Delicious ice cream and shakes. Very busy when we were in but the 2 ladies behind the counter did a good job on customer service and expedience.

I love their milkshakes, but $9.60 for a large just seems a little crazy! I think I am done buying from them. Maybe its neccessary to charge that much, in this day and age, but I dont have to buy it. I wish them my best.

Always enjoy going here for ice cream. Kids love to have a choice in what they get.

They had 31 flavors of ice cream yumminess! It is usually not too busy but we went on a night right after a giant orchestra festival, and I think everyone else there had the same idea we did, and they werent quite prepared for it.

My husband went to get dessert and it was crazy!!! No one had masks and people rubbing up against you., NO social distancing!!! Apparently they don’t know what a quart is as my husband ordered 2 and both the employees didn’t know what to do!!! WOW.. I will NEVER go there again. Why pay the prices when you can go to the grocery store. We were trying to support local businesses but they need to want the business!!!

Great customer service and quick service...The reason why i didnt give 5 stars is because my favorite ice cream is New York Cheesecake and i have been in the lil book for over a year awaiting this seasonal ice cream to come in and it still hasnt come in...the workers said they would get it ordered but still hasnt come in but other than not having my favorite ice cream this is the best 31 in tri cities

I needed to purchase an ice cream cake for my daughter in law....it was her birthday. Although they could not do a cake on short notice, Jessica offered a Polar Pizza. I had never heard of it! A brownie crust with your choice of ice cream! My daughter in law LOVED it! ( and reasonable pricing helps)! Thank you, Baskin an Robbins!

Tonights experience will mean never going back for me. New guy at the counter was polite and nice but had to keep tracking down the other employee to ask her questions. Not his fault but some training definitely needs to happen. Didnt have a special that was being advertised on their screen. And the topper was they were out of HOT FUDGE!! Why would I ever want to spend hard earned money there again??

We like to go and get chocolate ice cream with nuts on it. I always get the junior scoop because I dont eat very much. I dont understand why they stopped making the chocolate almond ice cream. It was 9 and they close at 10 . And they closed the door and stoped working and I came up and nocked in the door and they strate up ignored me I even called them through the door and didn’t answer

Tons of variety of flavors of ice cream (near 30 flavors Id guess) along with tons of ways to get that ice cream (cups, cones, waffle cones, smoothies, on cookies etc). Staff was super friendly! Exactly what I was looking for tonight! Thanks BR!!!

Rude employee! Refused service due to a mask Wich I am medically exempt from wearing. But the owner was walking around without one. Place is a joke and will never bring service back and let everyone else know.
