing and yelling at me and not once did I raise my voice at him. Super unprofessional I was just genuinely concerned as to how I was going to get my motorcycle home and it escalated way farther than it should have. Luckily the mechanic jumped my bike and I was able to get it home. Andy id rather spend 150 an hour than have to deal with you ever again.UPDATE: the speedometer was stuck at 11 and I did ask to have that Amp draw checked out only after speedo was fixed. Shows how much you remember..Im open to advice but not while its being screemed at me and Im told it will be 600 for a maybe fix that electrical is all guesswork and shots in the dark. I also found and fixed the Amp draw myself and the problem didnt lie with the battery all cells are good and it holds charge if not left connected. And I also dont appreciate the harassment over social media like I said super unprofessional...
Good customer service, intelligent owner.Way less expensive then the Harley dealer.
These guys are great. Nice and friendly with the best prices in town and they take good care of your stuff and have it back to you in a reasonable time frame.
Great communication and reliable service. Highly recommended
Andy is the best in the business, which is probably why he has a backlog of work. I trust his work more than any other in the area.
Locally owned by a stand up guy with a textbook of knowledge and a great crew!
I have never had a bad experience
One of the best shops in tri citys
My bikes charging system stopped working broke down in front of the shop the guys came out helped me push the bike into the shop and in a few minutes got me back on the road thank you very much I highly recommend canyon country cycle
Best prices in town and you dont have to schedule an appointment just to talk to the mechanic if you had a question.
Had bike into local delearship recently and found a couple problems after having it serviced. Dealership said it was not anything they did and to repair it would cost over $700. Finally got smart enough to take to CCC, not only did they repair it, discovered a short in the system that happened after the dealer looked at it, but saved me over $400. To say the least, I will take my Yamahas back! Thank you.
Canyon County Cycle has been Fixing my motorcycles for 20 years and I highly recommend this shop!!!🇺🇸
First time in with a used bike 05 chopper (new to me), Andy and his team noticed a couple bare wires, changed oils and filters, overall rolled it out way smoother than it went in. The cost wasnt a shocker and the whole experience went well. It was nice that you actually did what you said you would do. Thanks guys, I will be back.
Always a pleasure to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly
Andy in the service department also handles the front side sales and delivers excellent customer service. I took my 95 Shadow in for fork seals and he noticed that my front tire was showing some signs of age (checking).....I dont want to have tire problems when on only two. His attention to detail and initiative resulted in improving my riding safety, making a sale and creating another satisfied customer. Word of mouth recommendations are invaluable as I pass my experience along to other vintage Honda bikers. THANK YOU Andy for your service and I look forward to the next time I need you or opportunity to recommend Canyon Country Cycle service department!
I abuse my V-Strom, and Andy & his crew have done great work keeping me on the road. My bike is my year-round daily ride, and they have been able to work with me on timelines to get repairs/service done while minimally interrupting my schedule. They are competitively priced for labor, and worth a visit.
Andy just did some work on my FZ-1 and he did an outstanding job. Yamaha took at least a month to get the parts and Andy called to update me and keep me informed, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him and will definitely take my bikes to him in the future.
Great service and friendly reception.
Andy took my 2005 BigDog when nobody else would take it and fixed my Baker6 transmission and bearings flawlessly. I would recommend him to anyone I know with any problems they have, great shop and great people. Thanks again Andy.
I brought in a set of cruiser tires to be mounted on my wheels. They had them done in 24hrs for 35$ each, mounted and balanced.I called around the Tricity and Yakima area for before bringing them to CCC and couldnt find a better price.Ill be a repeat customer.Oh and they have a military discount.
Excellent place for parts and service. Andy is not a salesman, he is a motorcycle guy. Very honest and helpful, extremely knowledgeable. No better place in town for all your motorsport needs!
Andy, the owner, has turned into a friend over the years. He is knowledgeable and good at what he does. Andy has a passion for motorcycles. He rebuilt an old Moto Guzzi a few years ago: If he still has it, it is worth a look. He also races motocross around the state. His specialty is Harley Service and accessories. The nice thing about his service is he does it all himself. At the big shop in town, that shall remain nameless, it might be a half trained kid with a few months of experience working on your $20k ride.If he doesnt have your part in, he usually gives a discount on special orders. Andy doesnt charge freight unless he has to pay freight. Compare that to the big shop in town that charges shipping on EVERY order (once charged me $4 shipping for a $5 dollar part and I KNOW the big shop didnt pay shipping on that order).Plan ahead for your service needs. If you want it done for spring riding, it is probably best to NOT to wait until the weather gets nice (when everyone else wants their work done at the same time).Okay, this review sounds like Andy himself wrote it, but I think he is that good.
Best Harley shop in the area. Work done on time, and done right! Also, Andy can make custom control cables.
Andy and his crew work really hard! Much props!👍
Thanks guys I appreciate it, I try to do the best job I can for my customers. There can be times from experience when you have learned not to take some jobs on! This can save grief on both sides of the counter ahead of time by turning some things down.
Great rates and fast professional service! This is the go to place for your motorcycle repairs and services! Support your local shops they are getting harder to find these days.
Great customer service. Everyone inside is very friendly. Beat everybodys price on my order.
Good shop good atmosphere great people highly recommend
Entering 4 months and I’ve been checking up on progress and they took my money and now choking up on fixing my bike. Very little simpathy. Recommend others to try other mechanic shops Simce my buddy ordered a tire and this shop has been putting people on hold who are sencire and humble and taking advantage. Plz don’t go through the same experience. Be careful from these scammers
Really nice called with a simple question about one of my motorcycles was more than happy to give me a few suggestions that were very helpful very easy going just want to say thank you
I would give CCC 6 stars if I could. Heres why: I needed a wheel/tire dismount+mount+balance done on my Ducati Panigale. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. I called every motorcycle shop from kennewick to prosser looking for someone to take on the job. If the shop techs were confident enough to take on the job, their balancing equipment wouldnt accept the single sided wheel. All shops passed except one. I called Andy and pitched the job to him and he said sure! just bring it by.His other tech was out longer than expected which massively increased his work load at the time. Additionally, the rear axle nut had tightened itself immensely over time making it incredibly difficult to remove. But no matter. As promised he made good on his promise to have the job done in one days time. When I picked up the bike, the job had been completed exactly as billed. My wheels looked better than ever and any excess oil on my sprocket carrier was taken care of as well.Save for desmo specific/ducati warranty work, I wouldnt take my Panigale anywhere else. Definitely my local go-to shop.
They were very helpful!
Awesome place for bike parts and great service!
Helpful staff
Service is hit and miss. Sometimes they stick to the schedule they provide for repairs, other times they delay looking at the bike thus delay ordering parts and a promised 2 week turn around ends up being 4 weeks or more. Very frustrating.
This is my go to bike shop!!!Ive been taking my bikes to CCC for many years now and will continue to do so.
Good
Awesome
