Employees were nice. Store was small but clean. Nothing had a price on it. Am I supposed to run and find an employee for everything I was interested in? Cant compare prices for anything. Needed a few things but only got one, that still didnt have a price on it. This is why I will buy online instead.

Associate named Mayra has amazing customer service skills! She was patient with me with my indecisiveness, very informative about the products that were needed or not needed for the process of my hair. Last night I picked up 3 boxes of hair dye & a developer. I only used one box of hair dye. Came back today to return the other two & luckily she was there. She made my visit so fun! Thank you, Mayra & Sally’s! The other two ladies that were there today, were also very bubbly & very nice. 😀

Came in on Tuesday to buy about $100 in hair products. Wished to purchase the purple NYC shampoo and conditioner. Was helped fantastically. She grabbed the purple bottles while Explaining. I make it home and learn that I have two purple conditioners. I needed one of each. Went back to the store on canal Thursday, very nice lady helped me. They had no more purple shampoo, however. Called Richland and finally Pasco who had one and would hold it for me. Now I’m heading from Richland(where I live), after I went to Kennewick from where I purchased, now I am heading to Pasco. While this isn’t the fault of any one particular person, I’m disappointed in the time and effort I need to put into getting purple shampoo after I thought I’d all ready gotten my purchases done on Tuesday.Please ensure we are looking and reading bottles to avoid putting more into the plate of a single mother. It would be appreciated. I don’t really have time for this.

I have it from a credible source that the manager of this store contracted COVID-19 and spread it to some of the employees. From this source, she was in the store without PPE being properly used. If you have purchased anything from this store in the last 2 weeks, please watch out for yourself. This woman’s gross negligence got people seriously ill and she is not sympathetic for exposing her employees to a potentially fatal disease.

Definitely not coming back to purchase anything if I cant return it if it doesnt work out for me. Shop online its much easier and easy returns. And the ladies who work here are Rude!!!!!!!

Omg... went to sallys in Kennewick with my sister; Karen and Shauna were the associates.. the one with lighter hair asked us both if she needed help.. which was fine... my sister says no thank u...and we proceeds to look at item we we were there for. the associate just stands in aisle and watches my sister... then asks me again if I need help... which I replied no... then other associate with dark hair asks us again...That is when wed had enough... literally were there 2 min... like seriously... So rude!!

Sally Beauty was our first beauty supply outlet and still carries things not found at other places.

Was here with my granddaughter, looking for specific dyes and synthetic hair that she was needing for one of her creations. The employee that helped us was amazing, very knowledgeable about the products and gave GREAT suggestions!
