I’d like to take a minute to give a 5 star rating to Ok Auto Sales on my recent car purchase. The whole process was trustworthy and transparent. The salesman was as professional and polite as can be and really listened to my concerns, he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted with no hesitations or last minute surprises. Highly recommended, it was overall a great experience.

Recently bought a Jeep at OK Auto. The salesman allowed me to take my time without any pressure. They agreed to fix some issues that was in the front end included in my purchase price. Awesome customer service! Not only was I able to get a deal on an suv I wanted, the employees at Okay Auto sales were extremely helpful, at no point did I feel rushed nor pressured to purchase a car. Didnt answer their phone for an entire day, when I called the next day the person who answered couldnt tell me anything. Said theyd get the owner to call me. Never did. Followed up again, same answer, same result. In the time that this took they sold the car I was interested in.

I have bought plenty of cars in my lifetime and I have never dealt with people like these people they lie and and cant be a man of there word... They were gonna sell me a car sent me to the bank to get a loan and then why I was at the bank somebody showed up with cash and sold it to them without ever giving me a call to tell me at least what was going on... I took off work early and wasted 3 hours at the bank for nothing I would never buy a car from them

I had a great experience at OK Auto. Went in to look at a car I had seen on their website and left an hour and a half later with a new car. Roberto was great, no pressure at all and he was very helpful getting financing lined up for me. I left feeling like I paid a reasonable price for a good car. I am a EX - Salesmen and I hate everything about the business. So I was surprised when I called ready to battle. I was off the phone in 5 minutes and at the dealership the next day. Every car I looked a, I was given a honest review and ended up driving a Honda Accord. I had the paperwork and cash down, and was out of there in less than 2 hours. Everything they said and did was upfront and never changed. I will be buying from then for now on.

After reading these reviews yeah I definitely will not be wasting my time to even stop by. Reading the company response is enough for me coming off rude with too many excuses and very offensive. Just because you been in business doesn’t mean it’s good business. Seem like shady business.... it’s called “OKAY AUTO SALES” for a reason that’s a warning sign itself run the other direction. Horrible service! Cars look good, but are not in any type of actual good condition. Once you buy it, you will be taking it straight to the shop to pay more for the repair than when you bought it. Wish the owner treated his customers with some type of respect. Just awful.

I read the reviews and still decided to go here. Pedro made it happen for me we got a new car low mileage ac heater everything is workimg and car in great condition. He got me in and out in less than an hour. Very hally his brother is also very helpful and professional.

Ok Auto Sales helped my mom this year when she was looking for a car. Her credit wasnt the best but they still had options for her. I really like their motto, where honesty come first because I never once felt pressured like you do at some dealerships.

We bought a SUV from this place. Everything went just like the people on theses reviews. BUT........ fast forward 3ish months. We called this morning to see if they could help us with an issue regarding the codes to unlock the radio and heater. When we bought the car we had to wait while they retrieved the codes. So obviously its was our first place to look. He said First of all why are you calling me during non business hours. 2nd I dont know how to do that you have to call back when my brother is here. Very rude and disrespectful. We hung up. This is what I assume what you could expect after the sale. Let it go to voice mail. Dont add your personal number. If bothered.

We agreed on a price of $6200 that was a little high according to KBB but we liked the truck. I had a mechanic look at the truck and the ABS light came on. Dealer are not allowed to sell autos with bad breaks. When I talked to the owner, he said I could just sign a paper saying I understand the brakes are bad. The truck needed over $3000 worth of repairs to make it a safe daily driver. The owner of the dealership didnt want to come down on his price. Two months later, I still see the Chevy Avalanche for sale. Hopefully nobody buys it without reading this or getting a mechanic to look at it.

Got to say best place ever the 2nd week after buying my car I put to much oil will I ruined a part to my vehicle I called pedro right away and without hesitant pedro helped me out super quick even though I was at fault he fixed the problem for me and sent me on my way I was one happy customer, ok auto sales also helped me get a loan to buy myself a 2016 car with low interest without credit so if anyone is out looking for a good place to buy a car I recommend ok auto sales. I went to go look at a car it had a ton of issues just listing to it I knew something was wrong I’ve had a friend buy a 350z and we spent a month buying and fixing parts some parts were absolutely shot even though y’all said it was good also the airbags were faulty it literally 3 days later we’re changing parts I wouldn’t even recommend this place for donor cars I’ve known 3 people that have bought cars from here and broke down within months also From being a known person across the car community in the valley I wouldn’t recommend this junk yard
