This company goes beyond expectations. We had our car repaired after a fender bender and later the paint was peeling off. This company honored the previous company’s mess up and replaced the whole front bumper. They did it in record time without complaint. They did an excellent job. I had a 2018 Toyota Tacoma my husband hit a deer and it damage the front portion of the Toyota .Jesus was amazing he Kept us informed on everything what they did on our Tacoma. Being a retired veteran and using my USAA insurance to work with Caliber was easy I didn’t have to do anything when it came to paying for the repairs. I had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision recently in regards to significant damage to my truck. They had to virtually replace the entire right side of the truck. They did an awesome job and the truck looks brand new! I got my car back in less than a week and the work they did is beautiful! I was pretty concerned about the color matching the natural fade of my 16 year old car, as a whole quarter panel had to be painted but the difference between the new paint and old paint isnt noticeable.Jesus communicated perfectly and updated me on progress often. Besides repairing the damage to the outside of the car, the inside was detailed too!I hope I never need this service again but if I do I will definitely us Caliber.

He showed me all the areas that were going to be fixed... and sadly I was shown areas that were damaged that I was not aware of. These people must be lazy and dont want to work. Simply replacing a quarter panel ended up as a total on my pickup. Very disappointing.

I called to schedule an appointment on Friday and they were able to get me in the following Monday. They were able to fix my headlight in one day and worked with my insurance.

Took my vehicle in toward end of week for repair and paint, and had it back my beginning of the following week when ot wasnt expected to be completed until mid-week. Super impressed with their service, hospitality and workmanship. Would recommend them for your repair needs hands down.

Took my 2015 Ford Fiesta in for a bumper/headlight/fender repair following a collision that wasnt my fault. Repair took twice as long as quoted, as they had to wait for a core support, that they initially didnt think they needed to replace; I dont know much about auto body, but I know that its a pretty basic assumption that the radiator core support is likely damaged in any front end collision.Days turned into over a week, and when I took delivery of the finished product, the headlight was entirely the wrong color - the stock headlight has a black trim, and they replaced it with one with a chrome trim. This is immediately evident from 100 feet away, and nobody there noticed. Its a detail oriented industry, yet they couldnt even tell the difference between black and shiny silver. It took over 2 weeks for the correct headlight to get shipped in and replaced. In the mean time, my passenger mirror was installed crooked, and pretty much pointed towards the ground. They were able to slightly fix this when they replaced the headlight with the correct unit, but its still not the same as original.Fast forward to summer, and my air conditioner mysteriously wasnt working. When I took it into a shop, they found a pressure switch was unplugged, and the system was half empty on refrigerant. Both things have Abra to blame. Later on, my passenger window trim piece popped off, as it had been ripped off by the body shop, and hot glued back into place.Don take your vehicle here for repair if you value a timely and professional job.

Beware!!! We we were forced to go here by our insurance company instead of the establishment we had previously used and liked. We got word that the insurance was going to total our car. We immediately went to the lot to collect our possessions from the car. Someone had already taken everything of value. The manager tried to say the towing company was at fault, when it had been on their lot for a week. We thought we would be getting the vehicle repaired and returned. We never imagined such disreputable practices would be allowed. We are pursuing actions through the insurance company and prepared to file a police report if necessary. Very disheartening after already being traumatized by an accident.

My spouse was rear ended last week and had to take it in. They got us in very quickly, were efficient and knowledgeable. Amazing turnaround and great finished product. ABRA worked impressively well with our insurance and easily communicated with us and the insurance company. Took car in, was given different dates to pick up our car. I had an Automatic adapter plugged in to track my car. when I went to pick my car the adapter was taken off, meaning I could not track my car movements, it was a right rear fender fix nothing mechanical nothing, did my car become a joy ride for the shop. I work hard for my car for me to enjoy, it’s not a community car. I feel trespassed 🤨 I called the shop at 9 am no return call, it’s noon. Got all cleared up with a simple phone call with Dave from Tacoma Thanks.

Car was done in one week. Not much communication. They were USAA recommended so I went with them. They didn’t actually fix anything, they outsourced the work and collected the payment. Would not recommend based on communication alone.

Worst customer service I ever had. They literally told me to pick my car up and go so thats exactly what I did right down the street to Mathews auto body where the service was awsome. Abra just felt like a DMV which we all know what thats like. I will never recommend anybody to this place especially when a few blocks away is a superior auto shop.
