The parts department was easy to deal with and friendly, only issue I have is no online ordering available and I live 2 hours away

I have had 3 different experiences with them and all of them were mediocre to poor service. I tried purchasing a custom Tracker Jon boat from them. I was told they didnt know how to purchase the boat and they do not sell those because they dont make any money off of them. They did say sorry before hanging up the phone on a $22,000 boat I wanted to purchase. The other times were similar as I was looking for trailer parts or small things to fix my boat. Instead of trying to help or even point me in the right direction I was told sorry and then ignored.

This review is based on our experience with the owner. The staff does not deserve a one star rating, but the OWNER went out of her way to earn less than one star.During our first look at the boat, a older women, later identified as the owner, came outside and the first words out of her mouth were, who are you. We were standing outside the shop door so I did not get too concerned when she came within 6 feet of us without a mask on. We did not receive a greeting or a thank you for coming all that way to spend over a 100K at her business. She barked some order at one of the staff and quickly walked away.We brought up that the sales person had told us that we could receive some gear as part of the deal. This was in lieu of an additional price reductions. Boards, ropes, fenders, etc was related to us as being on the table. She knew nothing about it. She brought in another person, who was trying to be helpful, who said they only discount gear. He said he would try to call the other sales person. He came back and said he could not get a hold of him but would through in a wake surf board in an effort to make us happy. At that time we were ready to cancel the deal and head to Montana where a similar boat was available. The board supplied was a nice Hyperlite. Once we took a closer look at the package, after arriving home, we saw that the wrapping had a small cut in it and all the fins were missing. I hope they did not know they were missing, but who knows. At this time were told we could buy any other gear or supplies with a 25 percent discount.We went out to pick our board with the salesperson. Once this was done the owner walked up. Totally ignored us and began questioning, in front of other customers, the staff member about the board. She began arguing about the board being thrown in. She said it should only be discounted, then only at cost. The staff members had saved a 100k deal by following through on was our absent salesperson had promised. The owner acted in front of us like we were stealing something.The boat did not come with bumpers on the trailer guides or a safety strap. We were told Malibu and Axis did not put safety straps on the boat. We looked at the first Malibu for sale on the lot and it had a safety strap. We bought the trailer bumpers. The 25 percent discount quickly changed to a 20 percent discount. The owner reappeared as we were making the purchase. She again ignored us and ask the counter person who he was helping. Another customer had walked up to buy a couple items. She had the counter person stop helping us and help the other customers. As he was helping them, the owner began arguing with the counter person about the amount of discount he was giving us. She said it should be only 10 percent, not the 20 percent. This went on in front of the other customers. The owner was arguing over $5.00 dollars after we just spent over 100K at her business.Our entire experience with the OWNER ofTraveland RV and Marine was nothing but a negative and insulting experience. She ignored us, was rude to us, treated us like we were a problem and trying to steal from her. Not once did she treat us with any courtesy or respect. Not once did she say the words, thank you to us. At least three times she came within 6 feet of us, inside the store, without a mask covering.I dont know if it was because we were from out of town, or because she was upset that one of her staff was working to save the deal and fulfill what her salesperson had promised, or we received a $5.00 discount. What ever the reason, she, the OWNER, went out of her way to treat a 100k customer with contempt and disrespect.I think her staff does a good job and are generally professional. It appears from our experience that they cover her unprofessional, egotistical and disrespectful behavior. If I could do it over again, I would of gone straight to Montana to make our 100K purchase.

Great experience! Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating... especially during the challenges of doing business during covid. Tim worked with us remotely to get our boat purchased and was great through the whole process. Highly recommend purchasing through them.

I should have listened to the advice I was given by other local boat owners and avoided Traveland. For local support go to Sundown Marine. They are honest and hard working. If they cannot fix the issue they will tell you, then call Bakes Marine in Issaquah. Traveland is unorganized and lacks customer service. In short believe the negative reviews. Perhaps if you are buying a new boat the service will be better, however getting service after that purchase will be a challenge...be warned. I plan to buy a new boat next year and it wont be a local purchase.I waited two weeks to take my boat in for diagnostics/repair. I was only told to show up at 8am with the boat. I arrived on-time at 8am with my boat and spoke to one of the service techs that told me where to park the boat. I had purchased parts for the boat already so I was already in the system. I called later to check if they had started on my boat yet and they hadnt. They said I needed to sign something so they could start...that would have been good information two weeks prior to me dropping my boat of or at least at 8am when I was there like I was asked. I was then told it was to late to get to it that day so it would be tomorrow....I got bumped to the end of the line. The next day came and at 12:30pm I was told they had a tech out sick so they could not get to my boat until later in the day or tomorrow. I could see where this was headed...I read enough reviews to know. I went and picked up my boat.Save yourself the hassle and headache.

Worst experience ever buying a boat. After 1 day and 30 minutes on the water the boat has so many issues its not safe to use. Things are mounted in the wrong place, or not mounted at all, bolts missing, electronics dont work, no working gauges, etc. We called the dealer and said we wanted to return it for a refund and they refused (after less than 36 hours). They said we have to let them pick it up and take as long as they want to fix it. We now have a $75k boat that we cant use and have no idea how long it will take for them to even pick it up. The owner specifically said that we just have to deal with it. I threatened to cancel the check it was paid for with and he threatened to have me arrested. Stay away from this dealer!UPDATE: they had the boat for a month and returned it to us as “all fixed”. We took the boat out with the service manager and with in 15 minutes everything stopped working! He was embarrassed and said they would replace all the electronics and Bimini top. That was a month ago, noting has been fixed.UPDATE: they have had the boat for 2 more months and its still not repaired yet.

Great people work here! Very personable and knowledgeable! I had a small problem with a purchase and they were jolly on the spot to fix it. I am very happy with my boat purchase! I found the boat I wanted and the prices on the site helped me chose a bigger option than I originally wanted! I drove an extra hour to come here instead of a more local shop. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Friendly staff! Absolutely adore Tim, quick to offer assistance and not pushy. Just bought a camp trailer from them. They worked with my work schedule and even called to make sure I knew they closed earlier than I thought. Robbie was very helpful in parts knowledge and getting us going! Overall quite satisfied! Horrible experience, horrible service, my boat was damaged and burglarized while under the care of travel land and they refused to make things right or take any accountability. My boat has now been classified as a bio-hazard by my insurance company. Do not take your boat here.I brought my boat to travel land to have it winterized. It was broken into, burglarized and sustained massive damage to the boat itself during the act. It is now a biohazard after police found a meth pipe and evidence of use in my boat and other paraphernalia while under the care of Travel land.When the service manager called to inform me of the event he immediately told me that they were not responsible and had no intentions of making it right, to contact my insurance if I had it and Im on my own.The service manager literally told me this analogy in response to my complaint If your parked car was broken into while shopping at Walmart. Walmart isnt responsible for any damages to your car. Then demanded I pay for the winterizing after my boat has now become a total loss by insurance standards.I was informed by KPD that this is a reoccurring event with Travel Land and they have done nothing to prevent this from happening time and time again and will not press charges on the people that do get caught.They have been able to dodge legal action by stating they are not responsible for any damages or theft and have no liability while under the care of Travel Land in the fine print. It is disguised so you dont know what you are signing, they simply show you a brochure with different service packages, have you circle and sign the service package you want. Little do you know you have just given them diplomatic immunity to any responsibility via fine print on the back of brochure.Now I am out of a boat after making one simple mistake. Taking it to Travel Land for winterization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRAVEL LAND

Called about a boat that is listed on Boat Trader and Boats.com. The salesman I spoke to had a very rude attitude and said they had sold that boat several years ago. Don’t waste your time calling about boats they have listed online because they probably aren’t available.

Few boats, very poor service, and employees dont wear masks inside or outside.

Came in looking fro options to trade my fifth wheel in on a boat. Dave approached me and we discussed the next steps. Sent over all information to him and heard absolutely nothing back, Called him the next day he said we will send it off and see the results. Been over a week and no response.. Apparently this place sells plenty of boats and dont need to call people back. Will be using another dealership for my boat purchase.

How can you not find a water pump for and older boat.. you are a boat dealer right?

DONT TAKE ANYTHING HERE! After 3 months of boat being in shop came back with stuff missing out of our boat. Refused to help us with missing items. Deserves 0 stars.

We purchased a boat, got it home and had some issues. We called them and they immediately told us to bring it back in. We were not sure what would happen and lived pretty far away. But....they were AWESOME! THEY were helpful, and fixed our issue. They stayed in contact with us and now we have a great boat on the water. We will do business with them again.

Not impressed, because they need to change their name. They no longer have RVs. They have mainly boats and some ATVs. The name is deceptive in my opinion. But the one gal working there was very friendly and she directed me to multiple other locations where I might find what I was looking for. (And I did.)

Nice overall selection of boat stuff. The lady at counter was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve reached out to this establishment a couple of times and both times have received awful service. The ladies who answer the phones were both rude and neither of them seemed to want to help. I requested information and did not hear back, so to have to call the second time was already not ideal.It’s frustrating to call in and feel like I’m being given attitude for requesting information. I have yet to receive the requested information even after my second attempt.

Stay away from this dealership. Owner and senior Management is very poor in customer appreciation and concern. I bought a 2017 Thunderjet Elite from this firm and after they destroyed my hull by exposing to magnesium Chloride (road salt) they would not agree to fix. Save yourself some heartache and go somewhere (anywhere) else.

They were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions.

I would avoid this place. Triston immediately seemed annoyed when I inquired if a boat was for sale or sold. The boat wash guy tried to help me but no one in sales ever came out. Heading to Spokane to buy a boat.

Great and knowledgeable staff. They answered all my questions without any of the cowpie some dealers might give.

Service is always great, they stand behind their products always. I bought a boat here last year, and any time it needs service Traveland takes care of things. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for boats and boating needs.

Bought a Thunder Jet Elite last year and after rigging everything for spring fishing noticed that the trailer tires were looking a bit overloaded.The EZ-Loader trailer is rated max 3100lbs. Called and ask about the trailer being rated for the boat, they said they would look into it. Traveland called back and I was told that I could not trade in the trailer and that in come as a package. So instead of helping me with my concern and I did not say anything about trading to upgrade the trailer. Very poor customer service if they want anymore of my business at least call and give me some suggestions to put me on the right path.

I took my boat in too get it winterized and the damm idiots never called me and left my boat outside. Everyone knew there was a huge storm coming and they just left it outside. I ended up shoveling snow for like 1.5 hours freezing my ass off cause some dummy that works there decided put it outside. Now I got water all over the place like 3 inches deep. I will definitely be getting an attorney sue these dummies. Dont ever use these guys

Poor gal was all alone and pretty busy, should have had a second person on floor to help her 15 min is a pretty long wait to cash out.
