Over the last year of dealing with auto repairs Ive been very fortunate to love right around the corner from this autozone. I personally hate shopping online so having a store I can find the parts I need without having to go far out of my way has been great but the huge plus is the help and costumer service that is given when working with the folks there.

I am 100% satisfied! Courteous, personable, took time to explain things to me, made small talk that made me comfortable. I left with a huge weight off my shoulders as to what to do next. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name.

Unbelievable. Found my product, got in what I thought was the line, turns out I was in the wrong spot. Employee says next, and I step up, and he says I’m not next, I wasn’t in line. Although the guy he said was next, acknowledged that I actually was waiting longer and said I could go first, since I was waiting longer. Employee STILL KEEPS HASSLING ME OVER IT. MAJOR ATTITUDE. I threw my item down and left and WONT BE BACK.

Autozone is great. I deal with them frequently and they always go above and beyond.

I needed a check engine light researched. During Covid, store personnel cannot do the check engine light code. Store personnel were very patient with me working with me to use the check engine code reader myself. Great service today.

If you need to Work on your rig yourself this is the cheapest way to go good service and a great price.

Make sure your clear about make and model of your car. This location did a great job. One of the better Autozones from a service standpoint.

I went there to try to exchange tie rod ends for ones with grease nipples. The Court Street store reserved some that were at the 4th Avenue store in Kennewick (Wa.). I successfully exchanged the tie rod ends. Good job, guys!

Descent prices good service

Most of the time helpful unless they have a counter person who is new or I guess does not care. But, good store to stop at for parts.

Lie about their closing times. I left a car battery to charge, came back at 8pm to pick up and they had already closed.

Need better customer service and people that actually know what they are doing

I went in the other day at the 4th store and a manager named Daniel was super helpful with everything I asked help with. He help me get back on the road and spent alot of time finding the right parts for me. Thats exceptional service and he was very nice to look at too lol ❤

I have never in my life come across someone as rude as the man I witnessed in the store today 7/10 at roughly 6:00pm by the name of either don or dion an older gentleman with grayish hair. How can he even have a job when he has the attitude he has is beyond me. I will never shop at an autozone again in my life due to this terrible experience!

Mostly a good place to get auto parts.its better if you provide the Vin number as sometimes the wrong part is offered up.most things are in stock,some have to be special orders.help is friendly.service is pretty good.

Andrew K. is a great man! I was on a road trip tonight and needed a new light bulb. They were closing, but he still took care of me. He even installed the bulb in himself. After me, another group came in with the same issue and he took care of them too - even though it was passed closing time. Great guy and great store. Thank you!

Went to get a new wiper for the back of my Jeep Cherokee. I have replaced hundreds of wiper blades in my lifetime. I could not figure out how to get this dumb wiper blade off my car. Christen (I think that was his name) went outside and showed me the trick to get the job done. As a middle aged man I fell funny asking other men for help. But, this guy was real cool about it. Thank you for the help!

Usually very friendly & knowledgeable. This time I knew more than he did. It was a simple item. Lack of leadership & training.

A month before this posting, one worker (forget his name) was highly unhelpful. Did he bother to log onto his computer to see what kind of part I might need? No. Simply said there was no way to know unless I had the drivers manual. Odfly enough OReilly was able to find the part on their computer. Either AutoZone needs to get better computers, or that guy needs to take his job seriously. Most likely the latter.ONE STAR RATING.I did go to same AutoZone couple days ago and the (different) worker was totally helpful. So he bumped it up to 3 stars.

I LOVE AutoZone even being a girl they explain things to me where I understand to fix myself if possible, and always friendly.

They had what I needed, in stock which was great. They had the best price aswell.

So, so nice of them to read the error codes for my car, and for free. They did it graciously, even though busy, which I greatly appreciate.

Normally when I go in the staff is attentive and very helpful, tonight they werent. I do not know what it is with today but both auto zone and O Reillys off 4th had terrible customer service. I wasnt even greeted, spoken to, or asked if I needed help and I stood there for ten 7 minutes before being acknowledge and hurried out the door.

They had the parts I need and they were instock.

Customer service here is terrible... I am rarely greeted when I enter this specific auto zone. It is clear these employees dont enjoy working for this company. The atmosphere is very low.

Had a lazy manager complaining that the store was busy and he had too much paperwork to do... he failed to offer help with my purchase, and that purchase ended up being a waste of money (didnt do what it was supposed to do). Giving them 2 stars for being close and open... and thats generous, IMO.

Dude made me wait 30 mins, helping other customers in between just to tell me he didnt have the right part. Also I took my car to get there advertised free diagnosis twice and they got no readings. My co-worker had a cheap diagnosis tool. And it read it right away.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not just computer knowledge but actually able to recommend products and such. Selection is decent and time spent waiting in lines is minimal.

Walked in. Was waited on within minutes.

Garbage! A red shirt employee refused to use the register that would give me cash back. And Ive been acussed of steaing while I just waiting in Line To purchase an item.Get it together. For I can and will have my family never buy from you guys again if i experience difficulties ever again. #ThinIce

Twice theyve given me the wrong part. They dont do get job double checking the part. Make sure you do the work for them...

When I first moved here in Fall of 2008, the staff always made my appearance known [if all were busy], polite, willing to research for parts not in stock [and order it], take a look under the hood to identify part [if I couldnt], and always with a good attitude.Unfortunately, it has changed a bit. BUT, I will recommend this store over the Auto Zone on W. Clearwater every time!I tend to put the staffs attitudes off onto the managements shoulders; but personally each staff member has the choice to reflect gratitude for being employed. Good attitudes do eventually rub off.So! Ill see how you do real soon because I have a dis-abled rig.
