All of the guys here are great to work with. Honest mechanics who are there to help you out and not upsell you on anything unnecessary. Super quick and friendly and helped explain everything that was wrong with my car. They gave me multiple options depending on how much I wanted to spend and how much to replace. Ill be bringing my toyota to them from now on

Dropped the Prius off for brakes and an oil change. They told us that the brakes were good for at least 2 more oil changes and only charged us for the oil change. Very honest and professional business. I would recommend them to anyone with a Toyota 👍

These guys are the absolute best! They have always treated me fairly and do outstanding work. I even bring my vehicle in from out of state because I trust them so much. They did my timing belt, fan clutch, a differential and a few other things Ive needed on my Toyota 4 Runner. Im always surprised by how fast and efficient they are. I could rave all day. I feel so grateful to have found a place with experienced and honest mechanics to work on my truck.

The Toyota dealership identified a problem and wanted $2k to fix it so I took it to Genesis for a second opinion. They found the se problem and quoted $300 less but also said it was probably better to just watch it rather than fix it right away. I will be taking all my Toyotas to this shop now instead of the dealership.

I like Genesis Auto, they are cool dudes. I went and got a diagnosis on my car, but unfortunately they charge over $100 for a diagnosis . The worse part was that the diagnosis was wrong, which made me buy a part for over $500, thinking it would solve my problem. It didnt solve it. So I went to another shop and it turns out that some cables were loose and just need tightening to fix the problem.

Genesis Auto does a great job working on my Avalon. Ive been very pleased with their work, in fact, they are the only ones local who have worked on it. Theyre friendly, professional, and reasonable. If you have problems with your Toyota, stop by you wont be disappointed.

Took in my 2002 SC430 with 99-K miles on it and asked to have all needed maint. done to insure the next 100-K miles of trouble free driving which is exactly what they did and at a reasonable price. Even more impressive is how the car now drives, LIKE NEW! My love affair with this car is now just like the first time! Every now and then we run into the real deal and that is exactly what the guys at Genesis are.

After talking with them on the phone, found them to be very nice and prompt. They answered my questions quickly and completely and gave me a price quote far lower than the other places I talked to! Way to go Genesis!

I live in West Richland so its not always easy to get my car to Genesis. There a lot of closer places. This is the only shop i would take either of my cars to. I had a problem with a window on one of my cars and it took multiple trips (3) to get it fixed, but Genesis stands behind their work and i still left that third time really happy and feeling like I got a more than fair deal. You dont get that much anymore now-days. If you don’t live close, it is still more than worth it. Drop your car off and uber home, you will still be ahead.

All work and services provided by Genesis on my Avalon have gone above and beyond my expectations. Im more than satisfied with their diagnosis and repair. I never have to worry about being sold something I dont want or need. No BS from Genisis. Thank you

Take your car here if you like being lied to and grossly over-quoted for trivial work!I spoke to the owner of Genesis Auto twice on the phone during lengthy conversations where he convinced me that adding Freon to my Toyota would damage the AC system. He told me that all automobile AC systems are closed, entirely sealed systems and any Freon leakage indicates a damaged system. He told me he would need to remove a part of the engine to empty the existing Freon from the system and add new Freon to it. He told me he would need my vehicle for half a day and the work typically took 1-1.5 hours.Every single thing he told me was a lie.I later spoke to two Toyota AC experts. One expert worked primary on AC systems at the local Toyota dealership for twenty years, and the other is an electrical engineer who has owned a business with a fleet of Toyotas that he keeps operational up to 600K-800K miles. Both told me to just add Freon to my system and it would fix the problem. The former Toyota AC serviceman walked me through refilling the Freon and explained the entire process along the way. Not only is the AC system of my Toyota not a closed system without any leakage, but there is a manufacturer manual specifying the acceptable Freon leakage (PSI/year) that occurs in ALL Toyotas, even brand new Toyotas freshly driven off the lot. (It just takes a few years before a healthy system leaks enough Freon to stop blowing cold air.) The AC expert told me that isnt unique to Toyotas. He explained that ALL vehicles leak a little Freon over time.To replace the Freon nothing had to be removed on my vehicle. A hose covering the release valve had to be lightly brushed aside with my pinky. And a plastic cap unscrewed by hand. Adding Freon took 5 minutes and costs $5.00 [Big Lots sells the can (without the nozzle and pressure gauge) for $5.00.]. I was quoted $200.00 for removing existing Freon and adding Freon to the system. They also include a UV dye and tell you to return to their shop so they can find the leak once the Freon runs out again. This special dye allows them to locate parts that dont need to be replaced so the mechanic can justify replacing them and charge you considerably more money in the future. With science!After purchasing the Freon and having an AC expert install it for me, I then drove to Genesis Auto, crisp, icy air blowing into my face the entire way, to speak with the owner in-person. I wanted to give him a chance to answer for his lies before I posted this review. As we spoke, in-person, his story evolved (sorry, intelligent designed) from all vehicles have a closed system that shouldnt leak, to some vehicles leak, to all vehicles leak a little. He also verified that all his shop would have done for my $200.00 of charge would have been to drain coolant and add it back to the system. I guess the remaining 55-85 minutes of time they bill customers for is prayer circle time. They must be praying The Almighty sends more gullible customers through their doors.

Great honest service is hard to find these days but Genesis is top notch!
